“Before shopping at Walmart I ordered a custom sandwich on the Subway app. It said will be ready in 15min. Did my shopping and 15 min later went to subway and picked up my sandwich. It was stuffed full of fresh toppings and made exactly how I ordered it. Bread was chewy and fresh tasting. Honestly one of the better subway sandwiches I have had in a long time. Not as good as Subway in the 90's but much better than lately. Cheers.“

We usually visit in the evenings for dinner and the restaurant is always clean and usually has someone cleaning either the floor, the drink dispensers or tables. “First time eating at Cheba Hut. This is a new location off 380 in McKinney. I came in for an early lunch. There were just a few people there. Place has a funky stoner vibe as you would expect. It has tables as well as a bar you can sit at. You order at the front counter and they bring out your food. I went with a popular sandwich the Kali Mist. It has roast turkey, bacon, chipotle mayo, jalapeños, avocado, cheese, pickle and their special sauce Shake and House dressing. I skipped the tomato onion. I got the medium size on white bread. The toasting of the sandwich makes a big difference. The flavor combinations were unique and worked very well together. Sandwich was a good size and reasonably affordable. I usually do Jersey Mikes for a quick sandwich. I’m going to need to try a few more from Cheba and if they are as good as the Kali Mist, I might have a new favorite quick sandwich stop. Definitely hit these folks up. Puff…Puff..Give.“

“It was busy when we went. The workers were doing the best they could,but couldn't keep. My daughter had a gift card on her phone that wasn't accepted at the store even though the card said all stores. Don't expect to use Internet there. We weren't able to sign up for their apt“

“First time here and the chicken salads did not disappoint. So many options to choose from. The cranberry Kelli and the classic carol were tasty and flavorful. Got both sandwiches on croissants that were airy and fresh. You have to try the grape salad….you won’t be disappointed! She made sure to let us know what the most popular item was on menu, the shift leader explained what all was coming on the sub, gave us an option to customize. Very friendly and courteous to us. Told us about locations around town. We dined outside, but they do have seating inside. My husband loved his! (I got the same one #12, ;) I second his ❤️ The lettuce is finely shredded and really adds a great texture to the sub. Bread was fresh. Cookie was fresh and sitting in the sun outside made it that much better. Warm and gooey! Definitely try this place out!“

“Came in a few weeks ago and ordered a BBQ chicken pizza in the drive thru, unfortunately, when I got back to the office I noticed it had too much sauce and was a bit raw in the middle. I called the store and Anthony was very kind and offered to replace my pizza. Went in today and he was able to take my order and ensure my pizza was correct. Usually great food and service and appreciate they went above and beyond to make it right.“

“I have eaten at other locations. This is my visit here. A friend's office is close to this location. He and his son have never eaten at Jersey Mike's. Someone from Jersey Mike's came to my friend's office today, and gave them free promotional coupons. I had the #17 Mike's Famous Philly with Rosemary Parmesan bread, and they had the #6 Roast Beef and Provolone with Rosemary Parmesan bread. They were delicious. The vibe was nice I’m restaurant, busy with everyone having a good time eating & catching up. First time at this location, was not sure what to order but the staff was quick to make recommendations when I asked for meaty & cheesy sandwich. I was so hungry I went ahead & added a cup of chili which definitely hit the spot along with drink & Cheetos. The staff at register actually recognized me from another job they used to work at, great friendly service & was nice to be remembered! Good lunch spot whether in a hurry or to sit down for a good warm meal, good quality & service with a smile. If you like sandwiches and variety this is a good place to come to. 😁“

“I have not been to a firehouse sub since pre pandemic days. I did not know about this location until today. There was a promo to buy a sandwich and get another free if your name starts with the letter BR. So I came fairly late at night and the manager was really kind and patient with me. The store was really clean. I assumed it was brand new but it's been around for a year now. I did not eat at the store but the sandwiches were delicious when we ate them at home. 1st of all the cashier was rude to me at first. I was ordering 4 sandwiches & had make call verification there sandwich. Like if I needed to get them toasted or not.

I can’t help it that she was only one working but no reason to rush me especially when there wasn’t anyone else in line behind me.

When the customers should alway come first no matter how short handed you are.

Other than the attitude, the food was very delicious my opinion. But next time I may decide to try out an another location to compare customers service.“
