Something else indirectly related to this business, security guard on duty walking around harassing people and taking pictures of people and their cars on parking lot???
Today he was threatening me and my friend for smoking 100 feet from building saying that he will call police and towing to get rid off our cars???This gentleman was African American about 4 feet tall probably retired and working part time security job,
Very unfriendly and unprofessional behavior, this gentleman should not be interacting with people he is unfit for any job that requires conversation!!!!

Just to be aware of this parking in front of Starbucks and generally the whole parking in this area;
I am seeing daily they towing cars from this parking for ridiculous reasons and they are really aggressive when they towing cars, they will definitely damage your car,
New sign posted explaining that they can tow your car for any reason whatsoever ( pics attached) , security guard enforcing this is just wrong guy for this job, treating customers/visitors as criminals!!!!“

“Very nice service from the moment I walked it was very late and they were cleaning up to close and I didn't expect the big welcoming and smiles usually most business even if there's still 20mins left to closing they make you feel uncomfortable but not here ty.“

“My favorite Starbucks!!!❤️ I hope the weekday morning crew knows how wonderful they are. It may seem simple to some, but these beautiful people always start my day on the best note, whether it’s a sweet compliment on my nails or telling me to drive safe on my way to work. “I have being coming to this location for over a year. The store is always impeccable, the service is always top of the line.. “I just wanna take the time out real quick and give Michelle a shout out! My daughter ordered beverages and she meant to place it as a DoorDash order instead it was a pick up! Yup big mistake so she placed it at 1pm I’m getting off at 2 I go in to see what can be salvaged and told Miss Michelle she can toss one of the frappes because it was no good (NOT THERE FAULTS) and instead she offered to remake both of them and with a genuine smile! “As soon as I arrived, I first visited this place to buy a City Cup. The workers were very friendly, and the female employee had been to Korea and spoke Korean very well, so she was friendly! It felt great to be welcomed so warmly from my first visit to Dallas!“

“This Starbucks location really came through, especially for such an early visit at 5am. I ordered a chai with soy milk and it was made perfectly: smooth, consistent, and exactly what I needed that early in the morning.

The service was genuinely great considering how early it was. The staff was friendly, quick, and still had a positive attitude even during the early rush near the airport. The store itself was also very clean and well kept, which stood out given the time of day and traffic.

Overall, it was a simple stop, but everything was done right: good drink, good service, and a clean space right when I needed it most before heading to the airport.“

“Pro: Our drinks were good.Con: We wanted to dine in but they were allowing a dirty homeless guy to just hangout inside the coffee shop so we left because this made us feel uncomfortable.They ask for your name but do not call it when your order is ready so you have to be sure to watch the counter so no one picks up your order.“

“I was shocked at how NOT busy it was. Now I know which one to go to if im trying to grab a coffee quick around forest skillman. Cool employees too. Sometimes u get the bougie uppity types. I dont stop here to be seen or chill lol some of these r like that in Dallas honestly.
Same quality n taste. Good coffee. I went on a Holiday weekend and they were all mellow and handling biz. Like 4 min and out of there. Parking is wide open too cuz theres nothing else going on in this strip. Def going to be my go-to when I am in the area.“

“Please forgive me for I forgot the young beautiful African-American woman's name that served me around 8pm on 5/17/26, but she was AMAZING. She gave me details about the new Horchata Frappe that I wanted to try and was hesitant. Talking to her made me more confident in trying the new beverages and to my surprise, she was right. She even made it extra special by adding a little caramel to it which blew me completely out the water. I will most DEFINITELY come back to this Starbucks location and order my new fav... “Nice location - on a $3 day, it’s going to be tricky to park and move around bc they are building next door - so set your patience up before you go. I just don’t love the coffee any more - but their treats and a great place to meet or study - lots of great seating and natural sunlight!“

“Not a fan of the store inside a grocery store concept but, when you need a bucks you need a bucks. It's usually not to busy, service I pretty good and this particular atmosphere was Target. I has some seating if you wanna sit for a bit.“

“The employees are ALWAYS, ALWAYS courteous, friendly, and obliging at THIS location. 4 out of 5 times they make it EXACTLY as you have rquested. No long waits. I'm usually in and out in under 3/4 minutes and that includes waiting in a very short line after other clients. I LOVE, LOVE this location. The only thing that I don't like is having to park, get out and go in. If this was a drive through, this location would be a perfect FIVE! AND A PERFECT TEN!!!“

“This is a Starbucks inside of the Tom Thumb at this mixed use building but I did that they had a lot of seating. We actually mistakenly set a business meeting here thinking it was a full Starbucks. They have a small restaurant bar attached that connects to the Starbucks area and they were so gracious since it was morning and not open yet to let us do our meeting here.We had our meeting and were able to be productive working here for a few hours. The wifi worked well and the noise levels were probably less than a typically Starbucks. If I’m in the area again and need a spot to work I would go back here.“

“Good service and the staff was very friendly. While I was there, there was not a line and the barista held a nice conversation with me. This location is inside the grocery store so there is no drive-thru. You'll have to come inside the store to get your order.“

“Good coffee and good service. The only thing we need is more baristas so we don't have to wait so long. Sometimes there's only one barista serving, and you don't always have time to wait that long. Target or Starbucks should be more considerate of the workload they assign to their employees.“

“Obviously, being in the heart of an airport, they are extremely busy. Expect a 10+ minute wait for your order. Most people get frustrated since they order right before their plane is boarding.That being said, my orders are made correctly and the employees are friendly. I do think the pricing is a bit more expensive than traditional Starbucks.“
