“Good fresh Mexican food. Ordered the Pastor Quesadilla and was not disappointed. The meat was tender and flavorful, and the portion size for the price wasn't too bad for Austin. Only downside was the tacos were missing the onions and cilantro, but had salsa to make up for it a bit. Queso dip was a great size and not too bad tasting, chips were store bought nothing special. Overall worth a try if you're in the area“

“Delicious, fresh seafood and reasonable prices for large portions. I’ve been three times now and it’s becoming my go-to spot when I visit the Way South Food Truck Park. I highly recommend trying Beaux if you’re a fan of Po Boys or fish. Try the fried oysters and the coleslaw!“

“I would like to respectfully start with; I’ve been to Uchi multiple times over the years and will never forget my first experience (which will always be the best in my mind.) That being said — tonight might have been the closest to first I’ve ever had. Chance, our server was attentive, knowledgeable, easy going, brought some of the best plates when we asked “bring us what you like/anything you think we missed” literally 12/10 would recommend. Ask for Chance, he knows his shiiiiiiii* and made our night absolutely amazing and something we will never forget!“

“Just completed a tour of the Central Texas Barbecue Scene. Visited Snow's BBQ-Lexington, Louie Mueller-Taylor, Kreus Market, Smitty's and Black's-Lockhart, The Salt Lick- Driftwood and Franklin's in Austin. It was great seeing the venues and the family history at these historic sites. I visited Franklin's in the past and felt it was the best brisket I had ever eaten in my life. I am a skeptic when it comes to famous barbecue joints. I must say that Franklin's BBQ was far superior to all of the restaurants I visited with no one even a close second. Aaron's attention to detail from the service, choice of briskets, the cook, the wrap, the holding and even the slicing of the final product is evident in every aspect of his trade. I was lucky enough to run into him at the restaurant and he happily talked BBQ with me. Franklin's may not have the long history of muti-generational BBQ in Central Texas, but he has figured it all out at a level that I have yet to see equaled by the best venues in the country. This is a bucket list restaurant for those who really enjoy BBQ. It is well worth the wait in line“

“I know everyone is putting how amazing the burgers were but even for an old-fashioned hamburger, and I've rated many, these were quite dry and flavorless. I had the bacon cheeseburger with everything on it. Kids did love the fries. Just being honest, because what else is a review for, right?. However, the service was very quick, especially given how busy it seemed to constantly be. They had great sweet tea and the butterscotch shake hit the spot on a hot day. As for the atmosphere? I like how it hasn't changed much in 80 years so nostalgia is always a win for me and the prices weren't bad if compared to Whataburger up the way.“

My only suggestion for this restaurant is that they turn the volume down on the music. It really is WAY TOO loud. Other than that, visit often so that you can try the entire menu!“

She was honest when we asked about our menu choices, prompt in getting us our drinks and we had come from the football game, so made sure we got our food as soon as possible because we were starving! “We visited "STELLA SAN JAC" during our Austin trip... and we had a great time. We tried several of the best and most inspiring cocktails we've ever tasted. Manager Edwin put us at ease with the best comfortable service, and every cocktail he recommended we were very impressed with. I will definitely recommend my friends to visit this place, I want to go back and try the cocktail again on my next business trip.“
