“Here Nor There offers a super cool and intentional experience. There's no signage out front, and you need to book ahead and receive a passcode to get into the alley where the entrance is. You're greeted at the door with a glass of prosecco, and shown to your seat. At the times I've gone, the menu was Texas themed, with drinks created to represent different places in Texas, along with accompanying illustrations. The cocktails were all presented beautifully, and some cocktails even have an interactive element served with them. The food is largely bar snacks - a bar mix, flatbread with dip, charcuterie, etc etc but it was all very good. I highly recommend the trio of tartlettes to end your night out on a sweet note. On top of all this, the staff on both of my visits have been wonderful, attentive, and knowledgeable about everything on the menu. This is definitely high on my list of places in Austin for a date night out.“

“My first time. I loved the atmosphere, relaxed vibe and fast service. At first l, I thought the burger was small (Deep End). Ðon't let it fool you. Turns out it took me 3 days to finish it 😅 it was more and became more and more delicious as leftovers. And you can walk off your meal down at the park or read 📚 😏. Even though there super busy, staff were fast total professionals and tended to me asking if I needed a drink. That was nice to get that attention - as busy as they were. The ambience had an old school vibe - real oldies I freaked out it such a young crowd. Very cool n hip place and everybody had manners as busy as it was. I loved it. Y. SATx“

The seasonal cocktails overdelivered and I’m very impressed with the complex flavors that somehow stay rounded. I’m drinking something that tastes like vanilla cake frosting and I love it??? My previous drink had cacao, sarsaparilla, whiskey. The bartender is obviously talented and gives good energy.

Also +1000 for the fun Halloween decor I love it ? ??‍♀️ ? I did have a hot dog and nothing special - it gave what it needed to give“

“Casa Bianca is one of the most stunning restaurants I’ve ever visited. It’s an ideal spot for a romantic date or a fun gathering with friends. The happy hour is fantastic, both in the main restaurant and at the rooftop bar, Alcina. I highly recommend trying the Surfer Rosa frozen cocktail, which is exclusively available upstairs.

“We went to Bar Toti to try their all night happy hour on a Monday and it made for a lovely night! It is a small space, very intimate and cute. We sat outside at first before moving inside because of weather and both areas had a lovely ambiance. About the food - I’ll go into detail about each dish we got and why I gave it 3 stars. The hongos a la plancha comes highly recommended from both reviews and staff, however I wished I had gotten something else after trying it. The mushrooms that we were served were not the meaty, scored ones shown in other photos, ours looked and tasted overcooked and were swimming in oil. I don’t think this dish fit my personal tastes as it was mostly just very oily and rich, so if you also dislike those flavors, I don’t recommend it. Also, the burger didn’t live up to the hype for me, as I had heard it was one of the best smash burgers in town and it unfortunately was not a standout to me. I appreciate its uniqueness and the happy hour deal, but it was not exactly well executed - the bun took up most of my bites, it had an overpowering mustard flavor, and I could barely taste the ham. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt because many other reviews rave about these dishes, so they could’ve just had an off night! We ordered the fries and the focaccia as well, both were good and the focaccia was beautiful but over-salted. The overall flavors of the menu are along the lines of these dishes, quite salty & oily with not much freshness or bright flavors. I’m hoping I’m the exception, but the food wasn’t amazing to me. The service was wonderful, all the staff are very accommodating and friendly! Special thank you to Steven, he was a great server.“

“I have had oysters in Oregon, NYC, Chicago & Houston. This is my first oyster bar in Austin and it has topped my previous experiences in the places before! From MA, PEI to RI they were shucked to perfection. The service was just as awesome. Chef sent two TX oysters & even though gulf isn’t my favorite; these two were definitely up to par.
Lobster was great, they were served with skinny fries but not the annoying skinny you can barely eat…they were so good!
If i was a tiktoker i would so make a video about this place! 100/10“

“Our family of 6 went to celebrate my husband’s birthday . The ambiance was beautiful and the service was outstanding. We were familiar with the chef from winning Top Chef and it was high on our Austin visit to dine at this restaurant. The experience was lovely, the food innovative & artistically presented , more importantly.. absolutely delicious! Our family loves to share plates , so this was perfect . Arlo Grey made a very memorable evening for all of us and we Thank You very much! Looking forward to another experience on a next visit in town❤️“

“Was in Austin for a few hours before catching a flight, and i wanted Texas BBQ. Coopers was recommended by a bartender, and he was spot on. Brisket was perfectly done, slaw was amazing and I can’t find the words to accurately describe how good the jalapeño bacon Mac n cheese was. Topped it off with a local lager and it was amazing lunch. TOP NOTCH!!!!!“

“The staff is so nice. I got the sliders(2) this second time I was here for HH and they're very decently priced(along with the rest of the HH) and they're really good. The first time i was here, I had the short ribs which were "off menu" but that was cooked perfectly as well. The bar area is huge, I do know it can get packed later in the night!“

“Very cool neighborhood bar. It seems like a “dive” bar from outside, but it’s a very classy and well-kept bar. The music they had on was so relaxing and chill. We really appreciated the ambiance and ability to comfortably visit with the bar tender. He was very personable and made great drinks. The happy hour goes til 7:00, which is hard to find in Austin. We don’t live on the east side, but will definitely be back.“
