The chefs Will and Raymond are talented and do a great job of making you feel welcome. The sushi is fantastic. The restaurant has a great vibe too. “Great local sushi, maki, and INARI spot in Dallas! I had never tried inari before (imagine a sushi roll in a cooked tofu wrap). It was really good! Lots of fun to try creative new dishes, and they were great to share! We really enjoyed our meal and look forward to coming back again!

It’s all bar/ high table seating indoors. Outdoors they have a nice patio with good shade. The tables on the patio are typical height tables and there are also a few lounge chairs to sit in.

“Absolutely loved this spot. The setting is super casual but also very chic at the same time. The entrance reminds me of a classic New York style restaurant and the level of food and service do all the talking.

The sashimi and fresh sushi are top quality with little elements of elevated taste. The seared salmon and the red snapper are my absolute favorites and I would highly recommend the Philly style wagyu roll. Subtle but obvious when you taste it.

The Japanese whiskey old fashioned. Was a highlight for me. The infusion of the smoke comes with an amazing creative element that I recommend ordering directly at the bar to watch the creation of those classic cocktail.

Next time I visit I will be sitting at the sushi bar to take in the coordination of the chefs and watch this beautiful artistry of my favorite cuisine on earth.“

“Very awesome and curated experience. They take you through 17 courses and do a great job explaining the fish and its background. Sake pairing was really yummy as well. Chris (assistant mgr I believe) was super inviting. Afterwards they take you to the bar next door (which we made the mistake of going to first haha). The bar was also a great vibe and the GOAT CHEESE DRINK was to die for. Parking outside was easy ($10).“

Each dish was well prepared with high quality ingredients that complemented the natural flavors of each fish. I enjoyed every dish and had many favorites, including the truffle salmon sashimi, hotate, hirame, kinmedai, striped jack (seasonal), and the strawberry matcha panna cotta with house-made chocolate was a great finish.

“Hidden gem in Dallas! I have only gotten their poke bowl, but I am always extremely satisfied.

You can order as many of the toppings as you like. Some are an additional surcharge (such as avocado or seaweed salad). This is great! I hate having to choose at poke places.

You fill out a card with your bowl, featuring base, greens, proteins, toppings, sauces, and crunchy extras. My favorite is a combination of white rice with the spring mix. It's so yummy.

The service is nice, and they bring your poke bowl to your table when they are done making it.“

“We visited Dallas from New York over Thanksgiving week, and since we’ve been to the original Catch in the Meatpacking District a few times, we decided to check out the newly opened Catch Dallas on Thanksgiving Day.

The food and overall experience were just as good as we remembered—if not better. The property itself is stunning, but what really stood out were the King Crab Hand Rolls. Recommended by our server, they were absolutely delicious and left a lasting impression.

“Today was a beautiful day, perfect for a birthday celebration at Bistro 31 😍. Our family of ten were seated in the back (outdoor but inside) and we were treated as very special people, and the service by Luke was extraordinary. The food was wonderful....plates were empty. And the bread and butter...I am embarrassed by the amount we ate . Birthdays usually have cake, and we were surprised with olive oil cake for our table. YUM! The vibes are solid, the food is great, service is fine and everyone is nice but nothing outstanding (although maybe I’m being critical, they did give me a free sample of a new dish without me asking)! I am a huge fan of the fresh fish + mango combo and the Mango roll did not disappoint! Haven’t found any rolls in the area yet besides Maji that nail the sweet/umami taste like theirs. Fish is fresh which is always important. I don’t remember what other rolls I tried but none of them were bad. Prices are ok, I think fair given the quality of the sushi. I came once with a friend last month and have already been back twice for takeout!“
