“I cant rant and rave enough about this location! I have made this location my favorite! The whole staff is amazing! They are always super friendly and greet everyone with a smile! Ya’ll are awesome! Thank you for making my mornings 10x better! My orders are always perfect! Thank you!!“

“Jay was the best server I've ever had, such a sweet and upbeat demeanor and was able to change my drink to something off the menu quickly and easily. I could hear Jay's smile through the drive through intercom and I felt truly welcomed and I even got a cute thank you note on my cup :)“

“I stopped by early am to grab me and my grandma a coffee and breakfast. I got a dark roast for her and myself a caramel frappe 🤤😋 and the turkey and basil and tomato sandwich. Drove all the way to south Austin and it was just as delicious as it was when they handed it to me 🥰 the lady in the drive was very kind and very helpful. Thank you all for all that you all do it's truly appreciated 💕“

“Absolutely love coming to this location!
Only writing a review due to an old hag Karen who may post an inaccurate review of this location. I was enjoying my cup of coffee and pastry while waiting on my dog while he was at the groomers. I have never had an issue at this location with staff or my drinks the handful of times I’ve been there. The last few days have been raining nonstop and today it was raining a bit more/rough. The building itself must have some leaking problems but staff did an amazing job preventing the leaks to spread by placing towels and placing the “Wet Floor” signs. Kudos to them!
However, there was one lady who as soon as she walked in the door was complaining right from the get go. Complaining about the leaks and how it’s an issue etc. While waiting for her drink, she was literally inspecting the place for any crumb in every corner. She stopped a girl mid sweep and told her to get this spot. The worker kindly replied and told her that is a mark on the floor that can’t be removed. She was given her drink, took a little sip and complained about her hot drink being “luke warm” and asked for the worker to place her finger in the cup. Oh brother!!!
They made her a new drink and then asked for a refund. Whoever the manager was on the shift today, handled this situation well.
I completely feel terrible for staff who put up with snooty people like this lady. I honestly thought she was the store manager, but she was not. 😊
It did seem she wanted to intimidate staff by saying she knew the store manager and was going to complain to them.
But long story short, if you see a review from someone today saying this place is filthy, staff is rude and/or drink was not made correctly, do not believe them. 😊“

“A pretty decent Starbucks for the most part. I wish the iced matcha latte was a bit more consistent with the measurements. Each day is like getting a different tasting drink.

The baristas are friendly and service is quick.“

“I came into Randall’s to grab a few items and decided to stop by Starbucks and order a Matcha Tea Latte.Although Elija was working by himself at the time, he was very professional and personable. He did an incredible job preparing the beverage and focused on the quality of the drink. He also did a commendable job multi-tasking as other customer placed their orders. He works very efficiently, and ensures that not only are the customers taken care of, but that the beverages are delightful, and the area was very clean.Way to go Elija!“

“Girl at counter was nice and helped a person who knew not what she was ordering for another person! Lol. Washed cups purchased before using them!! I don’t like going into a place for anything right now with Covid but promised someone I would set it for them. Not a bad place to do so!“

“Fairly normal Starbucks: high prices (not the location’s fault), very friendly service, free refills on hot and iced drip coffee.

One day, the drip coffee machine was broken (at a coffee place!) and had been for a week (seriously) but something else was made for me at the same price.

Very pleased with LACK of crowds lately.

Music can be way too loud, and chairs scraping on floor are deafening.

But good place to set up shop for a while…but buy something!“

“The spark this Starbucks captured my interest right away. This waitress was ready to take my order. She flashed her hands up in the air. She was vibrant and commented and communicated exactly what was happening with my order. It was great; her silly demeanor stayed with me until I left. And talk about a GREAT drink. Yum. Yum. It stayed with me for a long time. Love the location. Aw Grimes and Gattis School Rd. Overall impression? Definitely, make a stop here. Well worth it!“
