There were 80 of us with the Pizza and Salad Buffet. EVERYBODY there remarked how wonderful how wonderful the pizza and service were. I've heard terms like "never had pizza this good", "the service was excellent", "wonderful place." I highly recommend this particular location for events. EXCELLENT.“

Smiling staff and cheerful conversation all around - in short a marvelous relaxing atmosphere. A very homey place for a travel too long away from home.
Oh, and they have great food too! My breakfast was the best I have had on this trip.

“Last week I was one in a group of twelve who had an amazing experience dining at Ida Claire. All agreed that the food was excellently prepared and tasty. Those of us who ordered bread pudding thought it was wonderful. The service was top notch, thanks to our awesome server King. King was not at all intimidated by the number in our party. “We have eaten here for years and always had great service, good food and reasonable prices for the portions that they serve(sometimes more than we can eat at one sitting). The owner is usually around to say hello and thank us for coming. Very few places serve as many types of veggies and unusual sides as 410 Diner. Fish to Filets-they have it all/or most of it.“

When we were seated, we wanted to watch a certain game and the manager, Laura really went out of her way, bent over backwards to ensure they found the game(s) we wanted to watch, then ensured that the games would stay on ! The waitress who waited on us ( can't remember her name ) was exactly like the manager, helpful, courteous and quick with her service, thus resulting in making this our favorite location for watching sports with the drinks and menu items to order, with this type service, we will always make this our number 1 location !! “This is one of my favorite restaurants, straight up. I ordered the full rack of Baby Back Ribs, Not Your Ordinary Mac & Cheese and cole Slaw. While the ribs and Cole slaw were delectable, the Mac & cheese fell short of its normalcy. The cheese sauce was quite soupy. This is not normal for J. Alexander's. I have eaten here several dozen times over 15 years and never experienced this. The service was impeccable as always. It was my wife's 6and the server brought a piece of carrot cake with a candle!!“

“We took our 9 yr old with some friends for his birthday and the staff was phenomenal! Every single staff member we came in contact with went above and beyond for us. (Note: We did not book a party, we just walked in and free played) I tried to remember names, and I know I forgot some, but the ones I can remember are: Ariel - helped us figure out the best bang for our buck and so friendly! Any questions I had, she answered. Skye - she was great with the kids in laser tag and the prize area. So helpful. James - the kids were waiting for us to finish the transaction and he was helping them do some free play with the games. Right off the bat great service from the time we walked in until we left. Another time James was so helpful was with the ropes course - 2/4 kids were not having it. He tried to convince them they were okay and he wouldn’t let them fall but also let them know they didn’t have to do it if they didn’t want to and helped them back down to the floor. He also had a partner in the ropes course but I forgot his name. He was so nice and polite! James also gave a little gift to my child. Made his day (and ours!!). Ivan - we had an issue with a game and a prize getting stuck. He came over right away and helped and asked if there was anything else he could do for us. Kelvin - he was our waiter in the Bowling area. He was so friendly and always made sure we had what we needed. Helped me with choices on the menu. Great fella! Again, we cannot get over how friendly as well as above and beyond the staff is at Main Event on 1604 & 281! Thank you for making our day! We will definitely be back!!“

“We were at the Rim location just now. We sat in the bar area and immediately left. The floor had chips, old french fries on the floor and under the table. I had even said something about the floor needed sweeping as the hostess sat us. She didnt even bother to come back to address that. We got up and left. If the staff is like that with upkeep upfront, I did not want to know how they maintain their kitchen. I can understand if they were very busy and did not have time but there was a couple of people in the bar area. They could have addressed that. Very dissappointed.“
