My main gripes are with consistency and cleanliness. Wait times are unpredictable — sometimes you're in and out in a few minutes, other times you're waiting 15 minutes for no clear reason. I'd also encourage the staff to pay more attention to hygiene, since this is a food establishment. The floors and tables are often dirty, with food leftovers left sitting around more than they should be.“

The spring rolls were delicious and came with fresh mint, lettuce, rice noodle and peanut sauce to put together. We ordered the catfish with tumeric sauce that was heavenly and complex, and the noodles with brisket. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough and will definitely return the next time we visit. The Thai rice was kinda mushy, the Peanut noodles were so so and the Garlic noodles was such a small portion I thought I was being punked which i tried eating made it half way and didnt finish. Then when the staff asked why were weren't eating the food they didn't even bother to comp or just apologize after we told the manager how we felt. “$2 Crazy Hour is absolutely insane! They have a great selection of sushi and various appetizers. The sushi is the same high quality as their dinner service ,the fish pieces are huge and incredibly fresh. The alcohol are 50% off, and the selection is massive,they're not stingy like other places that only offer one or two brands. I came in on a random Thursday night looking for “just a little broth,” and left spiritually healed, emotionally supported, and feeling that heat through my body in the best way possible.

John, the owner, deserves his flowers immediately. Man recommended the Szechuan base like a seasoned hotpot therapist, and as a certified hot-pepper survivor, I can confidently say my taste buds were doing backflips. The spice level didn’t just knock on the door — it moved in, paid rent, and redecorated the place okay!

And honestly? I love the vibe here. It’s not trying too hard to be some ultra-modern, neon-sign “aesthetic” restaurant where the chairs hurt your back and the menu needs subtitles. It’s simple, cozy, and feels real. The kind of spot where ordinary people can sit down, exhale, cook good food, and temporarily forget their problems in a bubbling pot of happiness.

“This place is kind of difficult to find as it is in the 3rd level on Union Station. I dined here at 4:30pm on a Tuesday and the place was empty. I had the curry laksa noodle which I had never tried before. I'm not sure if this is how they serve it normally but it had two different kinds of noodles. The soup was a bit salty to my taste but it was filling and overall quite good. I would definitely go again if I have to wait before a train.“

“For a little café, it delivers so much! Family run, minority business. Sandwiches cold and hot are really good. Also serves coffee/ tea, drinks, candy, baked goods. Make sure you ask for TWO eggs on breakfast sandwiches since they usually only use one egg. In NY, all breakfast sandwiches standardly are made with two eggs. I'm sure the shop pays high rent and taxes and happy to support a local business in the Inova hospital location.“
