“The summer location next to Kroger is the best spot for us. The ones closer to the house never have good service or food and normally take forever even without a line. The only problem with this location is that it's so popular that the drive through lines get long quickly. We normally order ahead and pick up through drive through but sometimes it's better to go inside for faster service. The employees are friendly, and normally have our order on point. We are a 5 person household, so making sure everyone gets everything they ordered is a must for us. The food is always hot when we get it even if they are busy. And the best part is, with all their deals, we were able to all eat out for under $30 total. Now a days that's unheard of. So I'm happy to see a place that still holds true to a cheap yet good meal for this fast paced world.“

“It was quiet inside. The food was fresh. But the food temperature was medium , not hot and steaming. The ice coffee was a little sweet. The ice coffee is better than carbonated drinks with my dental issues. Overall, it was an ok experience. I paid cash. The price was affordable.“

“They got absolutely everything right the first time uneven gave me honey instead of honey mustard like every other McDonald's always does which means they paid attention and they made it perfectly! everything was delicious! They were also very sweet and professional! Best McDonald's in the city! They were also extremely fast and friendly!“

“I arrived just before ten am and ordered a egg mcmuffin meal.
When it was rung it came out over eight dollars for a $7.09 combo. When i asked I was asked..oh
.. You wanted a small? We don't have any small coffee cups.

When I got my order there were two packets of ketchup and jelly which I don't use. She forgot to take my coffee order so no fixins.

“Area isn't the best & there's usually people pan-handling in the parking lot, but the drive thru is quick, service is friendly & at this location I've never had them tell me that they were out of something or a machine was down. Food was what it was supposed to be & order was correct!
Inside is clean & maintained as well.“

“A morning manager that gets her job! This was my second time visiting this location and as usual it was the ideal visit for any customer. Throughout this city there are some locations that just dont hold up to the bar either because the employees just dont care or the management doesn't care or the mixture of both. Honors to the morning manager at this location!!!“

“This is one of the best McDonald's in the Memphis area in my opinion. I go here often for a quick lunch break and have never had an issue with any of my food. I order ahead on the app and walk down to pick it up and I hardly have to wait any more than 5 mins. Food quality is consistent and on the rare occasion there has been an error, the staff fixed it quickly. Also the prices at this McDonald's are slightly lower and much more consistent compared to others.“

“Food was right on, and staff were friendly. Unfortunately, a prior men's restroom user had trouble getting soft #2 IN the toilet. Staff were informed. The restroom was otherwise clean, so I guess the guy who had difficulty was too embarrassed to say anything.“

“It’s around the corner so we go there a lot. Wouldn’t be my first choice of McDonald’s but it’s not too bad. Service is typically good. Unless you go between midnight and 6 AM. Good luck getting anyone to even answer the drive through intercom at that time of night. (Spoiler: you won’t). Even though they are clearly stated as being open 24 hours. The attached photos are of the payment window and then the pick up window in the drive-thru after I sat at the intercom for 20 minutes or so and couldn’t get an answer.“

“Today I went in the inside of McDonald’s & Mrs.Vee greeted me with a smile, she was very nice. I ordered my food it was hot and fresh. Ms.Courtress was polite made sure we had everything we order. The restaurant was clean, the manager was polite as well. Such an amazing experience. I thought I was at Chick Fila with this experience 💪🏽💯“

“Mane look, I used to hate this location! My food would be OLD, order WRONG, and then they would close whenever they felt like it. But that Manager named Mrs.Ann, that normally be there around night time, has turned this location around! My food actually be correct and fresh! No attitude from her or her coworkers. “Deangelo really brought the McDonald's team together getting everyone in and out quickly. At first glance he seems like he'll be mean, because of how focused and engaged he is. However, once he speaks you can tell he carries himself with dignity and pride to be the manager. Any store would be lucky to have such a reliable and respectful employee. Compared to how the previous manager operated the store he clearly knows what he's doing. Thank you, and I look forward to seeing more of this amazing service. 👏“

“Last week went to Whataburger and the food was so bad that it reminded me of McDonald's small cheeseburger.

