“Hands down-absolutely delicious! Even 20 minutes before closing on a Thursday night the stuffed baked potato was fresh!! Loaded fries were amazing. Strawberry lemonade was delicious! Loved the sausage! Cannot wait to try the ribs! I am so excited to finally find a great bbq place near us. Woohoo!!“

“Rudy's has definitely grown from the po-dunk side of the road ice house that served BBQ.
Expertly prepared meat items will convince the moist militant vegan to forego their religion. Perfect pairings of BBQ sides will have the heartiest of carnivores asking for seconds of 3 Bean/Potato salad, beans, and corn.“

“Brett’s Bbq shop was a mixed Experience at a Recognized BBQ joint. We visited a Texas Monthly Top 100 BBQ award winner, a spot that previously held a Top 50 ranking. The restaurant itself was quite inviting, with a clean and well-maintained indoor seating area and a convenient beer and cocktail bar right next door.
The lean brisket had a solid salt and pepper bark with good flavor, but I found the meat itself to be a little chewy. The ribs were a bit inconsistent; some parts were flavorful, while others were a bit mushy and salty. The texture was uneven throughout. The sausage was a house-made, peppery link with a tight casing. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't my favorite offering.
On a more positive note, the sides were a definite highlight. The corn casserole was very good, with a nice balance between the corn and the breading. The cilantro coleslaw was a refreshing change, a light vinegar slaw with a great cilantro spice. It was packed with fresh carrots, red peppers, and onions, making it a delicious and flavorful side.
Overall, while there were some inconsistencies with the meat, the inviting atmosphere and excellent sides made for a decent experience.“

“This place was really nice. The furniture and the decor were visually appealing. The group I ate here with were all dressed up nice for a special occasion, so they gave us aprons which was really nice. Our server was also really nice and a lot of fun to talk to. The food was amazing!! They provided many side dishes such as kimchi, radish, and a platter to make lettuce wraps.“

“Love their combo menu—single, double, or triple plates. Tastes even better than in Guangdong thanks to top-quality ingredients. Been our family’s go-to for 3 years. My breastfeeding friend swears their BBQ pork rice boosts her milk supply. And the cashier? Absolutely adorable, energetic, polite, and wonderfully warm.“
