“The summer location next to Kroger is the best spot for us. The ones closer to the house never have good service or food and normally take forever even without a line. The only problem with this location is that it's so popular that the drive through lines get long quickly. We normally order ahead and pick up through drive through but sometimes it's better to go inside for faster service. The employees are friendly, and normally have our order on point. We are a 5 person household, so making sure everyone gets everything they ordered is a must for us. The food is always hot when we get it even if they are busy. And the best part is, with all their deals, we were able to all eat out for under $30 total. Now a days that's unheard of. So I'm happy to see a place that still holds true to a cheap yet good meal for this fast paced world.“
“I went on Friday around 10ish almost 11ish pm and the night team were great. They got my entire order correct and I had a big order. It was fast and fresh as always at this McDonalds. I didn't feel rushed when placing my order. I just want to a big thanks to the night crew.“

“Today I went in the inside of McDonald’s & Mrs.Vee greeted me with a smile, she was very nice. I ordered my food it was hot and fresh. Ms.Courtress was polite made sure we had everything we order. “Fast and efficient. Clean lobby, but the men who use the men's bathroom. Quit kissing in the toilet with the seat down. Some people would like to use the toilet to sit down on. I walk in the bathroom, and there's piss all on the toilet seat. Men! Do better“
“Went through the drive-thru for a breakfast sandwich. The lady helping me was so friendly and polite!! She was an absolute pleasure. Got to the window to pick up my food and there she was again. She truly was a pleasure to do business with.“
“Actually pretty on the ball as far as McDonalds experiences go, particularly compared to other Memphis locations. However, like every other location, the order kiosks are out of receipt paper, so you probably wanna order in the app or at the counter/drive thru to actually get a receipt.“

When I got my order there were two packets of ketchup and jelly which I don't use. She forgot to take my coffee order so no fixins.

“In terms of McDonald’s, this place stands out as one of the better ones in Memphis. My Quarter Pounder came out juicy and delicious whereas, the other places would be dry. The fries were crispy and hot. I would pass by 5 other McDonald’s just to come here. There was a long line for lunch, but my food came out hot and fresh within minutes, and the best part? It’s correct! Wow“
“Area isn't the best & there's usually people pan-handling in the parking lot, but the drive thru is quick, service is friendly & at this location I've never had them tell me that they were out of something or a machine was down. Food was what it was supposed to be & order was correct!
Inside is clean & maintained as well.“
“Service was pretty fast. But the quality of fish on the Filet O Fish is ridiculous. The fish is lost in the bun. To much sauce and a half of piece of cheese is unacceptable. Fries were good but turned cold with some sort of greasy substance and rubbery by the time I got home 15 minutes away. Customers Service was A+ McDonald's do better we're not Loving It Anymore. 😒“
“Mane look, I used to hate this location! My food would be OLD, order WRONG, and then they would close whenever they felt like it. But that Manager named Mrs.Ann, that normally be there around night time, has turned this location around! My food actually be correct and fresh! No attitude from her or her coworkers. “This is one of the best McDonald's in the Memphis area in my opinion. I go here often for a quick lunch break and have never had an issue with any of my food. I order ahead on the app and walk down to pick it up and I hardly have to wait any more than 5 mins. Food quality is consistent and on the rare occasion there has been an error, the staff fixed it quickly. Also the prices at this McDonald's are slightly lower and much more consistent compared to others.“
“It’s around the corner so we go there a lot. Wouldn’t be my first choice of McDonald’s but it’s not too bad. Service is typically good. Unless you go between midnight and 6 AM. Good luck getting anyone to even answer the drive through intercom at that time of night. (Spoiler: you won’t). Even though they are clearly stated as being open 24 hours. The attached photos are of the payment window and then the pick up window in the drive-thru after I sat at the intercom for 20 minutes or so and couldn’t get an answer.“
“I haven't had any issues with this restaurant. The people that currently work there have good attitudes even if they don't have all the drinks you need or whatever else they don't have they have good attitudes and they have good service“
“This particular McDonald's location Shelby Drive and Riverdale Rd. by far is one the best franchises I've ever had the pleasure of receiving service from. Food is ALWAYS fresh, prompt and served with a smile. I live nearby, but even when I'm out of the way; and if I get a craving for McDonald's as long as I'm in the city I try my best to hold out to get it from this location. Customer service is on point! They exceed in all service categories. Much appreciated! I'm sure the late Ray Croc would be proud!“
“Unfortunately, I lost my receipt from my last visit and was unable to complete the survey I told the associate, Chris, that I would do.
I have ordered via the app several times in the last month for me and coworkers and we’ve done so at all hours of our overnight shifts. We were shocked to find that not only were our fairly large orders ready quickly, but the food was hot and the orders were correct. The associates in every instance have been courteous and professional. Especially Chris (sorry again about the survey!)“

