Starbucks in Round Rock

“I’m pretty much a regular at this location. The staff is always super friendly and the line goes quick. I’ve never had an issue with drinks not being made properly, other than the one time I was given a different type of milk than I asked for which was when this location first opened. No complaints. :)“

“This is my go-to Starbucks! I visit at least five times a week, and they always make my drinks just the way I want them. I'm leaving a review today because Hillary at the drive-thru was extremely nice and deserves recognition for her hard work, along with all the other employees.“

“This location is by far the quickest coffee shop I’ve been to. The girls are always sweet and on point. I never have issues with my drinks like I have at other Starbucks locations. I very much go out of my way just to buy at this location.“

“I came into Randall’s to grab a few items and decided to stop by Starbucks and order a Matcha Tea Latte.Although Elija was working by himself at the time, he was very professional and personable. He did an incredible job preparing the beverage and focused on the quality of the drink. He also did a commendable job multi-tasking as other customer placed their orders. He works very efficiently, and ensures that not only are the customers taken care of, but that the beverages are delightful, and the area was very clean.Way to go Elija!“

“Whoever made my strawberry açaí lemonade with light ice and no berries on Friday 5/24 at around 5:10 pm got me rightttt???? if I ever got that same drink in the morning they put way too much ice for my liking but I don’t care enough to say anything. “It could be the early time when I came to get our coffees and pastries but the person who took my order, the young lady that prepared my drinks and served it treated me in a nice and friendly manner! 👍👍👍 I will be there at a later time!“

“I had a business meeting here and had a great experience.

The lady taking my order looked like a sweet grandma. She had long white hair and bright red glasses. She moved at a relaxed grandma's pace but it was nice to slow down and watch her working.

I got a iced matcha and my client got a dragon fruit drink. We were discussing his real estate investment portfolio and coming up with a strategy to build it so we were there for a while. There was background music but it wasn't too loud, so we could hear each other and didn't need to speak loudly or yell. That's nice when we're discussing personal business matters.

The bathrooms were clean. And after my long meeting, I asked if this location offered free refills. They said, yes, if I had the app, which I did. :)

I asked for a decaf but they did not have any brewed decaf at that time. I told them I'll just take a regular coffee for the road but instead, they brewed me a decaf Americano. It was very appreciated.

While I was waiting for my drink, the barista Jeremie asked me about my phone holder and we had a great conversation. (It was slow and there was no one in line.) and it made my wait time enjoyable and I walked away feeling happy.

I would definitely come to this location again. The staff was friendly and the service was delightful. They also had a nice collection of cups and bottles for sale. I didn't have any of the food this time but they looked good, with healthy options, which is appreciated.“