So, I decided to get some McDonalds. Its been many years. Will always have LOVE considering this was my first job.

Order Big Mac Meal and a side 10 pc nuggets.

The food was fresh. The young men at the windows were very intentionally working. My order was exact.

After eating my food, it will likely be many years before I'm back.

I realize why McDonalds works. McDonalds is McDonalds and has been for many years.

Now one goes to McDonalds expecting an elevated experience. You go for the convenience of I'm hungry right at this moment.

“I haven't had any issues with this restaurant. The people that currently work there have good attitudes even if they don't have all the drinks you need or whatever else they don't have they have good attitudes and they have good service“

“I normally order from here when the family and I decide to order out.
I've never ran into a issue besides little things like not adding cheese to a order. Tonight I decide to order through the MD app and my money was taken but no order placed. I tried to call the restaurant and the line is disconnected. How do you make so much money yet can't afford to pay your phone bill? I think I'll keep my distance now. FYI I don't blame the employees I blame the owner he/ she must be a real gem“

“I had an online order to pick up on Summ6I arrived and was told they didn't care how I ordered my food I wasn't getting served because they weren't going to open, I told the lady I have already paid and can't cancel it because the app doesn't allow 6. I was frazzled came here and the staff couldn't help me cancel but I was served they were nice and 5calmed down.“

“I visited this location February 27, 2024 li after 6 p.m. The employees were very Customer Service Friendly. I haven’t seen this in a group of young Ladies n Gentlemen in some time. One lady came Voluntarily n helped me place my order on the Kiosk. Forgot my Sundae, I went through drive through the Guy that took my order was very pleasant. I told the manager that she had a Wonderful Crew.“

“After a certain time, the ice cream machine is down. Sometimes, I need that late night sugar fix, and a pie just won't do. Other than that , my experiences vary but overall ,we keep coming back.

Had my sandwiches but no fries.
Went back for fries they gave me 2 small fries with literally 6 fries in each container or fries sleeve, not sure if the name.
Very poor customer service.
But I called the site manager and she was wonderful and understanding“

“the food was okay, but I’ve had better from other locations. But the Service was good compared to other locations in Memphis. Everyone spoke politely and wished me a good day. The outdoor seating is a really nice addition too. I don’t see much stuff like that at other locations even outside of Memphis like Germantown, Collierville, etc“

“I'm a McDonald's sweet tea and hashbrown girl. I'm there for it every time! On this run, I ordered a sausage McMuffin meal with a large sweet tea. The sandwich and hashbrown was piping hot. The tea wasn't sweet enough for me, so when the light ice melted, I was done. I had a mobile order and went through the drive thru without any issues. The ladies at both windows were pleasant.“

“I absolutely love this location in Frayser. Not only are all the workers well-rounded and attentive, but they genuinely care about their customers. When I order through Uber Eats, they go the extra mile to protect their bags, unlike other places in the area such as Wendy’s or Church's Chicken, which do not secure their bags properly. McDonald's ensures that their bags are securely sealed, providing not only quality food but also a sense of safety and protection. I truly appreciate this level of service at this location and hope they continue their excellent work. Kudos to the manager for maintaining such high standards!“

“The Macdonalds with the best order delivery times I have traveled to different Macdonalds in the state and out of state and this is the best I have visited for its freshness in the food and how well it is executed the place has some negative reviews a few years ago like any other place, but I can say that it has improved a lot lately“

“I come to this location some mornings on my way to work. Most times my food is hot and fresh using the drive thru usually before 6:40 am. The service is usually quick but depending on who is working the customer service from some of the workers is just handing out your food. I always say thank you and most of the time no response. There is one young lady there some mornings at the first window who has great customer service she smiles and says thank you. I will be sure to ask her name so she can get the proper credit. I use door dash often for lunch too.“

“Unfortunately, I lost my receipt from my last visit and was unable to complete the survey I told the associate, Chris, that I would do.
I have ordered via the app several times in the last month for me and coworkers and we’ve done so at all hours of our overnight shifts. We were shocked to find that not only were our fairly large orders ready quickly, but the food was hot and the orders were correct.
