“Friendly staff and the food is always good. I love those honey butter croissants and cheese curds. Their buttermilk chicken sandwich is so juicy and such a big serving for the price. The drinks are great, and their lemonade is so fresh. If you don't know what you want to eat or people can not agree, cheddar's is always a good bet.“
“I absolutely love this place. I've been for brunch as well as dinner, and every single dish was absolutely delicious. The lobster Mac & cheese is unbelievable!! All their cocktails are interesting and delicious. I wish I lived closer, I would go here weekly. Thank you!“
“1st time visiting this place but would return. Fast and friendly service.Had the cob salad with chicken strips 9/10 typical cob, but you get a very big portion. The chicken strips could have used a bit more seasoning, in my opinion, but they were well cooked and crispy. Also had the Buffalo Cauliflower appetizer 10/10 fried to perfection with a somewhat spicy Buffalo sauce. Not too hot but not mild either.“
“What a unique but delicious place to eat. Family style, you pick your meat type, and then you get every side in the house brought to the table to share. Biscuits were top notch and drizzle a bit of sorhgum molasses on top of them and you won't even have room to eat everything else, even though you should.“
“On my first visit to this location so far, I dined in with another person. I had 1 risky biscuit, 1 iced cinnamon biscuit, 1 the farmer, and 1 peach-berry lemonade. The risky biscuit and iced cinnamon biscuit were fine. The farmer biscuit was good, and I wouldn't mind ordering this biscuit sandwich again. The peach-berry lemonade was excellent.I intend to visit again to try some sidekicks and/or shareables in addition to another entrée.“
“Ate there for the first time today and let me tell you. Food was superb and our server Pete was phenomenal. I had the chicken fried steak and boy was it huge. I able to actually eat off it three times. Also had the wings and they were delicious as well.“
“Went with my friends to Saturday brunch/lunch. We had catfish, chicken fried steak and taco salad. There were so many side dishes, fried okra, slaw, mashed potatoes, and more and everything was literally perfect! Our server, Dalys, was so wonderful, really present with us... and every other person who worked there was kind, helpful and engaging. Always right there with the coffee... The place was clean, restrooms too. When we got there it was completely full, but we didn't have to wait but like 5 minutes and our food came very fast. Honestly, best meal I have had out in a long time.“
“Oh my! This food is sweet to the soul! I'm from Mississippi and this, my dear, is it!!!!Everything I have tasted is delicious (Brisket fries, catfish bites, fried okra, fried jumbo shrimp, brisket mac-n-cheese and hot lemon pepper wings).“
“This place was such a pleasant surprise! We came here for a quick brunch and was so pleased from the coffee to the appetizer to the main course. We ordered the deviled eggs and they came with 5 eggs and were delicious! I got the avocado toast with an added egg and even though it was on the appetizer menu it was plenty of food for a meal. My husband got the love me tender and it was also very hearty! There are 3 sauces on the table and they are not labeled so be careful which one you grab. One of them (dark red) was incredibly spicy! One was honey and the other was a sweeter sauce. The bathroom was a private bathroom and it was clean and well stocked. We parked in the parking garage and walked a short walk to get to this restaurant. No wait when we got there and it was a Saturday. All in all we were very pleased and we will absolutely return.“
“I love this place. The biscuits are amazing. If I lived closer I would either be a full blown diabetic or at least 250lbs. The iced cinnamon biscuits are crazy good and it takes willpower to eat just one.All around good menu and great breakfast. This has easily become one of my favorite breakfast spots in Frisco!“
“Had the Catfish plate. ACTUAL Catfish filets, not 2 inch strips! Gren means has meat in them. Reminded me of my granny's. Mac-n-cheese was great.Wife had cfc, had better. Rolls where ok corn bread to sweet for me but good.( don't like sweet cornbread AT ALL) They had HUGE pieces of pie and cake. Fat boy scale. Place is a solid 7!“
“The food is awesome ?. But this is the second time an item was left out of my order. I love the pinto beans. And for the second time, the double order of pinto beans is not there.I have nothing bad to say.. I would just like to get both orders of the pinto beans. I really, really get disappointed when this happens. Please try being more careful with the orders...“
