New American Restaurants near Bountiful, UT

“Very good food, excellent service! Has been, and always will be, a great place to dine.“

“I usually visit the Cubby’s in Draper since it’s close to home, but today I stopped at the Bountiful location. I ordered the beet and goat cheese salad, but it came without the goat cheese. I let it slide and continued eating, but then I bit into a pistachio shell-and later a second one.
I spoke with the manager, who was very apologetic and explained that the missing goat cheese was due to new staff training and that the shells in the pistachios came from the way the shipment arrived from their commissary. I appreciated her honesty and explanation.
I also want to highlight the front cashier, Ethan, who was amazing. He took our order with care and was very helpful in quickly getting his manager so I could address my concerns. His professionalism stood out and made the experience much better.
Overall, I was still able to enjoy my meal, and I hope this feedback helps the team improve.“

“The food wasn’t bad, but not the best we’ve had. We liked the wood fired pizzas, the caprese salad was so-so, and the service was nice but very low-energy and not very attentive. Didn’t ask if we needed refills until we were ready for our check. The atmosphere would be really nice, but the place could use a deep clean and half of the light bulbs were burned out. We went on a Friday at lunch and it wasn’t very busy, so food was fairly quick coming out.“

“What amazing Stromboli’s. So fresh and full of so much flavors. Kyle greeted my wife and I when we arrived to pick our sandwich a up. We were a little late and were offered new fries. What a great jester. I would recommend everyone to try this at least once. You will always come back!!“

“We made a trip to WildFin in Farmington and the food was amazing! I would go back just for their seafood. However the service we received was horrible. We were seated at a table near the kitchen. We ordered drinks and had to flag someone down to order an appetizer, to order another drink, to order our food, to bring us plates when they served the main dish and again to get our check. I am hesitant to recommend this place for that reason. But if you go know the food is great and I hope you get better service!!“

“Great meal last night. Crispy Pork Belly was amazing and a generous portion. Followed up with Fire Roasted Maitaki Mushrooms and a glass of Nebbiolo. Rye Boulevardier (a Negoni with whiskey) for a night cap. All delicious. Friendly yet prompt and professional service. Chatted with sommelier Katie about the awesome wine program. Beautiful space. Wil be back next time in SLC.“

“We always have a great experience here. The server we had was amazing. He was always on the ball with all of our needs. I don't know his name. He's the one with long brown hair. “We came here for brunch for my girlfriend’s birthday and it was also our first time coming here. The food was absolutely delicious AND we got a free dessert for her birthday. Not only was it free, it was a delicious, house-made crème brûlée! We will definitely be coming back!“

“None of the food locations in the zoo have a lot of food choices, but Shoreline has better quality food than the other locations. I told the Team Lead that the condiment cups were out, and she was very cheerful and refilled them within 20 seconds.“

“Visited when in town for a wedding and Franklin Ave became our go-to stop. Their food is delicious. On our last night they were busy and we could only be seated downstairs. We sat at the bar and had appetizers while we watched three incredible bartenders show their talents with all of the mixers, tinctures,etc. Very highly recommend!“

“If you’re ever in Salt Lake City - Savannah and crew are some of the loveliest people I’ve met in a long while and they’ve been taking good care of me while on assignment here with the FAA from out of state. “With winter on the way, you have to have a bowl of "Some Soup." I can't tell you what is in it because Chef Milo's drive to create results in new recipes every week (I think?), but what never changes is the always exceptional blends of flavors.“

“Food was good, as usual. Loved the presentation of the octopus appetizer, but oddly, not the octopus itself (did love the grilled pineapple and shishito peppers, however). Salmon was excellent. Server, not so good. Food came out way too fast (didn't ask), with the entrees piled on before we'd finished our appetizers.“

“Great atmosphere. We sat outside and it was really nice. Food was great as well. My wife had the Asian Salmon salad and I had the Blackened Salmon Sandwich. Fish was cooked perfectly amd my wife loves her salad. I had the house pasta salad with my sandwich and it was really good. Great service and got our food pretty quickly. Would recommend for a nice casual lunch or dinner.“

“Beautiful views and good food (for a hospital). It could obviously be a little more seasoned but hospital food isn’t known for its seasoning for a reason. I prefer going here over the main hospital because of it’s made-to-order food, instead of burgers that have been under a heat lamp. Plus the fries are yummy :)“

“I enjoyed dropping in here for lunch while in the SLC area for SmallSat. It is conveniently located inside of the Harmons grocery store. I was able to grab a good burger and some hand cut fries for lunch and then pick up some groceries after. The burger was quite tasty and the fries were very good as well. It was inexpensive and a nice place to grab a quick lunch. They did not have a gluten free bun option but the meat by itself was plenty tasty. Overall I enjoyed my lunch here.“

“Happened in on a random Monday. Wish I could remember the host’s name- he did the most amazing job of making us feel welcome and seen without inserting himself in the conversation in a way that was intrusive (he’s from New Mexico and he’s funny and kind!). He then brought back some hiking recommendations that were awesome. The food was also terrific- creative without being showy or strange. Great local and regional beer options, very reasonable pricing. Looking forward to going back.“

“The service, the ambiance, the food - all great! It was pretty loud and difficult to hear and converse with my husband across the table. The restaurant was full (great for the restaurant) which caused the loudness. Suggestion: bafflers on the ceiling would help with some of the noise. We've eaten here many times and will undoubtedly eat there many times more.“

“We came here for our anniversary and got to sit out back by one of the ginko trees. Ella was our server and from the beginning she was outgoing, personable and really friendly. She offered ice for our water since it was so hot and definitely added to the whole experience. Such a great spot for a date night or with friends and family!“

“Having been a cook there and working directly with the kitchen head and resident chef, it was fast, fun and sporadically busy-then dead. All that melts away when you see the view of SLC and the campus sprawled out before you. The Philly cheese steak sandwiches and grilled cheese are the go to items when I was involved. It's a great place and excellent view, would highly recommend.“

“Love their food! You pre order then staff brings you your meal. Salads are great. Lobster bisque is amazing. Wait staff can be ok. My last visit my gal was slow and I had to flag her down. Space isnt big so wait staff can see everyone from most points in the restaurant. Also can get busy and not have tables available. A great spot when shopping. I wouldn't bring a large group though unless shopping is part of your day.“
