“This is by far my favorite Chick-fil-A location (even without indoor seating). The service is always fast, and you never get cold fries or a not-so-spicy sandwich. You get EXACTLY what you ordered - every time. Just now I was blown away to have my curbside order brought to my window before I'd even had a chance to put in the spot number!! Incredible.“

My grandaughter taught me to get the spicy chicken salad. The great thing about it for me is the CFA app. I can go in the store, find my table and settle in. And then order through the app. The salad I enjoy can be customized several ways. I do not enjoy standing in line trying to remember everything to do to the salad, but the app lets me sit there in peace and do the deed. It works every time.

I’ve been a loyal Chick-fil-A customer for many years, but over the past five years, I’ve seen a noticeable decline in service quality.
The exceptional customer care that once set Chick-fil-A apart seems to have faded. Employees now appear less engaged and indifferent, and accuracy has become a consistent issue.
Every time we place an order, something seems to go wrong. They frequently add butter to items we specifically request without it, and sometimes, the fries are overly salted. They always give us the wrong items or leave items out.
It’s disappointing to see such a shift from the high standards that once defined their service.
I hope Chick-fil-A can address these issues and return to the level of care and attention that made them exceptional.“
