“I have no bad interactions here everything looked clean through the drive-thru window I have nothing but good things to say about them the reason I didn't give them five stars is I really only had a water I was meeting someone to sell an item from a marketplace sale.
However being a new Taco Bell they looked really clean and they were efficient and everybody had a good hustle I would take a stab at saying this would be a good place to eat next time I get Taco Bell I'll stop by there and maybe update my ratings.“

“Y’all have completely screwed up what was always great, fast service. Get rid of the stupid “app” line and go back to a two line drive-thru. The “app” line usually has zero cars in it and the normal line is backed through the parking lot. Not only is that making it take forever, but your order takers are trying to go as fast as they can to make up for the line and entering orders wrong. He read it back and it was so jacked up, it’s unbelievable, so we went through it again. When we got our food (and receipt), we were charged for an extra drink AND the sandwich had the wrong cheese on it.“

“Easy to reach location and a nice stop when travelling on the Interstate. Service was the normal, great CFA level service, but they could have used a bit of cleaning on the seats and tables. Parking lot access is good and there is a red light to make it easier to get back out and headed to I-75.“

“We went on a recommendation from a friend and were not disappointed. Very good fried catfish hush puppies and slaw. Friendly family atmosphere and excellent service we will go again“

“Update: We come here at least once a week and have noticed that when we order our food and sit down they always bring our food 1st and then 5 -15 mins later we receive our drinks or we end up having to go check on our drinks. This has been going on for months. I'm not sure what's going on but hopefully it gets fixed because this is so annoying.

“I purchased the Chicken bites box with french fries, a medium coke, and the new strawberry cheesecake bites. I recieved the chicken box bites and fries, warm -not hot, along with powdered sugar on them due to the cheesecake bites tumbled in the bag. I got a Sprite instead of the Coke i ordered, which they replaced after i came back thru the line. Glad i checked before i drove too far away. In their defense i got the feeling the drive thru clerk was still training as everyone was around her watching. The cheesecake bites were okay but they are $3.00 for 4, and they are just bites, smaller than my remote car fob, see picture. My meal was a little less than $10.00 but i just did not feel it was worth the amount. However please understand, the food tasted good.“

“Emily was amazing!! She personally saved my life when I was chocking on a delicious freshly breaded chicken strip dipped in honey mustard. I thought I was gonna die; had honey mustard all over me cause you know dying and stuff but she sees me stop drop and roll and runs to me so that she can performe the Heimlich maneuver and save me!! If it wasn’t for her I’d be cold on the floor infront of the bathroom. 5/5 would recommend!“

“Had a great dining experience. The manager was super friendly as well as the rest of the staff.

Had a hard time making a selection and the staff offered me various suggestions.

Chose the spicy chicken wrap combo and it was delicious.

“Just wow! My family of 6 arrived for a late night snack around 9pm. We walked into a very clean and quiet restaurant and were immediately greeted by a smiling face, Amanda. She quickly answered any and all questions we had, and playfully interacted with my tiny humans. We had no more than finished our order and our treats were already coming out. Infact, the last of our order arrived just as we finished paying. My tiniest human made a mess with his ice cream on the window and we tried our best to clean it up. We let Amanda know on our way out and apologized and she told us not to worry about it and she totally understood. My family has lived in Cleveland for a few years now and we hadn't gotten to DQ yet. I'm so glad we stopped by and can say we will be back quickly. The sweet treats hit the spot and the customer service was even sweeter.
*I would like to note the drive through was pretty active the whole time and others did come in after us. I'm not sure how many workers were there but the staff was efficient at filling orders quickly.“

“Got my food pretty fast. I do not usually buy from Wendy's so I was nicely surprised when the food and drinks came back so good and it was for a pretty good price. Also it was very quiet and clean so I dined in even though I do not usually do so.“

“The Best Tasting Hamburger and Fries that I've had in a long time. The Hamburger tasted like a good ole fashion hamburger and the fries were excellent. It was my first time going to Jack's I went through the drive thru I had downloaded the app and received a free big Jack's and it was Awesome couldn't have asked for any better service than what I received. Both gentleman in the drive thru was wonderful and very polite and kind his name was Nathalie I wished I knew the others name my hat off to both. Next time I will go inside and check it out“

“Hardee’s biscuit and gravy is my favorite biscuit and gravy. They make it just right, with the rare exception. The young guy at the window was really friendly and polite. I asked for an extra bag for one of the biscuits and gravy and he actually bagged it for me instead of handing me the extra bag like some people do when I forget to ask first. Thanks Hardee’s!“

“Not sure much of anything that you can say about McDonald’s other than I use the drive-through and got an iced coffee. Also had a sausage egg McMuffin, which actually tasted better than other McDonald’s. Easy to get to and always convenient.“

“Came by this evening. Ordered the Frisco, heard it was good. Service was actually fast and the Frisco looked as surprisingly perfect, like the commercials, and tasted even better. 10/10 crew, give these guys a raise! Hardee's is now back on my map, keep up the good work!“

I drove to the store and went in, and the manager, a young women, fixed my problem.

The food was made quickly, it was fresh and yummy. All the employees were pleasant and wore smiles. They were doing their jobs and doing them well.

“We ordered the lunchtime pizza buffet, and it was pretty decent. We were even able to request a few type of pizzas for the buffet. I was a slower time when we went, not many people. My biggest complaint is the televisions were distracting my child from eating, I probably could have asked the waitress to turn off the on facing our booth. Our drinks were kept fresh and we were checked on regularly, without becoming too intrusive.“

“In terms of the food, I eat here fairly often, the super greens help because I have to avoid excess carbs. Food has always been good and kept reasonably fresh. Sometimes it moves a little slow if they have a run on a popular entree or two, but that’s not predictable, and is a cost of having things made fresh instead of mass produced and sitting in a warmer.

What I would commend even moreso is that on a personal level, I have noticed a few times that there’s a table of kids there, they’ve been well behaved every time I’ve seen them, and haven’t caused any problems. They are the kids of either one or multiple employees. As a working parent, I want to thank and commend the person in charge who works with their employee(s) on this. Parents of young children get put in impossible positions- they have to have income to survive, but childcare costs more than many people make! The kids cause zero problems, and it allows a mom or dad a chance to make an income they otherwise couldn’t. Thank you for doing this! And I hope more places will follow suit and work with working parents.“

“I love this tacobell. I wish they were a little faster on the inside when you go to choose your sit down but I mainly just go through the drive through and it’s super fast and I love it. Food is great as well and if they mess up your order they will always re-make your order the right way in 1-2 minutes“

“Each morning I stop by the drive through to grab my coffee (Frappe) and sweet tea for the day. I work at the urgent care near by so it’s convenient. Each day I am greeted by this wonderful lady with the happiest voice and most positive energy. She completes my order quickly and without any issues. And she is so fast. She doesn’t know who I am and I know nothing about her. But I cannot thank her enough for just being her sweet cheerful self every morning.
