“The staff here was very polite. My food was made quickly and it tasted good. I would say that this location would have met every expectation that I would have had. Clean, quick, tasty. Writing reviews for fast food is more difficult, it seems like unless they missed the mark, or are way above the mark, there's not much notable. I would say that I tried the Dirty Baja Blast, and it was tastier than a regular Baja Blast. The added vanilla gave it a different angle.“

Christian was very friendly and helpful, my order was ready when I got there, the environment was well lit and clean. I appreciated seeing TVs on the wall making a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were orderly and looked clean too. I haven't seen a clean fast-food place around Houston in years, so this was all mind blowing to experience. This place is on my personal culinary map, which spans multiple countries and has flavors of all kinds. Why? Because this pace delivered an unforgettable hallmark, which can only contrast, with all of the fine dining establishments I have had the pleasure of eating at. “There is only one way to describe this place and more specifically this location. They so totally rock!!!! The food is always so fresh and crisp, whether it’s their signature double, a single, or even their chicken. The fries while yes leave something to be desired, the other food is spot on the dot. This visit was a single #2 fully loaded combo with their signature Raspberry Sweet Tea. It was awesome and delicious. I love how the veggies are fresh and don’t taste like they have been left out for hours. The sauces are always tasting so good and don’t have a stale taste. The tea tasted freshly made and didn’t have a sour flavor to it. Now as for the service everyone from Crawford, the GM, to his managers, to his staff, they are always so friendly and helpful. I never have eaten anywhere else burger wise since coming here and probably wont in the future. I always love how their menu is simple and easy, not to mention their flavors of the month. Whether it’s a new tea, a new shake or a promotional item, it is tops in my books all the time. I will always return here as I have said on other places, hungry for more. “I dropped my lemonade lid and Addison S helped me get a new one and refilled my drink. I’ve never had that happen before where someone helped and I didn’t have to grab on myself, so it was nice of her to do that. It’s near my husband and my anniversary and we asked if she could get us some of those fun hats that the kids wear, and she did! Jannah was also nice and helped us clear our trash :) they’re super clean at this location- even when busy“

“I got lengua tacos. The tortillas were good, and the lengua was very well cooked, with a great texture - not everywhere makes good lengua. They did taste unsalted, so the seasoning could probably be adjusted. Very tasty and quick, will definitely return“

The chicken came out fresh, crispy, and seasoned perfectly. The fries were hot, not soggy, and the biscuit was actually soft instead of dry. “This was the first time I tried this place recommended by my sister. I had the Gordita and it was huge and it was really good. I don’t eat avocados but this was the first I ate it cause it was cut small in the Gordita. I highly recommend trying it. This place is good. 😊“

“Before it would allow me to leave this review it asked if I would recommend Freddys… I answered with YES because I have always loved Freddys, but…… today was just way too much from this location. Sooooo after waiting 42 minutes stuck in the drive through I was handed my order in a full and heavy paper bag. I sat it in the seat next to me and started to drive off. I decided to pull into the adjacent parking lot and double check my order only to find there were no fries or onion rings, but about 3 pounds of napkins and sauces # on top of my burger. 😑 I had to go back into the store and it took another 15 minutes for me to get one order of fries and one order of onion rings to fulfill the order I had put in 49 minutes ago at this point. (There were minimal customers inside) While I was standing there for the 15 minutes, it took, I overheard conversations between a manager and the cooks. The cooks were speaking Spanish and not happy, and the manager was saying, “I don’t understand what you are saying” I think there is a communication breakdown that may need to be addressed . There was also a complaint by management that they wish they had another fryer, and that my wait was due to one of the grills not being heated up yet.“

This place has some of the best Nashville hit spicy chicken in town. We get the to go out finish even before getting back home. They alo have pretty decent variety and very good prices.“
