“Well with me not being much a morning person. I was getting annoyed of explaining what i wanted too the first casher.
Mrs. DAYANA saw me getting agervated and took over taking my order. I dont know if she is a manager or not but i can tell she can be good at being a manager she was very explaining didnt mind answering questions. She knows how too change her langauge for spanish too english really good.

“We treated the Grandz and their lovely Mom to lunch on a budget (coupon deals) and everyone got their full...smiling but it was only because the entire crew and the manager on duty that made our first visit for us soooo Googl worthy and to just mention the incredible care they gave us while there. I didn't want to take pics but our orders were correct, on time and Jack yummy gooood....and yassss I had to write about them to the world with this review in grand style. They were so amazing, engagingly polite and quite knowledgeable indeed and we highly recommended everyone drop by and show them love because they truly deserve it!!!

“This Jack is the only one that can consistently make great Iced Coffee. They have been doing so for many years and I must applaud only this location as I have been to many Jacks in Houston and surrounding and the only other one that does coffee right is on 59 and airport in Stafford. Bravo to the team at this location and in Stafford. Keep up the good work!“

Waited at the intercom for 20 plus minutes just to be served by someone who spoke broken English. Then she couldn’t keep up with the order and I had to repeat myself over and over. It was 4 cars in front of me and she waited until she cleared the whole line before taking my order. Don’t punish the customer because you can’t beat the wait clock properly. Then they had the car behind me sit at the intercom when I was the only car in front of it.

Way to go! This place has upped its service all around. I specifically want to give thanks to the younger African American girl in the drive thru. She is the most nicest and kindest person they have employed and makes the effort to give good customer service. Since she has been there, I have not had an issue with my food and when I hear her voice on the intercom, it gives me reassurance that I will have a pleasant experience. Great job! Also thanks and big ups to the kitchen staff, I know it takes a team to have a great experience all around.“

“We live in the Med Center and this is the closest JITB to us. We’ve never had an issue with our food or the service - which is more than I can say about surrounding fast food restaurants. It doesn’t matter the time or day, the employees are kind and you don’t get attitude for simply order food. Anytime we have a late night fast food craving, JITB on Spanish Trail is our place!“

“We came in today around lunch time the crew is amazing the service is beyond kind and friendly and clean. They made everything fresh and was so happy to see us. Welcome us and made us feel so welcome most definitely we will come back they the whole crew was amazing one employee named Carlos was super friendly served us with open arms and went out of his way to get us sauce and bring us food because I was in a car accident and trouble walking he brought us our food and was amazing. “The atmosphere and cleanliness have improved a lot at the location. Service was really good and quick, and the restaurant was clean and smelled nice. Obviously it's not fine dining but for what it is and the prices, it's good. Breakfast is the real winner here, they actually crack eggs.“

I made a mistake on my order and ordered a fried chicken sandwich and I accidentally put on my order no fried chicken in my sandwich. What was I supposed to eat bread and sauce? “I’m a frequent morning customer and I always get the same most of the time and I love the service I get from the morning shift. Always smiling and ready to serve. It’s my favorite shift. Been in the evenings and most young people not as friendly and slightly rude without no patience. This is why I choose the morning to get what I like. The ladies in the morning are fantastically nice.“

“I mean obviously it's not five star food in the overall pantheon of food, but as far as Jack In The Box is concerned, this is about as good as Jack In The Box can be expected to be.
This is five stars in terms of Jack in the Box specifically.
I live between two Jack in the Boxes.
This one always gets everything right, and does a little bit extra, and makes their food better, and has fantastic service, and is super fast.
Meanwhile, the other Jack in the Box (on Gessner) is the worst run place I've ever been to.
If you want to go to Jack In The Box, and you live close to the one on Gessner, spend the extra 5 minutes to drive to this one. This one is basically run like a completely different restaurant.
The one on Gessner is slow, has god-awful service, get stuff wrong, make stuff incorrectly, gives you stuff that's cold, fails to get your order sometimes, won't respond to the speaker, it's a dirty store, it's super run down, ....It's awful.
Meanwhile, this Jack in the Box on the Beltway is super efficient, super clean, nicely lit, always gets your order right, makes everything correctly, apologizes if they can't do some sort of thing that the app promised, etc etc.
This Jack in the Box gets everything right.
I couldn't really ask for more from a Jack in the Box.
The vast difference between the two locations is ludicrous.
You shouldn't give the Jack in the Box on Gessner a cent.
If you want Jack in the Box, come to this location.“

“This store is enroute to my place of employment. I stop occasionally when I'm in the mood for trash panda ( 🦝 ) food. Service is always top tier, food hot\fresh\accurate, prices have not moved back to anything reasonable, but hey it presi-nomics right?
Vegetarian options: The only thing you have a chance of having vegetarian is the first drop fries... everything else touches protein.
Dietary restrictions: Not if you're on any kind of diet ...

The kitchen staff is awesome, they are very professional and contributed to the overall dinning experience. My son asked for more ranch. I was prepared to pay a surcharge like other establishments. Including other Jack in the Box.

“Normally this is the best Jack location; this time the service failed to get my Ultimate Breakfast right; I asked for No cheese and mentioned it twice but got cheese anyway, you can't take it off after it is melted. And Jack is now making the small chocolate cake half the size it used to be? What's up with this?“
“Normal experience for a fast food restaurant. Only appeared to be two people working. They were constantly in the back where we couldn't see them and we had to call out when we needed something. The soda machine was either broken or off- and they were unaware of it being so until we said something. I understand being understaffed, which is what it seemed like. All the trash barrels were filled to the max, all the tables were dirty as well as the floor.
We went with our son around 5pm on a Saturday, so had assumed it would have been a little more cleaned up. Due to the state of cleanliness I didnt even want to see the bathroom(s).
The food was decent. It came out hot and appeared fresh. Made how we ordered it as well. Only issue food wise was a portion of our order was forgotten and we had to remind them about it.
Would recommend for a fast meal, but not for a dine in service unless your desperately needing a place to relax.“
