“This is some good eatin! The menu was small, but that’s ok. The brisket was tender, juicy and very flavorful. My family and i all ordered brisket meals - tacos, sandwiches and dinner entrees. Even though the sides weren’t my favorite taste, the serving was big. The warm tortilla chips were the best I’ve had in a long time. I definitely recommend this place. They have a very beautiful bar top and a fun atmosphere. We met Josh, Jewel and other staff members were friendly and helpful. We will be back on a weekend night to enjoy the entertainment. “I was in the area for work and I wanted some bbq. I found Ballhogg’s BBQ nearby. It’s a San Antonio Spurs themed bbq joint across from the AT&T Center. They had a brisket grilled cheese sandwich that I had to try and it did not disappoint! The sausage is really good too! The employees were all super friendly. They stay open until 11pm on Spurs game nights so I’ll definitely be back after working the Spurs games! Go check them out if you haven’t already!“

“Well if you decide to go to this Bill Miller's on Pat Booker I walked in for to go order is there a weighted 5 to 15 minutes before someone that dress me and I told him this is very poor service I stood there and watched them worry about that Dash door food deliveries to get their orders out before customers entering the store does a manager sound right there in the front line did not address it at all all the employees running around like a lost very very poor service at this Bill Millers never had such poor service anywhere got my order finally french fries with code three piece chicken supposed to be a leg a wing and a breast arrived at home how to leg and a thigh Hannah wing that's a nasty fries would I go back probably not now when they got service like this“

“Very impressed with this Bill Miller BBQ location! Place was slammed but everyone was performing well and diligently! Chloe at the register was composed and collected! Travis, the manager, brought our food out to us and held the receipt with pencil lines through each item indicating that he personally made sure we got everything we paid for! On the way back in, Travis took a quick second to straighten out the curbside signs and unfurled the American flag that had wrapped itself around its pole! Food was hot, fresh, and delicious! “I think this place is pretty busy so it's understandable that the servers are always a little bit rushed. But when they try to take your food order before you even open the menu. I get a little put off and then When you don't get your drinks until after.Your food has already been served.That is sometimes another problem. The portions are very large and it's very good But I think I need to hire.

“The filet and shrimp dishes were very good, as were the drinks! Our waitress, Natalie, was excellent. The only negative was the parking. We decided to use valet. We paid for that before we left the hotel. When we went down the hill to exit, they charged us for parking again ($17) as if we had self-parked. We argued, and they said it was a new thing that just started that day. VERY disappointed in paying two exorbitant prices for parking with no upfront knowledge of the situation.“
