“First time eating here although we've been driving by for years. I thought it was strictly a drive through restaurant until I saw someone recommend it as having great, freshly made salsa and good authentic Mexican food. Decided to stop and try it one day on our way into town and it did not dissapoint. The salsa was fresh and excellent, as were the chips and the food was authentic and very good. Our waitress was friendly and attentive and the atmosphere is quiet and quaint. Will definitely be back. This place is a hidden gem.“

“Taqueria on Data Point was delicious, but slightly overpriced in comparison to other taquerias. I tried the Quesa Birria and they were bigger than most places I've tried. I did love that they were not as greasy as other quesa birrias. The broth called consume for dipping your Taco was full of flavor and delicious. We also ordered mini asado tacos, but again over priced in comparison to other taquerias. They were delicious and full of flavor. My son had a regular bean and cheese taco, and he loved it. The orchata was also very refreshing. I ordered 2 plates, one taco, and one drink and it was about $37.00, but again it's Stone Oak. Overall, I recommend the food. The atmosphere was very clean and welcoming. Staff was very kind and professional.“

“I often dine here. Of the three locations Helotes is the best!

These are on repeat for me, just a different rotation; personal beef fajitas, Pollo asado mini tacos, or the Carne asada mini tacos. The puff tacos usually one beef and one chicken. The breakfast plates are equally tasty. Chilaquiles are my favorite. (Puro Raza haha 😄)

The El jefe margarita, or a Ranch water.

“Fantastic!!!! not sure how this place wasn't packed on a Friday morning. stopped in on my way back to the office and got the barbacoa tacos. flavor of the barbacoa is excellent, corn tortillas have a great taste and are soft and thick. green salsa, not needed with the seasoning the meat has but i did anyway. wonderful flavor and works great with the meat just enough heat to let you feel it.

We ordered a Sofritas bowl, three crunchy tacos with Sofritas, a chicken and white rice bowl, plus two bags of chips with guac and green salsa on the side. 10/2025 Fresh Sofritas Bowls & Chicken Bowl Favorites at Chipotle Bulverde
We’ve stopped by the Chipotle in Bulverde several times to either dine in or pick up food to take home. This time we ordered inside to take home. The staff here are always friendly, welcoming, and quick to get our order together. We usually get sofritas burrito bowls, my husband adds three crispy tacos so he can make his tacos at home, and our daughter gets her burrito bowl with chicken. The chips weren’t quite as fresh as they usually are (but still good and didn’t stop us from enjoying them), while the entrees and sides were, as always, fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The noise level was normal to moderate — at times a bit loud, but never bothersome. This location is consistently a great spot for a quick, tasty meal.“
