Chef Mary Bass is a renowned chef for good reason. She makes incredible food. She loves her home in Galveston. She brings so much to this great island. The prices are right the food is delicious. “I usually go for breakfast and it’s speedy service with a quiet atmosphere. The style definitely reminds me of restaurants in El Salvador, very homey. I love the food, they don’t cheap out on the sauce and always give me a good amount. I will say their sauces are super spicy which isn’t a bad thing but not my forte, it is my boyfriend’s thought he loves it.“

“Good for a quick lunch or snack. The hot Cheeto boudin balls are excellent. they had a cheesy center that had no business being that good lol. Make sure you bring cash and are prepared to eat on the go or in your car there is no seating. But they have a great burger and fries that's under 10 bucks .“
