“We walked in to pick up a to go order and were warmly greeted. The server was kind to share some of the restaurant history and asked for a review, which as business owners, we like to oblige and want to help other businesses. He threw in a mango lassi with our order, which was not expected and SO delicious. All of our food was AMAZING and enough to have for lunch the next day. We ordered garlic naan, Gobi 65, Malabar with beef and veggies, chicken and lamb biryani.“

“Our group came here for Fantasy Football drafts and had a great time! We at on a bunch of different appetizers throughout the night. I especially enjoyed the Street Tacos, Buffalo deviled eggs, and you can never go wrong with cheese fries. The drinks were solid, service was great, and the vibe of the place was exactly what we wanted.“

“Best kava bar I e been to in Texas. Nothing wrong with others in other areas, just never really got to know them. I really like the SS “shells” and the taste to potency ratio is above average. I got a couple quads and felt close to my normal dose. They have well priced Kratom seltzers and 8/9/cbd ones as well. Highly recommended.“

“Been here a few times now over the last couple months. Mostly around lunch but a couple times in the evenings. Service has always been great and drinks have been good. Dylan and Eric(?) have been our bartenders and they are awesome. The food is damn good for the space and area. It kind of feels like your above average neighborhood bar on weekdays which is amazing for anyone seeking an inclusive and relaxed atmosphere.

We also attended for their thanksgiving meal which was made in house and VERY good. A great offering and as our first year without family nearby, it was a welcoming experience.“

“My stay at the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas was outstanding. The property is beautiful, with a classic 1920s vibe that’s been updated with modern touches through recent renovations. It still feels like a historic estate but with contemporary comfort. The grounds are well-kept and impressive, and my room was comfortable and stylish. The bar was a highlight, serving great drinks—the margarita was a standout. The restaurant delivered solid food with a good wine selection to match. Service was top-notch, from the valet to the staff, everyone was friendly and attentive. I’d highly recommend this place for a memorable stay in Dallas.“

“What an amazing hidden gym in the city! This bars exterior is unassuming, but stepping inside you’re transported to a fantastically themed experience. We popped in for happy hour to try something new and left so very impressed. The cocktails were delicious and the happy hour was ridiculously fantastic and affordable. You have to try the food, especially the tater tots, which were a mouthwatering. To our Surprise, we even got a small magic show. Do yourself a favor and stop by. It’s clear to me that locals in the know love this place just by overhearing some of the conversations at the bar. Nico and Scotty could not have done a better job with this place. They made us feel exceptionally welcome.“

“I loved this restaurant when I first ate here 28 years ago. I moved away but was in Dallas last night so I made a reservation and it was even more amazing than I remembered. The service was impeccable. Our waiter Charlie was amazing and recommended the best wine pairings but the food… ah the food…. Let’s just say if I ever have a “last meal” I would want it to be this. I got the champagne Brie soup, the Filet Rossini and flourless chocolate cake. Each bite was perfection. Seriously, one of the best meals of my life. Hope it doesn’t take another 28 years to return. Superb!“

Every night is something different, so be sure to check out their schedule. Sunday's are greatness as 2 of my favorite event happen that day. Dont miss Reprecussions for a night of fantastic DNB and Struttin for very dancey house. Drinks are very well priced and always mixed to perfection. They always have something delicious in the frozen drink machine which is bliss on these hot Texas nights. Also good to note that it is a very comfortable place if you are a female flying solo. The patrons are largely from the large rave community anx if you dont know anyone you will before you go home! I would highly reccomend this little hidden gem to anyone looking for a great place to hang and or dance with your friends!“

“Stopped by here for a pool night on Monday just for some practice. There was a lot of league play there that night but I was able to get a table and practice by myself for a bit. After league ended, I was able to get some games in with one of the BCA players. It was good competition and the wait staff was fantastic the entire time. One of the gals walked around the venue very consistently to check in and everyone to make sure their needs were met. Great pool hall with amazing diamond tables!“

“The hidden jewel in Lewisville! Established in 1988 and has been a staple for the community with a “cheers” atmosphere. Bar staff is top notch and attentive. From karaoke to poker (and other events mixed in), there’s something for everyone here. Daily drink specials to wet your whistle and one of the few places you can come in knowing nobody and end the night with at least a half dozen new friends. Patrons range from mid 20’s to 70’s and all are here to have a great time.“

Despite the Tide in Texas group deciding they would no longer "host" parties, Alabama fans are still welcome to come! Several of us who are not in agreement with that decision will continue to support Lantern St. and finish the season out strong! Roll Tide!“
