“🤷 I was just told by the drive-thru attendant that they no longer do curbside service at this location the reason I was given was that they just didn't have enough curbside business. I used to do curbside business here with them on a pretty regular basis. This is very disappointing. Chick-fil-A needs to re-examine. Curbside business model. Ugh🙄“
“I use the mobile ordering and pickup here. Never had an issue and the orders are out pretty fast. People will block the mobile pickup line sometimes if they are in the wrong lane. That gets annoying. Overall a good location and close to me.“
“What do you do when you realize you have 50 people coming to a meeting at 6:45 in the evening, and you have run out of time to create some type of food for the event? You get Chick-fil-A to deliver. You get the Chick-fil-A at 4523 Frankford Rd, Dallas, TX 75287 to deliver the food!
A young man by the name of Michael walked in with hot and fresh chicken nuggets and fresh salad and fruit trays. I was impressed that the chicken nuggets were in a warmer bag while the salad and fruit were kept separate! We realized the plates were not in the order, and Michael was so sweet!!! He went back to the restaurant and brought us back the plates!!!!!
After the event was over, I went to the restaurant and realized this was not the nearest Chick-fil-A, but the nearest who could fill our order! Wow!!! No complaining, no grumbling, no rudeness--Michael was professional and kind!
When I arrived at the restaurant, I asked for Michael, and this gentleman said he was Michael. It turns out the manager is also names Michael. I had to let him know what a great employee he had working for him. While I was there, I noticed several workers around. You can tell by the camaraderie that they enjoyed working there.
Hats off to you, Chick-fil-A and Manager Michael for such a positive experience with your worker, Michael.“
“Great tasty chicken burgers, their waffle fries 🍟are so delicious and unique along with their ketchup packets which are a bit difficult to open though so ladies make sure you have scissors ✂️ on hands to avoid breaking those nails 💅. The tasteful burgers and high demand speak 🗣️ for itself, there is always line in their drive through and what can you expect that's how you know the food tastes great. You step inside and they have plenty of sitting areas for customers to dine in.“
“This place is great! I had a large order and the guy taking the order (Joshua) wasn’t flustered at all and logged the order so quick, even gave the cooks a quick heads up. He was probably calmer than I was. And the workers got on the order asap. That’s rare to find at fast food establishments nowadays. 10/10!“

“It takes dedication to eat at this Chick Fil A if you're a regular customer... it's inside a hospital, meaning you also have to give your ID and have them search your backpack and purse and go through a detector in order to eat here. The walk is a long journey too, relatively speaking. Delish though as usual. And the cafeteria staff was very sweet :) They have a cool food scanner when you check out“
“I come to this Chik Fil A a lot, my kids are fanatics. We always have a great experience with mobile order and drive thru but today we decided to dine in. There was a person outside who asked for me to get him some food so I told him I would. Ja Mal who works at this store often and is always polite, efficient and has great work ethic took our order today and brought our food to us. I asked him if I could also get a bag because I wanted to give some of our food to the man outside. Ja Mal brought me a bag as requested and as son as I finished placing the items in the bag I asked my daughter to stay inside while I ran the food to him. As I was getting up, Ja Mal quickly approached and asked if I wanted him to take it out to him and as I didn’t want to leave my daughter inside by herself I accepted his offer. Ja Mal goes above and beyond every single time we encounter him and while there are many other employees also who work hard and well at this location I really feel Ja Mal goes the extra mile and is just such a well mannered, man who takes great care to his job and customers. I appreciate him very much and I hope he receives recognition for his great work ethic and care for customers. Thank you Ja Mal!“
“I truly love coming here for lunch in the mall, while it can be packed throughout the weekend, the team here does an amazing job at keeping their pace while having great but fast customer service. I truly enjoy coming here as their employees are so kind and nice while also becoming a regular it’s fun to see the staff everyday! Truly my favorite Chick-Fil-A in the DFW area!“

“Well what can we say bad about chick-fil-a? The food is amazing and addicting everything from the salad to Chick-fil-A sandwich even to the waffle fries are amazing. The atmosphere if you have time to go inside which is sometimes faster than waiting through the drive-thru line to get the food at the window. This place is always busy cuz they have great food. I wonder if someday they'll be open on Sundays, LOL

“First time here. Arrived around 2PM, so after the lunch crowd. Got both regular and spicy tenders, cereal milkshake, and fried chicken dumplings. Tenders were good, dipping sauces were great. Milkshake was VERY GOOD (not too sweet). The dumplings were really good with a nice kick from the sauces. I spoke with the owner a bit— very nice man. The place is clean and a nice atmosphere. Give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed.“
“This is a great location. I did a very large breakfast catering order, and they had it ready on time and accurate very early in the morning. The team was professional and courteous the whole time. I would highly recommend this location to fulfill and catering needs.“

“Well, first off, I never had a Chick-fil-A back in my day at DBU. Secondly, I am jealous and need to double check my servant leadership attitude about it. Thirdly, God and Chicken go together, but how does Bo Pilgrim feel about it... oh yea, he funded the chapel next door. Fourthly, the chicken came first and Adam had a #1 Chick-fil-A combo the God himself cooked up. Fifthly... Hi Five, you read this whole thing... winner winner chicken dinner.“

“I don’t bother with the grocery store(not proud of this) I eat out everyday and frequent “The Chick”(nickname for chick-fil-a) …..anyway my point is it would be nice to get some ketchup in the bag. There’s no option for ketchup on ubereats.“

I only took away a star because because operationally it makes no sense for the mobile-thru line to be on the inner lane because when the regular drive-thru is backed, you can’t access the mobile-thru e without waiting just as long as the regular line, which kinda defeats the purpose. Swapping the lanes on the outside would allow for a fast lane to the mobile through.🤔

“Can't get enough of the food here! I wish they were open on Sundays, but I understand. The food is amazing. I love their criss-cut fries the most, really good. I like the polynesian sauce they got, daughter love the buffalo, I like the hot mustard one as well. Pricing is reasonable. My go to is a 8pc nugs, with fries lol. Sometimes ill get the sugar free lemonade.“
“No dining inside. About 6 tables patio seating. Plenty of parking. I stopped to wait for my husband's flight that had been delayed. I walked up to order him dinner. Service was fast. Parking lot is a little scary with drivers in and out so quickly. It made it challenging to park and leaving parking spot. Drivers seemed impatient.“

I also tried the sprite strawberry hibiscus, it was quite sweet but good.
Over all I’m happy with my visit and the service.

The food was 100% above board, the dining area was clean and well cared for, and the staff was incredibly amicable! I wish I could eat here everyday! When I say top notch customer service he had. It started thunder storming really bad and I didn't have an umbrella all I had was my raincoat but the high winds didn't help. But Brandon got an umbrella and walked me to my car that was in the second parking lot just to keep my food and I from get drenched in the rain...
Please promote Brandon because he sacrifice getting wet to keep a customer dry.
