“AMAZING EXPERIENCE. I love coming here on a Saturday after the Clearfork Farmer’s Market to have coffee and brunch. The antmopshere is lovely by the Trinity Trails. Our waitress, Faith, made our experience even MORE pleasant. She provided us specials and ensured we got the best plate option. Also, anytime our cup was half filled, she was on top of it!!! I would recommend this place to anyone!!!“

“Came in just for drinks at the bar and was blown away! The atmosphere was perfect—lively but not overwhelming, with music at just the right volume so you can actually enjoy a conversation. Shelby, the bartender, was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and really knows her craft. “We were in Ft Worth for my daughter’s bachelorette party Saturday July 13th 2024. We had an email sent to us about large party requirements when we added one xtra person to our reservation we had had for month. The large party requirements were not possible for us we had 12 in our party. We then cancelled our reservation. Decided to stop in to get one of their famous espresso martini. I decided to go to the hostess to ask about our email. She went to get the manager. We told her what happened and that we canceled our reservation also we were so looking forward to this special dinner for my daughter. Emilee the manager listened checked into a few things and explained everything to us. She then told us to be there Saturday at 6:00pm. She wanted to make this right. We arrived at 97 West at 6:00 pm. We were treated with smiles then lead to a private room. The food atmosphere service were out of this world. Emilee and Patricio went out of their way to accommodate and make this night special. Thanks to both for making her night special. Defiantly if your in the area go there. Emilee even gave her a luggage tag with her initials MU. A guy was branding them outside and a congratulations dessert. Definitely went out of their way for us. We will definitely be back if we get to to the stock yards again. ❤️❤️“

“We had the best experience this weekend at Bonnell’s. Long story short we don’t go out to eat because my son has a lot of food allergies and it’s not easy to accommodate them. However it was his 13th birthday so we really wanted to celebrate. The chef worked with me prior to coming in and made sure my kiddo was able to have a wonderful and safe meal to celebrate a huge milestone. All of the staff were sweet and thoughtful as well. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is warm. I’m happy to forever brag on this restaurant!“

“We hosted our rehearsal dinner at City Works Eatery and Pour House. Honestly nothing but great things from the atmosphere, the food, the drinks, and the staff. Colleen was so helpful throughout the planning process and she even came by on event day! They were flexible with us with possible rain on event day, but it all worked out perfect with the heaters on the patio. It was such a great evening thanks to the amazing team they have at City Works Clearfork! They made us feel like it was a small family dinner with hot meals and endless drinks while serving 100 of our guests. The team was professional, personable, and kind. I couldn't recommend more. We had a blast.“

“Except when temperatures are high. Went by this morning, about 10:45. Walked in to people waiting everywhere and told 10 - 15 minutes wait. Ok ..but looked around and counted 8 (EIGHT) empty, clean tables. Thought, ok, waiting for buffet to catch up, but no, only 1 person was in line there. They seated some, so we went to sit on bench area, and began to really sweat. When asked if AC wasn't working was told, "It's just the building, cause it's so hot outside". okay, we left. won't pay those prices, to be hot, no matter how good the food is. We'll go back maybe in the fall, winter, when "the building" is more bearable.“

“Just left and will never go back. Ordered a burger and didn’t realize until I had eaten several bites that a large portion in the middle was totally raw. Not just undercooked a little - totally raw. I chose to not send it back as I had consumed some of it but saved it to show the waitress. When she told the manager, the manager blamed her ( the waitress). I then spoke to the manager and she would not listen and kept insisting it was the waitress who was responsible. She talked right over me, and was downright nasty.She admitted she didn’t bother to look at the burger. No customer service skills whatsoever. I was not asking for anything just explaining it was not the waitress’ fault that the kitchen didn’t cook the burger. The waitress was very concerned and apologized. She did an excellent job of customer service.“

“We were lucky enough to get a table for 3 at 6:30 on a Saturday night. I believe our servers name was Rudy (sorry if that's not right). Anyways he was great explaining the menu, his favorites, and popular dishes. We went with the gargonzola fries and the apricot brie with pita. Loved the fries but wish the cheese was spread out more over the fries. Only half the fries were topped which led to half just being normal waffle fries. Great taste and idea but execution could be a little better. I did not care for the brie but I'm not a fan of that. The rest of the table loved it so I would have to day it was good. Lol. I had the poblano burger for my entree. They cook it well done so I was worried but it was juicy and tasted very good. It was actually better than I expected! It also was served with fries. Washed it all down with the German pilsner which was really good and refreshing as well. Service was top notch and the pace of the meal was perfect. I highly recommend this place and I look forward to going back to try other dishes.“

“I’m upset at myself for waiting so long to come here. Of course I’ve heard about it and it was on my list for so long and finally gave it a chance. It wasn’t too busy so that may have played a part in it but still, the food was AMAZING! They have very interesting options for all preferences. I had the brisket Benedicts and were really really good. My friend had the chicken and waffles and the chicken was extra crispy and was great too. Our waiter took his time and was very patient and helpful so that was very much appreciated. I cannot wait to come back and try other dishes in their menu. I totally recommend it and now I understand why they’re always busy.“

“This establishment Now Closed, August 2024. My experience around the world, general knowledge terms across the board. It was Italian owned, with Italian Staff, clearly! Atmosphere was good not excellent! As intended by looking at it, being there. Set up didn't Hit the Mark. Waitress had to move us to another table because it was dirty not clean and then the table that we moved to was not clean. The second table as well had to be cleaned as stated and then it was left wet or damp should I say either way it should have not been that way. Now for a breakfast and/or strictly brunch establishment, back to the Italian thing, honestly one not knowing any better and I'm laughing at this but it's true, would say that it is "upscale". I'm going to tell you right now it is everything but "upscale". I would not dare think to try and categorize it as such! Lived in Germany for years been to Italy dozens of times. Way overpriced ridiculously I've had the same amount of food for half the price and it tasted a thousand times better for breakfast. Embarrassing to say for any Italian or about. Yes the waitress was Italian they were full-blown from across the pond, straight outta Italy. Glassware, coffee cups were even imported. This is North Texas We want breakfast not Italian let's try and feel miserably and turn it into cuisine breakfast in North Texas. It was not horrible, already been addressed here. “This was one of the best restaurant experiences we have had in a long time. The manager greets you with a huge smile on his face and is so welcoming and gracious, like a ray of sunshine. Our waiter (Jordan) was perfect- knowledgeable about the food, friendly and constantly checked on us. Water continuously refilled and the food was so delicious. Drinks were wonderful too! “Good enough for a bite and will return. Prices are affordable especially at the bar. Getting cocktails here and not breaking the bank is reason enough to come here and often. Was late so staff was winding down but they were not on their A game and we were left on an island for awhile. Must have been busy as well as the floor was noticeably covered in debris and tables were sticky. Food was okay. Nothing amazing but none of it was bad. Just a little bland. Regardless, for the price it was solid. You can always add salt.“
