“They offer free water here along with disposable cups, which is really convenient. I love fries, so I ordered some — they’re lightly salted on the outside and super tasty. There’s also a designated dining area for guests to sit and enjoy their food. After skiing, it’s a perfect spot to recharge, grab a quick bite, and take a short break. Highly recommend if you need a little energy boost!“

“We enjoyed an absolutely beautiful meal here with breathtaking views. The food was exquisite and high quality. The servers were attentive and accommodating. One area of improvement was the cocktail - just ok. Overall, one of the best meals to day. Get the bison tenderloin.“

“one of the most spectacular, quaint and intimate locations and restaurant venues ever! Tuna Tartare appetizer is out of this world with flavor and freshness. The filet is the best filet we have ever had. We brought my wife's mother from TN and she was so impressed with the quality of the food! There is a reason Log Haven sits a top the charts for awards.“

“Not sure how they keep all of this elaborate food tasting fresh but they do. I’ve been very impressed with every lunch I’ve had here. Staff is friendly and engaging. Build out is clean and welcoming. High end ingredients and flavor at a very reasonable price. And it’s fast!“

“Great location, food is thoughtful and tasty, staff is trying really hard. Obviously a little worn, but that is what you get on a ski mountain when everyone is wearing ski boots.

“We love Roadhouse. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the food & service are reliably good. We had an exceptional dinner tonight—Poke Bowl, Mac-&-Cheese with toppings, & Tacos were all great. “Very pretty building. Didn't try everything, but the food certainly smelled good and folks seemed to enjoy it. Expensive, but all food on-mountain typically is. It tends to be very busy around lunch and difficult to get seating, however.“

“This is Alta's main on-mountain dining restaurant to stop at for a break during your day of skiing. The food is expensive but it is solid. The oatmeal raisin cookie is probably the best one we have ever had. It was amazing! There is also a small gift shop within Alf's that has tons of cool Alta branded stuff.“
“Albion Grill is a great place to relax before or in the middle of a ski day, or to wait and eat/drink if you're not skiing. You have great views and you can get there without skiing, so it's a good option for someone who doesn't want to just sit in the car. Food is more expensive than down in the valley, but not too crazy.“

“Every item we ordered was spectacular. The sashimi appetizer was amazing. We also ordered the wagyu ribeye, brussel sprouts side and parmesan fries. We enjoyed everything so much, we returned the next night. Both Greg and Gilbert, along with all supporting staff took exceptional care of us. Thank you!!“

“This lodge is at the top of the red pine gondola, and at the base of saddleback and high meadow expresses. Very expensive but tasty food. Seating can be very hard to find, try to go at times away from the lunch rush.
Nearby activities: ….its a ski lodge… bet you can find something nearby to do ;)
Walkability: Walk off the red pine gondola and you’re there. Easy walking access to the lifts
Food and drinks: Ridiculously expensive, ie. 25$ for a simple hot dog and fries. But you’re on a top tier ski resort, so what do you expect? Expensive, but tasty“

Thanks to Brighton for opening Milly's lift in the afternoon and to the nice person serving drinks who chatted with my daughter about this side of the mountain. I look forward to our next trip! “We dined in order to assess Powder for an upcoming holiday dinner for work folks. First visit and we booked our group dinner at the end of the evening! Exceptional service from Shelby. Requested her for our future reservation! Hamachi crudo properly prepared. Parker house rolls warm and soft with Vermont butter. Skeptical of the fettuccine with lemon cream sauce but Shelby gave it high praise. It was fabulous! The coffee rubbed bison filet was tender and perfectly prepared. Last but certainly not least, lavender crème brûlée!! Unique and exceptional.“

But as far as American eateries, The Farm is pretty good. I commend Vail Resorts, the manager, for that.
The menu Is creative with many interesting dishes.
Service was very good.
The venue is nice at the base of the maintain. Dishes are somewhat pricy.

“We had an awesome breakfast. Service was quick! Good gluten free options. The GF toast was actually pretty good! The chicken sausage was very tasty. I really enjoyed the chia pudding! We will be back tomorrow to order the same things!

“Our experience with Tyler was so great we had to go back. Food was phenomenal and Tyler and Charlie are the absolute best. They gave us recommendations for additional stuff to do tomorrow while we're still in town. Charlie got us a cucumber margarita with Vida Tequila. Amazing! One thing to note that disappointed us was Veronica's unprofessional and territorial attitude when we ask for Tyler. Tyler had already said it wouldn't be a problem and we even thought that we would go back out and come back if necessary to make sure we got the right spot. She had an attitude with both her coworker and gave poor attitude and service to us. She came back to the table after arguing with Tyler AT THE TABLE. They left to sort it out and Veronica came back and told us she'd be serving us and Tyler would only be making the drinks. We were not interested in that and again asked for Tyler and she told us no we should have asked for that earlier (we already did BEFORE she ever approached our table). So at that point we were willing to walk out of the building and come back and be even clearer if we needed to be. We were not interested in having Veronica serve us at all at that point. Luckily the bar was wide open where Charlie and Tyler were so we moved instead to get the service and experience we wanted and had already experienced. It would have been nice to be able to stay the table since we were a party of 6, but made the best of our experience. As a whole this restaurant and company are amazing, I cannot say enough. So nice we came here twice, but unfortunately Veronica's attitude is strong enough to leave a very negative impact on someone who isn't willing to stand up for what they're looking for.“

“This was my first time at Apex Steak and it was such a great experience! The food tasted amazing and the presentation was impeccable. The sourdough bread loaf was crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Melted in my mouth with the honey butter. The Empire salad had interesting and unique flavors and was a refreshing start to the meal. We also had the filet and lobster, both absolutely delicious. The mac and cheese was good, but probably the least exciting part of the meal. The asparagus au gratin was delightful. Then just when we thought it couldn't get any better, the desserts arrived and they were out of this world! My wife and I shared a creme brûlée and chocolate conifer for dessert--they both looked incredible and tasted even better. One of the best meals I've had in a long time!“
