“Very friendly and accommodating, food was excellent and came out quickly. Took off 1 star from atmosphere due to loud non-ethnic music, but they turned it down for us. It’s not as big as Blue Fin but neither are the prices. Our new goto place for Sushi in Wylie.“

“I have been so patient with waiting for the opportunity to finally try this ramen place! They opened up and by the time I had the chance to go they were temporarily closed. Love that level of customer service! Plus, I was debating on even getting the veg rolls and now I'll always order them because they are delicious! Sushi was always amazing and the ramen was so good! The only adjustment I'll make to it next time is to ask for my miso veg ramen it a little spicy. My husbands spicy ramen was PLENTY spicy enough. He loved it!!! “Oh my gosh y’all Josephines Soul Kitchen is soooo good! I’m from NC…reminds me so much of food from back home. Definitely try the smothered chicken….falls right off the bone 🤤. I got a plate today on Easter with smothered chicken, dressing, mac-n-cheese, and cranberry sauce……tastes amazing! I also got my husband the pork chops. Everything is delicious!“

The size is more of a Japanese size than an American size, that said, I am full after eating one whole roll by myself. The flavor of the sushi was very good, the fish and the avocado both tasted fresh and I liked the addition of the sesame seeds. The spicy roll itself wasn't too spicy (for me), but the wasabi was spicy (which is good because that means I could actually taste it! It wasn't watered down like how some places give you). The food was very good. I had Hot and Sour Soup (it’s complimentary if dining in), the Avocado Roll, and Kung Pao Chicken. Huge portions of the KPC, enough to bring 1/2 home for lunch the next day.
We were surprised not that many dining in, but they were VERY busy with takeout orders.
We will go back for sure.“
