“Best Starbucks the workers are usually very nice your order will be right every time and they will always make it good!!! But if u want a quiet place to sit and eat or lock in then don’t go from 4-5:30 ish on a weekday but overall best place please go 10/10“

“Greeted when I walked in, I wish I got the baristas name, but he was super attentive, polite and patient, didn't felt rushed like at most locations. I got a tea and it was shaken! Most of th3 time, I've noticed my teas don't get shaken, and I'm always too nervous to ask for a remake. Thank you sir! You are amazing!! 👏 👏 👏“

“Been getting settled into the Dallas Fort Worth area recently and decided to give this Starbucks a try one morning. Had a pretty good experience, the person at the counter was super nice and my drink didnt take long at all. Coffee tasted great and they actually made it how I asked which doesnt always happen lol. The store was clean and had a nice laid back feel to it too. Pretty happy I found this spot, probably gonna become one of my regular stops around here.“

“I always love this Starbucks! Derek and JRob are always so kind and remember my order! One time they accidentally ran out of my usual ham and cheese croissant after I had ordered, and JRob replaced it with something else they knew I would like (after asking me of course!). “Today I was having a horrible day but decided to stop at starbucks anyway. The Barista kerby was so nice to me it made my day. They offered me a free coffee refill and brought it to my table and asked me if I was doing okay because she noticed something was wrong. “The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a much better atmosphere than other Starbucks shops where you can overhear baristas gossiping about customers or commenting on their drink orders. Everyone is treated with kindness and respect, which makes the experience feel genuinely inviting. The interior is also beautiful. The recent redesign looks fantastic.“

Something else indirectly related to this business, security guard on duty walking around harassing people and taking pictures of people and their cars on parking lot???
Today he was threatening me and my friend for smoking 100 feet from building saying that he will call police and towing to get rid off our cars???This gentleman was African American about 4 feet tall probably retired and working part time security job,
Very unfriendly and unprofessional behavior, this gentleman should not be interacting with people he is unfit for any job that requires conversation!!!!

Just to be aware of this parking in front of Starbucks and generally the whole parking in this area;
I am seeing daily they towing cars from this parking for ridiculous reasons and they are really aggressive when they towing cars, they will definitely damage your car,
New sign posted explaining that they can tow your car for any reason whatsoever ( pics attached) , security guard enforcing this is just wrong guy for this job, treating customers/visitors as criminals!!!!“

“Something I like about Starbucks is that it is reliable. No matter where you go to a Starbucks anywhere in the world, you can get your favorite drink and it will taste like home. The baristas are friendly and informative and if there is something wrong with your food or drink, they will happily fix it. You can't beat that for service.“

“SERVICE WAS FAST...especially for a Sunday weekend. Lines here tend to be big on weekends. Food and drink were well prepared. Service was also friendly and curious. I did not have any problems withy order. This was a shopping mall type atmosphere with lots of people bit there was plenty of seating within the cafe to enjoy my drinks and bannana bread. It is a very visual atmospheric type.“

I never have issues with my order being on time. The one time there was a glitch with the system yesterday, they saw me park and had my order pulled up on the ordering system and already made by the time I walked inside! It’s a busy location, yet they never fail to say hello to me. So happy that this is my local Starbucks!!“

“I have come to this location often (it’s conveniently located in target). Service is always fast and staff is kind. Cake pops and cookies my kids were happy with. No complaints at all from this location. I always order from here with my target pickup and they are always spot on! I highly recommend.“

“This has to be one of the best locations all across DFW area. The staff are so friendly and courteous. They know me and they know exactly how I like my drink. Plus they always greet me by my name when I walk into the cafe. They have an excellent crew at this location.“

“Obviously, being in the heart of an airport, they are extremely busy. Expect a 10+ minute wait for your order. Most people get frustrated since they order right before their plane is boarding.That being said, my orders are made correctly and the employees are friendly. “The employees are ALWAYS, ALWAYS courteous, friendly, and obliging at THIS location. 4 out of 5 times they make it EXACTLY as you have rquested. No long waits. I'm usually in and out in under 3/4 minutes and that includes waiting in a very short line after other clients. I LOVE, LOVE this location. The only thing that I don't like is having to park, get out and go in. If this was a drive through, this location would be a perfect FIVE! AND A PERFECT TEN!!!“
