“Jay was the best server I've ever had, such a sweet and upbeat demeanor and was able to change my drink to something off the menu quickly and easily. I could hear Jay's smile through the drive through intercom and I felt truly welcomed and I even got a cute thank you note on my cup :)“
“I stopped by early am to grab me and my grandma a coffee and breakfast. I got a dark roast for her and myself a caramel frappe 🤤😋 and the turkey and basil and tomato sandwich. Drove all the way to south Austin and it was just as delicious as it was when they handed it to me 🥰 the lady in the drive was very kind and very helpful. Thank you all for all that you all do it's truly appreciated 💕“

“I may not support Starbucks for obvious reasons but I fell down some stairs and came into this Starbucks and asked for ice for my head and the nice lady I think her name was Michelle made me an ice bag and asked if I was okay. She was so kind and wanted to shout her out :)“
“I usually order a freshly brewed coffee here and they serve it on a real porcelain mug and they always have a self service non-dairy milk (oat/almond) together with the half-n-half option and no need to request it or pay extra for it - rare to find places like that. The price for the freshly brewed coffee is cheap compared to other places, and the coffee is good! I stopped going to starbucks because of price/low quality but this store restored my trust in Starbucks and I actually now consider going to one whereas before I would avoid it. Atmosphere is good, i always found a seat and spent at least 30 minutes writing and reading inside. Staff was always kind and sharp, awesome atmosphere in and out, good and clean bathrooms and not scary parking lot with good consistent flow of people.“
“Girl at counter was nice and helped a person who knew not what she was ordering for another person! Lol. Washed cups purchased before using them!! I don’t like going into a place for anything right now with Covid but promised someone I would set it for them. Not a bad place to do so!“
“Normally I go their after workout and baristas take good care. I love my psl and customer service. Emily,Angie and Victoria do their bests to take care of me. I had to use restroom and I came out they brought my drink and watch my stuff the other day. They do treat me like I am at home.“
“Fairly normal Starbucks: high prices (not the location’s fault), very friendly service, free refills on hot and iced drip coffee.
One day, the drip coffee machine was broken (at a coffee place!) and had been for a week (seriously) but something else was made for me at the same price.
Very pleased with LACK of crowds lately.
Music can be way too loud, and chairs scraping on floor are deafening.
But good place to set up shop for a while…but buy something!“
“I just started going to this location and the drinks are always on point. & always the right “color” lol. Especially the pumpkin cream cold brew. The baristas are really nice & look @ the cutest artwork I got on my cup today! It definitely put a smile on my face (:“
“Where do I start with this? Normally, getting coffee isn't very different between stores. However, at this store...👀!!! You know that first sip feeling? Yeah. They go there and then some.
I say all this because last week wasn't the best week, the kind where your drink falls and pours all over your car to spread the sweet, sugary, stickinessand you can only laugh about it, but starting with Shkruta, then Hunter, Mia, Lucas and Erika, and, yesterday, Suni, made it better. There service, warmth, and genuine joy made it possible for me to hold on to that energy throughout the day. And, obviously, that same energy spread into the food and added to it's already great quality.
The stores atmosphere is warm and cozy, a nice respite from the hustle and bustle of the highway. It's always clean and well-staffed. The food? Yes! The drinks? Yes!! The people? YESSS!!! I keep coming back because of them.

Y'all, it's getting bad. As the cold sets in and everyone wants watm drinks even more, this location is getting busy. However, they're still stars. They're still kind. They're still on top of their game.
