“We had a heart-warming experience this afternoon! We brought a group of residents to enjoy lunch on the sunny deck, and they enjoyed a delicious meal and wonderful time. Shift Mgr Kenyatta and Waitress Sarah were incredibly helpful when one of residents needed it most. Kenyatta called the EMT's, checked on us repeatedly and got us a pillow for her comfort; and Sarah's previous nursing school experience came in handy with plenty of conversation to distract her and keep things light. Between Sarah, the aide and myself, we kept her comfortable and distracted. All residents are fine, full and happily headed back home on the ferry. Thank you, #SurrySeafoodCompany !“

“We ate here last week. When we got into Yorktown, we grabbed lunch and it was delicious! Great customer service, family friendly atmosphere and yummy food! We grabbed coffee the next morning and it was delicious as well!“

“Went to nicks gloucester point site, pictures of menu and prices. Prices were not what was charged. Online for seafood platter 22.95 plus change and shrimp basket was 17.95, the large chefs salad was 9.95. Prices when picked up, were 34.95 for platter and 24.95 for fantail shrimp. Large chefs salads were 31.90 for 2 Please know that this does determine my feelings about returning even though we like the food. Price difference was just to much to ignore. Grocery stores have policies that cover advertised prices, you should to. Please update online prices. If you do the simple math, we paid in the neighborhood of 40 dollars more.“

“I normally don't write reviews, but this is the best fast food I have had since the early 2000s. IT HIT. And the customer service was TOP. 10/10!!! I had the $7 meal deal and the fish sandwich. WOW. Way better than any restaurant chain these days.“

“Got there at about 1030 and left at around 1110. You have to understand the foods good. Portions aren't head sized burgers. You're getting a nice burger that is quality over quantity. It wasn't packed with people which is good. We waited about 20 minutes for our food but it was worth the wait honestly. If you're not pressed for time, take a moment and have a nice burger. Tastes better than most of the other places around here. Staff was great too. If you want good food it takes time to make. This place isn't McDonald's microwave drive through.“

“Writing this almost a week late ahhhlalala. Food was super yummy for a mall restaurant, especially if you love heavy, filling, and very messy food (it will be DROWNED in sauce or cheese) Def worth my money. BUT!!!!! The main reason I wanted to write this was to give a huge compliment to Stella I believe her name was on the register? By far the kindest and most engaging employee I've had the pleasure of interacting with in the food court. She had something nice to say to each of my friends in line including myself, even off the register, catching me I was walking around 💕 Honestly a passed vibe check for the whole staff, my buddy told me when he went back up there for his fries, the guy showed off his pokemon binder LOL

“Manager gave great service and was kind to me and my daughter..had rowdy customers cussing at her and handled it great...her and her team went above and beyond...thanks a lot my daughter really enjoy herself..she just now discovered the whopper and it was a great experience for us both.“

“Haven’t been to Burger King for a couple of years, but decided to go in today around 10 o’clock. It was around the end of their breakfast time but I wanted to see if the Whopper was still as good as I remembered it as a kid. Pretty cool that you can order that any time during the day, not a lot of places will do that during their breakfast hours. Food came out pretty good and the place was clean! Only downside is, since I was dining in, the amount of screaming I heard between employees was kinda shocking. I’ve worked in fast food and restaurants before so I know it can get frustrating and stressful especially around rush times BUT generally you don’t want customers hearing that. The employees were polite to the drive through and dine in customers though.“
