The chefs Will and Raymond are talented and do a great job of making you feel welcome. The sushi is fantastic. The restaurant has a great vibe too. Fish quality is smooth, creamy, and does not have a frozen multiple times texture. Flavor is nice. Roll pieces are actually bite sized and -just- fit in your mouth. (I have a small mouth, so they may fit better in an average person’s mouth). Kind of disappointed with the minuscule amount of wasabi & ginger that came with each dish, but wasabi taste fresh & has adequate spice. Pickled ginger is quite sweet. Overall, everything was good. I’d recommend & I’d come back.“
