“Visiting from Montreal, Canada, first time trying Chick-fil-A. The staff was so excited that it was my first time!! The spicy chicken was delicious and their special sauce went perfectly with it. Wasn't going to get fries, but they insisted. No regrets! So good. The lemonade "slushy" was great!“
“This particular Chik-Fil-A is exquisitely managed. As soon as we walked in we were asked if we wished to dine in and were whisked to a table where a very nice “steward” Eva, took patiently great care of us while collecting our order. The surprise was when “Rocky” the robot server appeared later and provided us with our entire order. It was a nice experience to see such an elevation in service and a unique experience. Even the general manager Andrew came out to check on our meal as well as his entire staff, making sure our order was right and our drinks never empty.Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly with a play area.“
“Ordered the 8 ct nuggets with half/half sweetened/unsweetened tea. He didn't ask me if I wanted any sauces, and I didn't get my receipt, so I wasn't able to add my receipt for points. I just assumed the receipt was in the bag, like always.“
“Everything I wanted they nailed, it's just a slight pain getting into the drive thru from the main road. Coming in through the back may be the only option if the drive thru line gets long. Love all their food but their coffee is usually gross. And their breakfast bowls were room temperature which is off-putting. May have just been a bad day so will try again and update.“
“A brand new location closer to us than are usual go-to. They have 3 drive thru lanes! One for mobile ordering, which is very convenient for us, and 2 regular lanes. We have gone several times and every time there has been no line for the mobile ordering lane. We dined inside when it first opened and my daughter LOVED the robot delivery device. What a fun feature. The food is great. The staff are always friendly and inside is very clean, but it is brand new.“
“Over all this is a very busy place but it could be allot worse, and the wait time isn't that bad at all. I do feel since everything is so fast pasted here they do mess up or forget items from your orders. Just double check your items before you leave. I noticed every person who entered the door was greeted right away. The lady who took my order was all over the place lol. And there are allot of workers doing allot around the registers. So it does feel overwhelming and if you have anxiety beware of this environment. The drive Thur was extremely busy almost all the time I've been by the place. And have more than one person taking orders outside so it seems that the line wasn't to bad. I also experienced on my very first time in any Chick-fil-A that items were not given and my receipt shows I was charged. So the wasn't a good look on there end. But the food is worth it despite the issues I've experienced.“
“They're super busy, but fast and efficient. They don't take custom orders, aside from removing things (ie. No tomato on your sandwich). I wanted their southwest salad with their crispy nuggets but that wasn't an option, fine okay. The salad was good. Lettuce was fresh and the container was full. I wish they would've offered me more dressing though. There isn't a ton of seating in the restaurant so expect to grab it and go to your gate or find another spot near by. Pretty good experience for airport food.“
“My visit (02/22/24) during off-peak hours left me disappointed, the order and delivery area had a completely dirty floor. My strawberry milkshake was all liquid, not cherry... I asked the store manager and her response was curt and even somewhat rude... It is the first restaurant in its franchise where I have had a not good visit.“

“Chik-fil-a is great however this location got my order totally wrong. There are too many youngsters all over the parking lot and there are multiple people out there trying to deliver and direct traffic at the same time. I left so it was too late to check the order and return. The guy repeated my order to me correctly but still gave me the wrong one. None of the of the condiments were in there. Way to ruin our lunch!“
“Juan took my order outside on 4/2/24 and he was the most charismatic kid that we had the pleasure of meeting. He was sweet and funny and was faster at taking orders than any other Chick-fil-A worker I’ve met! I hope y’all all get the pleasure of having him as your order taker at this Chick-fil-A!“
“This Chik fil A is always on point. I always have the pleasure of being greeted by Ruben and Loreli in the drive up area. They always greet me with such high energy and positivity. It’s really contagious. I cant speak enough of their high level of professionalism and effficiency. I visit this location weekly and consistently recieve excellent customer service. Great job.“

“Hello I visited this location today, I was in the drive thru and I was not pleased at what I saw and heard! A young lady was outside outside, taking orders and she was playing on the iPad behind the pole outside and I saw a black SUV speed through the line passing her up, The young lady ran towards the drive-through speaker, waving at the woman saying excuse me pull up I will take your order over two times the lady then shouted to her saying who are you speaking to? You do not have to yell at me like that why the attitude the young lady said, if you think I gave you an attitude I do apologize the worker , then proceeds to ask the name for her order and reached to give the lady the menu. The customer snatched the menu from her hand I encountered all this all this because I was a car behind her, and I was even upset that she was not able to take my order. It was unacceptable the way The customer treated her, but I made this review to say the young lady outside today taking orders she did a wonderful job conducting herself bravo to you“
