Fort Worth folks already know, but if you’re anywhere in DFW and haven’t made the trip yet, you’re seriously missing out. Panther City deserves way more recognition than it gets.“

“WOW! In town for business and we found this gem. The sides alone are worth the visit- the tater tot casserole and baked beans were outstanding. “1st time here, made the 2 hour drive because we had heard so much good stuff about it.
My wife and myself chose to have the sliced brisket with sides for me of corn on the cob and green beans, my wife had the smoked mac-n- cheese along with green beans. The sides were good and loved the Mac n cheese. Now for the good stuff- the sliced brisket. From the first bite on, our taste buds were in for a delightful treat. The brisket was smoked to perfection. The taste, the texture, you could feel flavor melt in your mouth.
You do get a knife but we didnt need it as the brisket was so tender you only needed a fork. Didn't even need the BBQ sauce because the flavor was there. Add the BBQ sauce- oh my Lord, it paired perfectly with the brisket so full of a sweet flavor with a hint of a spice kick.
It is easy to see why this place is so popular and why we both were recommend personally by people and why it has gained national attention.
The staff was awesome and along with the food, made our trip from Oklahoma well worth it. It lived up to all our expectations and beyond. Hands down the best we have tasted from any restaurant style facility.
