“Got a chance to try Beaux Southern Seafood and it was a delicious trip down South. The fried catfish plate came out golden and flaky, and their jumbo shrimp po’boy with remoulade sauce was perfectly balanced. Also dug into their shrimp & grits — creamy, comforting, and full of flavor.

The setting is cozy and unpretentious, which works well for this style of food. Staff were welcoming and quick to answer menu questions (especially about spice levels and daily catches). A great spot for southern seafood done right.“

“I have never had a bad meal at any of the Eddie V's and last night was no exception. We started out the crab cake and the calamari both were excellent but the calamari was by far the best I have ever had. My 22oz bone in ribeye was cooked to perfection and the sides were the mash potatoes and the grill asparagus which were delicious and enough for 5 people. And the bananas Foster was amazing! I also want to thank Charlie our server who was spot on and also funny.“

“Great drinks and ambience was great. We got the table I requested and all was going well. Very slow waiter and didn't check on us often. I asked for med plus and usually it is pink but my steak came back burnt and grey. Maybe the waiter should have asked or describe what medium plus is at Trulucks. Molten cake wasn't what I was familiar with eating. I got a slice of cold chocolate cake that had a thick heavy layer of icing and a side dish of warm chocolate drizzle. I'm used to a small chocolate cake with a warm chocolate filling inside the cake. This experience was meh and it's the first time my review is all over the place but that's how I felt on Thanksgiving.“

“I saw The Shore on my Google map and clicked on the link. I saw their Happy Hour Menu and noticed they had 1/2 price Oysters and several other choices. We decided to stop there on our way back home. We got there at 3:30 and found that they would not open until 4 pm due to an earlier water leak. We asked if we could just sit at the bar until they opened because we really wanted to have oysters for our anniversary. The manager said since we were wanting oysters we could sit at the bar and get drinks and the oysters. Chef Cody explained all the different oysters offered and we decided to let him choose the oysters and we were not disappointed . He chose the gulf coast, summer time, Black moon and pink moon. All the options were fresh tasting with just a touch of saltiness . We also had the mussels with fries. We have not had mussels this good in a very long time. the broth was thick with butter, wine and capers. The grilled ciabatta bread was so buttery and crispy we ordered additional pieces. The calamari was lightly breaded rings and tentacles and were heavenly. We also tried the Hi Mexican Lager on tap, it was light and smooth. Our bartender was very sweet and helpful with our choices. We also would like to thank the manager who being so accommodating to us and making our 42nd anniversary so special. We will definitely stop there again!!!!!“

“We made a reservation here for my boyfriend’s birthday and had an amazing time! We sat outside on the deck, and the ambiance was great. The sourdough and smoked salmon dip was delicious and everyone loved their entrees. Molly, our server, was absolutely fantastic! She brought a dessert out for my boyfriend with a candle at the end of our meal and played a harmonica while we sang happy birthday. We couldn’t have asked for a better night. Will be back again!“

“Went last night for the second time, and just like the first, it was SO good! Everything from the calamari, Tarzan sauce, pad Sew ew (sorry if that’s a little off) and crawfish etouffee, so so amazing. My husband and I couldn’t stop talking about it. Definitely try it out. “Capital Grill is one of our favorite restaurants for fine dining. We also enjoy a cocktail at the beautiful bar. My husband ordered the filet mignon medium and it was cooked perfectly. My daughter enjoyed the tuna which also was amazing. My request was for seared sea scallops with Maine lobster and asparagus risotto. I was disappointed when my meal arrived as I expected a lobster tail, however, the lobster was part of the risotto. The waiter offered to replace my meal, however, I decided against his offer. I believe the description of this dish may be deceiving.“
