“We found a cute little pastry shop right in the middle of downtown Holladay today! Apparently they have been in business for 50 years. Who knew? Display and decor is cute. The pastries, cakes, cookies and all of the baked goodies looked delightful. I asked the shop girl if I could just have one of everything! We bought a variety of items and they are all delicious. Not to die for delicious, but good. Shop is clean and inviting. Closed on Sunday and Monday.

“Came here on a whim while I was in the area. Was thoroughly surprised at the quality of the baked goods. The eclair was delicious and had a light vanilla cream and the banana tart was also very delicious with fresh bananas. The coffee cake was decent too. Will definitely be back to try more goods“

“This place is the emoji of chef’s kiss ?. I landed in SLC and had a few hours to burn before I get into my day. Pulled up yelp and saw this place close to downtown (it’s a little outside but part of downtown - by the library) and thought should be fine. I was wrong, it was way better than fine.

The shop shared a kitchen with lady flour so the signage is a little confusing but it had a very old school vibe. Anybody who had been into an old school cafe or donut shop will remember the tables. The music and ambiance created a chill environment. A+

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee and talked to the cashier if I could chill for a few hours. He said of course and gave me the WiFi password - service A+.

I take my first bite of my breakfast sandwich - heck yeah it was good. A+

I’m a fan of this place. If I lived in SLC, this would be my go to spot. Definitely plan on coming back when I leave California and find myself in SLC.“

“This is going to be a long review. When you first walk in you are met with a delicious aroma of fresh bread, and pastries. The staff beats you with such sincerity that you feel like your family. I had called to put in a large catering order Tuesday afternoon right before closing; Wednesday was a holiday and I needed it by Thursday morning. They had everything boxed up ready to go…. Only for me to realize the coolers I bought were not big enough for a box. They offered to repackage everything into smaller boxes. The smaller boxes worked perfectly. While I waited I ordered the Turkey, avocado, bacon sandwich. I can honestly say that was the best turkey avocado, bacon sandwich I have ever eaten. As I write this, I am thinking of how delicious that sandwich was and trying to convince myself that a 50 mile drive for a sandwich is a bit much. The turkey was a thicker cut, juicy, flavorful, and it had that Thanksgiving roasted flavor to it. The bacon Cooked perfectly, not too crisp so you don’t chip a tooth , and not underdone where it is chewy. The avocado was fresh, and it was ripened to the perfect stage. The sandwich also contained some lettuce, and a dressing, which was delicious. All of this delectable goodness placed on fresh bread. The bread had a perfect crunchy outer crust While the inside was soft. The bread itself had an amazing flavor to it with all the seeds and nuts in it made a perfect sandwich. I will write a follow up after the party tonight. It will include photos.“

“This place is such a vibe. The place is set up nicely. I have tried so many of their pastes and I honestly haven’t had a bad one. All their pastries and drinks that I’ve tries is phenomenal. I love coming here when I drive up to Salt Lake. I wish we had a branch down here in Orem. I would recommend any of their croissant donuts! They’re my favorite. While the sweet items looked amazing, we were looking for something a little more savory and picked the spinach and cheese, chicken schwarma, and beef pie. All 3 were delicious with the spinach one being my GF's favorite and the beef one with tomato sauce being mine. I really liked all the flavors and enjoyed how soft and flaky the pasta was. “I live in the Buffalo New York area and I have recently discovered this bread at a local grocery store. I love it. I love the flavor. I love the hamburger rolls as well. My only complaint is that the bread that comes sliced is full of lots of holes it’s hard to get one piece of bread that doesn’t disintegrate when I eat it, but I’ll take it because it definitely Has amazing flavor.“

“Pasties are phenomenal--the dough is so well-seasoned that even bites that are just crust are still totally delicious. The donuts are as big as your face and the cherry jelly donut is like tart cherry pie filling with a hint of nutmeg--best donut I've had in SLC, no contest. The bagels are also solid. Nothing on this menu has disappointed, and I've tried most of it. The only area I'd say could really stand improvement is they should step up their coffee game to match the quality of the food.“

“I can’t say enough about these cookies! I was in SLC on a mini vacation and stumbled upon the store while exploring. I am a cookie fanatic so I had to stop in. These cookies are heaven! And the sample size was a whole quarter of the cookies! They aren’t too sweet, the flavors are creative and all work well (who would have thought a butternut squash cookie would be so good), perfectly baked. I took a dozen home with me last night. There are only crumbs left lol“

“Came here for coffee and a light breakfast. I got the toast of the day, beet hummus and ricotta and my friend got the sandwich of the day, ham and cheese. The toast was good but was pretty expensive at $9. The sandwich was a better deal at $12 and was quite tasty but it had really fibrous, inedible pieces of fennel in it which you had to pick out. I also got a couple pastries and a sourdough loaf to-go. The pain au chocolate was $9 but was ridiculously good, so flaky and buttery! Worth it as a special treat. The food was good but didn't seem worth the price, I think the move for table x bread is going for the freshly baked pastries and breads instead of ordering the toasts/sandwiches. Their bread is so good, crispy and crusty on the outside but soft on the inside, highly recommend the sourdough. The drip coffee was also worth it, very flavorful and reasonably priced. If you plan to eat here, be mindful that there are only 3 indoor seats (there are several small tables outside).“

“Had my daughters custom birthday cake made here and was not disappointed. I was pleasantly surprised when the lady brought out this beautiful cake to the front counter. They did a way better job than the inspo picture that I sent them on Instagram (Which on Instagram, they were very quick to respond and communicate with and made ordering and pick-up very easy). My daughters birthday theme was "If you give a mouse a cookie" and they added the cookie crumbs and chocolate chips, which was such a cute and creative idea! My daughter absolutely loved it, and the cake was beyond delicious and not to mention huge! All of my guests really enjoyed the cake as well, and asked where I got it. I would recommend this place to anyone, very nice and professional people and this cake was well worth every penny. We definitely will be coming back. Thank you for helping us make our daughter's birthday special 💗“