“I knew right away I was in the right place once I step in and smell crawfish boil. I grow up outside new orleans on the west Bank and this place is like taken step back home. Not big restaurant but that does not matter. I am a fan of this place and will be back soon. Thank you for wonderful food and making me feel like back home.“
“You already know I'm coming back!! This is the perfect spot for lunch. I tried the buffalo chicken salad on a croissant with a side of broccoli salad and fruit. At a glance I thought the broccoli salad was going to be a glob but wait a minute I believe it was the star show stopper of the meal! Do not sleep on the buffalo chicken salad I repeat!! It has just enough spice so creamy mmm I wish they were open on Sundays. They have a nice patio in the back overlooking a little pond. Very pristine and ideal to take your mama or family after running errands. Last but not least the complementary buttery cookie they give you is muah chefs kiss. Reminds me of those soft pink frosted cookies with sprinkles that you would get back in grade school.“
“TUPELO HONEY | Southern Kitchen & Bar | Frisco, TxWalking into the restaurant on a gloomy and rainy Wednesday afternoon I must say that I did not expect it to be busy! Since I was meeting a work associate for lunch I was lucky to have snagged reservations and highly recommend considering making a quick reservation for yourself when you decide to indulge in their sophisticated southern cuisine. The brand describes themselves as a fusion between Southern & Appalachian Mountain cuisine and, while I have never heard of such a thing, it is certainly delicious! To start we shared their Famous Fried Green Tomatoes that were perfectly done. Fried Green Tomatoes are not quite as soft as a ripe tomato and being lightly crusted and pan-fried gives them the perfect light crunch to start your meal. I did see the Biscuits for a Cause pass to another table and found myself already planning my next trip back to try those!Since I am always a Brunch girl, I ordered the Smoked Salmon Grit Cake & Eggs for my main course and my eggs were cooked perfectly! The grit cake was very soft and easy to enjoy and paired very well with the capers and smoked salmon. I wish I could have enjoyed dessert and will have to save that for my next trip as well. So many reasons to go back! I was also very happy to see a Non-Alcoholic Menu and highly recommend the turmeric ginger tonic (if you like ginger)!Treat yourself to Tupelo Honey, make reservations, and enjoy the southern charm!“
“Our company recently had the pleasure of working with Low Country Cuisine for an event. We were particularly impressed with the attentiveness and warmth of our point of contact, Asael. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and ensure everything ran smoothly. Their professionalism, helpfulness, and friendly demeanor made the planning process a breeze. The food was also incredibly delicious. The BLTA sandwiches were a huge hit among our guests and received rave reviews. Overall, I highly recommend Low Country Cuisine for anyone planning a corporate event. We look forward to working with them again in the future.“
“I give Southern Gourmet Kitchen 1million stars. The food is season so good. The fried green tomatoes, the egg roll greens, Shauna had excellent customer service. She took care of us with great hospitality, always checking on us. The whole entire wait staff was so nice smiling interaction was great with the customers. Meatloaf was okay. But baby the shrimp grits, yams greens & OOOO the mac & cheese... FIRE. Last but not least DJ Class Chaz had me dancing in my seat the WHOLE entire time.“
“I know everyone needs to make money, but the one thing I hate is going to a restaurant in America. You have a cashier that don't know how to speak English, drives me crazy I went in there today the lady just did not understand what I was saying so she ended up messing up my order I'm not one to complain so when I got my food it wasn't what I asked for but I was like it's something not a big deal I just left.“
“I had breakfast yesterday for the first time here, and the food was amazing. My friend had the banana and Nutella crepes. She said they were delicious. I had scrambled eggs and ham and the portions were awesome. Our server Isaac was excellent. We plan to return and try having lunch. I would recommend this little cafe, it's very spacious, the service is excellent; the food is delicious, and the coffee is great“
