“Before shopping at Walmart I ordered a custom sandwich on the Subway app. It said will be ready in 15min. Did my shopping and 15 min later went to subway and picked up my sandwich. It was stuffed full of fresh toppings and made exactly how I ordered it. Bread was chewy and fresh tasting. Honestly one of the better subway sandwiches I have had in a long time. Not as good as Subway in the 90's but much better than lately. Cheers.“

“I been coming to this location on/off for about 4-years now, and they deserve a 5-star. Whenever I am in a mood for a Jersey Mikes Sub I specifically come back to this location because of a few of the staff members in particular. Their names are Jeff and Chris. Both of these gentleman are class acts. I know that if I stop when Jeff and Chris are working, they are going to make me a good sandwich.

It's amazing how different employees can make you the same exact sandwich, but you walk out of the store with different levels of satisfaction. These two don't just make you a sandwich, they provide you an outstanding customer experience. They treat you like a valued customer, and they both have unique personalities that make you laugh or smile during your time there. They remember who you are and what your favorite orders are.

To put it simply, they break the monotony of the day-to-day. Those are the small moments in life that get you through the day, am I right ? Who wants to go to big food chains or franchise storefronts where you get the same boring assembly line experience with a person that has no personality? I surely don't !
I don't know about you, but feeling like I am on a conveyer belt does not improve my day-to-day. However, these two fellows definitely improve my day.

To further the above point, even though Jersey Mike's is a franchise, I still get that mom & pop shop feeling when coming here to this location due to Jeff & Chris. The same experience I used to get from all those old-school street corner delis I used go when I lived In New York. And that's the magic here.

If it were up to me, they both are overwhelmingly fit to be general manger positions. Especially Jeff, since he has been here helping me for the last 3-years or so. In fact, they are probably both overqualified for the position due to their people/customer satisfaction skills. That's something that's hard to teach these days. I hope they get all the recognition they deserve.

Furthermore, Jeff & Chris, if you are reading this, thank you !
And if you are the franchise owner(s) reading this, treat these fellows really good, however which way you can, whether that is a raise or a promotion... because if I had they on my payroll, I would not want to try to find a replacement one day.

As for the manger that is currently there right now, I couldn't care less for her. I think I've had about 1-2 total conversations with her ever and all I remember is she is the sole reason I almost never stopped in the store again. Wasn't pleasant towards me, and hard to deal with. The difference in personalities was night & day. That's the honest, ugly, truth.“

“This is a good location to go eat. Easily seen and accessible from the road. Accessible friendly though the accessible parking is a little ways away from the store but that's the shopping center and not the store's fault. Parking is okay but leave something to be desired due to lack of parking spots around the shopping areas and lack of proper accessible parking lot. Store stays very clean and the staff are very attentive. Bathrooms stay clean and when they're not busy so does the dining area. It can get a little dirty when they're busy but we're talking lying almost to the outside of the door kind of busy.“

“Good sandwiches & side items. Came here for lunch early this week during work store visit nearby. It was busy with lunch crowd but the service was quick & friendly. The vibe was nice I’m restaurant, busy with everyone having a good time eating & catching up. First time at this location, was not sure what to order but the staff was quick to make recommendations when I asked for meaty & cheesy sandwich. I was so hungry I went ahead & added a cup of chili which definitely hit the spot along with drink & Cheetos. The staff at register actually recognized me from another job they used to work at, great friendly service & was nice to be remembered!
