They cleaned as soon as a table was vacated and swept regularly. The play area was very clean and well cared for too. I can't say enough good things about this Chickfila.“

“I never leave reviews for fast food restaurants but this is genuinely one of the cleanest CFAs I have ever been in - maybe even one of the cleanest restaurants. The staff are all very kind, particularly the younger boy who works up front. “I really like Chick-fil-A's food, and their service is usually very good. My complaints are minor ones. Number one, why is their signature Chick-fil-A sauce so sweet, as are most of their other sauces? I would like to see a couple more savory choices for sauce. Also, like a lot of chicken sandwiches, the meat is a bit rubbery. I like chicken that is less processed and has the texture of real chicken! Otherwise, the food is good and Chick-fil-A is definitely among my top choices when I want something other than a burger (or less healthy chicken like KFC - although that has always been my favorite fried chicken!)“

“Quick and easy. They have regular & spicy sandwiches already to grab and go as well as the fries. Take your food up to Elevator F up to 22nd floor then across that Elevator take that up to floor 24, which is the observation floor. Chill and relax.“

“I love all the food at Chick-fil-A, especially their lemonade; everything is always so fresh. The staff is also very friendly and cheerful, and the place is very clean. The only thing I miss is that they used to offer you a blessing, but now, at several locations, they don't say it anymore.“

“Came through the drive thru with a mobile order, food came out fast no complaints there. However, I had also ordered two of the new reusable cups and had not received them. When my boyfriend went inside with a receipt to ask about the cups, a worker said that she gave them to us in a separate bag which we never got. When he came back with the bag of food to show we never received a second bag, the worker gave us the cups no questions asked.
I understand the habit of guests saying they didn’t receive parts of their order when it’s just hidden away in the bag, but I mean it’s two cups. I don’t understand how we, or in this case the worker, could’ve missed them.“

“I come to this location frequently and the food is good but they lose a star because their service is not always what I feel should be Chick-fil-A standard. Wait times can be egregious depending on time of day that you go. It's a busy location and they're trying to improve traffic flow but they've only got so much space to manage the sheer amount of traffic that comes through that location. If you're good with waiting a little longer they've never disappointed with my food.“

“Top-notch Chick-fil-A. Every order so far has been accurate and fast. I've been to other Chick-fil-A locations, mainly Oklahoma, where they consistently get something wrong with the order. Usually has to do with the extras that go with a salad.“

“The staff was very helpful, understanding and friendly. (Johnathan Mariam and the lady cashier) I had purchased a 30 nugget, large coke, and large fries. I paid and waited for my food. I somehow lost my wallet. Tragically it was not found. I shared a little about my situation to Johnathan he was kind enough to listen and not judge. I lost my id, my lv coin purse, cash app card, food stamp card, and the most regrettable thing my rent. $638.00 just gone!! I am currently homeless working hard to not be and I lost it all. “This Chick-fil-a location was built about a year ago on the corner of Kirby @ Main much to the excitement of the community.

The storefront offers Drive Thru, Mobile Thru, Carryout (until 9pm) and seating outside for dine in patrons. The only downside: the restaurant was built without a lobby or indoor seating. It’s a faux pas considering how many events are hosted by Reliant nearby, and how intensely hot & humid the days can be.

The staff are friendly and willing to help in all ways one might need, my only complaint is they can be a bit slow especially if someone is new and learning the routine. As an Operations Manager in foodservice I would recommend a trainer shadowing at all times until they get it down.

The food is great and always consistent, this is the best part about this operation and its ilk. Literally the golden rule for success in any industry. If you’re in the area or debating whether to trust this location, I can unequivocally say yes!“

It was adequate but what matters is I DIDN'T GET SICK right before my flight. Which is extremely important.“

“I love Chick-fil-A but today we had several issues. One of the drinks was not what we ordered...a sugared drink served to a diabetic. Our milk shake was not delivered with our food. Waited for it and eventually asked for it and they made it then. One of our orders was charged and delivered as a meal. We did not order or want a meal. The folks I talked to seemed not fully trained or just disorganized. This restaurant wasn't as busy as most Chick-fil-A restaurants. I hope they get their act together.“