“I love this McDonald's! They are clean and always get my order right. I usually order for me and my 4 kids so it's convenient to just order on the app and pick up from there location.
I will say this because I have experienced it. I wouldn't trust handing my card over to the cashiers here. because I did this and the same day had like 60 dollars taken out my card and they tried to take another one the same day at a later time, luckily my card was locked the second time.
This happed a few months ago. But that's the only weird experience I've had here. I only use the McDonald's app now to order all my food. I still love this McDonald's!! Just be aware some people will take advantage of saving your card info just to benefit themselves!“

Parking: Parking is always clean. I go to this location every Sunday before Sunday school and there is plenty of parking.“
“the food was okay, but I’ve had better from other locations. But the Service was good compared to other locations in Memphis. Everyone spoke politely and wished me a good day. The outdoor seating is a really nice addition too. I don’t see much stuff like that at other locations even outside of Memphis like Germantown, Collierville, etc“
“Coffee was good and hot! But a couple of times, I visited the lids were not too secured. Just make sure before leaving the drive thru.

Had my sandwiches but no fries.
Went back for fries they gave me 2 small fries with literally 6 fries in each container or fries sleeve, not sure if the name.
Very poor customer service.

I've never ran into a issue besides little things like not adding cheese to a order. Tonight I decide to order through the MD app and my money was taken but no order placed. I tried to call the restaurant and the line is disconnected. How do you make so much money yet can't afford to pay your phone bill? I think I'll keep my distance now. “I visited this location February 27, 2024 li after 6 p.m. The employees were very Customer Service Friendly. I haven’t seen this in a group of young Ladies n Gentlemen in some time. One lady came Voluntarily n helped me place my order on the Kiosk. Forgot my Sundae, I went through drive through the Guy that took my order was very pleasant. “After a certain time, the ice cream machine is down. Sometimes, I need that late night sugar fix, and a pie just won't do. Other than that , my experiences vary but overall ,we keep coming back.

“I absolutely love this location in Frayser. Not only are all the workers well-rounded and attentive, but they genuinely care about their customers. When I order through Uber Eats, they go the extra mile to protect their bags, unlike other places in the area such as Wendy’s or Church's Chicken, which do not secure their bags properly. McDonald's ensures that their bags are securely sealed, providing not only quality food but also a sense of safety and protection. I truly appreciate this level of service at this location and hope they continue their excellent work. Kudos to the manager for maintaining such high standards!“
“I don’t know who was on staff yesterday 1/22/2021. But I went around 3pm and when I say fresh. My fries my quarter pounder to the sweet tea. My kids chicken nuggets were even fresh. I’ve visited this place a few times. But please keep these people y’all yesterday around 3! On staff baby worth my bucks and the service was great.“
“The Macdonalds with the best order delivery times I have traveled to different Macdonalds in the state and out of state and this is the best I have visited for its freshness in the food and how well it is executed the place has some negative reviews a few years ago like any other place, but I can say that it has improved a lot lately“

“I come to this location some mornings on my way to work. Most times my food is hot and fresh using the drive thru usually before 6:40 am. The service is usually quick but depending on who is working the customer service from some of the workers is just handing out your food. I always say thank you and most of the time no response. There is one young lady there some mornings at the first window who has great customer service she smiles and says thank you. I will be sure to ask her name so she can get the proper credit. I use door dash often for lunch too.“
