“I was in a hurry with only 30 minutes left on my lunch, so I decided to stop, the line had 4 vehicles, and in my mind I was already making excuses because I believe I was going to be late but to my surprise the line started moving faster than what I tought and next thing I knew I was picking up my order on the window, it only took 8 minutes to get out with my order that's some great service. “Well with me not being much a morning person. I was getting annoyed of explaining what i wanted too the first casher.
Mrs. DAYANA saw me getting agervated and took over taking my order. I dont know if she is a manager or not but i can tell she can be good at being a manager she was very explaining didnt mind answering questions. She knows how too change her langauge for spanish too english really good.

“I don’t know how it is normally but I will say everytime I go when Jesus is there, I get the best service! I was just there the other night and Jesus was on duty. He didn’t disappoint. Even though he was pretty much by himself, he handled all the customer request effectively. Ask me how I know… I went thru the line and realized I was going to use my app to save money. I parked and saw his determination to get the line down as well as make sure he asking for patience during the process. Not one time did he say he was alone but we knew. My food was hot and he made sure to engage with me as well as be tentative to what he had to do for the company. I don’t know how long he has been there but management should be his role in the near future. We need leaders like him because I only go there because of him.“

They have been doing so for many years and I must applaud only this location as I have been to many Jacks in Houston and surrounding and the only other one that does coffee right is on 59 and airport in Stafford. Waited at the intercom for 20 plus minutes just to be served by someone who spoke broken English. Then she couldn’t keep up with the order and I had to repeat myself over and over. It was 4 cars in front of me and she waited until she cleared the whole line before taking my order. Don’t punish the customer because you can’t beat the wait clock properly. Then they had the car behind me sit at the intercom when I was the only car in front of it.

Way to go! This place has upped its service all around. I specifically want to give thanks to the younger African American girl in the drive thru. She is the most nicest and kindest person they have employed and makes the effort to give good customer service. Since she has been there, I have not had an issue with my food and when I hear her voice on the intercom, it gives me reassurance that I will have a pleasant experience. Great job! Also thanks and big ups to the kitchen staff, I know it takes a team to have a great experience all around.“

“We live in the Med Center and this is the closest JITB to us. We’ve never had an issue with our food or the service - which is more than I can say about surrounding fast food restaurants. It doesn’t matter the time or day, the employees are kind and you don’t get attitude for simply order food. Anytime we have a late night fast food craving, JITB on Spanish Trail is our place!“

“I Uber Eats a order from here and I am literally forever grateful with everyone who worked today. I made a mistake on my order and ordered a fried chicken sandwich and I accidentally put on my order no fried chicken in my sandwich. What was I supposed to eat bread and sauce? “The atmosphere and cleanliness have improved a lot at the location. Service was really good and quick, and the restaurant was clean and smelled nice. Obviously it's not fine dining but for what it is and the prices, it's good. Breakfast is the real winner here, they actually crack eggs.“

“Ok, I never thought that I would ever review a taco place but most of my life's working career I was on the road doing my work, especially when I was a licensed private investigator and running the roads here in Houston.
I found that a few Jack in the Box tacos and a coke was the easiest and fir me, it was a fast, eat on the run satisfying meal. Of course, my wife disagreed. And yes, my doctor has also made comments about my sometimes poor healh choices. But...... I'ma still be a customer, at 78 years old I have to consider the tradition of the Jack in the Box chain. I'm sure that my doctor would agree with me. I can't even remember the first time I had a burger, coke snd fries at Jack in the Box

Coincidentally, there was an Onion Ring Promo, so I ordered a reg hamburger w/onion, and the Rings.
There was No small Double Meat Burger Option, While there were burger extras options, there was No Extra Meat Patty Option??
This which was a shame, since I could barely taste the single meat patty...
You can easily add patties at BK and McD's, and they accept PayPal!
On the other hand, the Onion Rings, although a little pricey w/o a promo, were Great!! Too bad the competition doesn't offer Real Onion Rings this good, or Onion Rings period...“

Now that I’m back in Texas, I expected the food to taste the same as it used to, but it just didn’t have the same appeal. The quality felt a bit off compared to past experiences. The bathrooms were locked but if you ask, they'll unlock it for you. The women's toilet needed some maintenence after it wouldn't flush after like 15 times. They should probably get that looked into. “I work 2 blocks away from this location and man I love it. I know it is fast food but this place tacos, fries (onion rings, curly & french), and stuffed jalapeños are perfectly crunchy on point. Regardless food contains grease but this one here somehow you can not see the grease like other locations give them to you. The ladies there are very nice.and kind. Haven't had any issues with my food in the past 6 years! I go by between the hours of 9am to 5pm!“

Please listen to the customer a little better. A request for one sauce packet literally means one sauce packet, not nine sauce packets. Please give receipts when getting cash orders, because it's bothersome to have to return for it. I should not have to pull up to the front of the store if no one is behind me. Your drive thru timer is your problem not mine. And for JIB corporate, this breakfast isn't worth nine dollars. Bring back breakfast deals. Give us back rewards on PC instead of just mobile app.“
