“We were driving from New Jersey to North Carolina and decided to stop here for food and I’m so glad we did! The food was exquisite, full of flavor, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The service was also very, very good everyone was welcoming and quick. We were originally going to go to Chick-fil-A but ended up here instead, and it turned out to be such a great choice. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!”

Extra props for the tortillas being made fresh and they were HUGE! I also saw that they have Pozole on Friday & Saturday so I will def be back for that as well and to try EVERYTHING else on the menu! The salsas were delicious. They gave us a smoky salsa, an avocado-lime, and a spicy salsa. All DELICIOUS!! Definitely an amazing hidden gem and I am sad that this was my first time trying it. Such a great vibe had dinner at Firebirds the night before totally underwhelming the bartenders at Park Lane worked in unison and absolutely friendly and engaging with the customers. “I held a medium sized (60-70 person) wedding reception in their banquet room and it was absolutely PERFECT! They let us arrive at the banquet room a couple of hours early to decorate. All of their food options were delicious - I can speak specifically to the eggplant dish - YUM! The staff were kind and professional the entire night. We brought our own dessert but they were still happy to provide plates and silverware for us. The provided Bluetooth speakers which was plenty loud enough for a great post meal - dancing experience!

I cannot say enough nice things about everyone we worked with, I do not know all of their names but Tom was SO helpful with assisting with the logistics of the evening and Steven at the bar was EXCELLENT! 10/10, would recommend.”

But other locations make me angry, such as the bad attitudes at Bingham Drive and people putting staples in my sandwich at the Skibo Road location in front of Burlington. Enjoy, but be careful when you do.”

It is rare to meet a family business who takes pride in their business in a good way. The workers also work so hard and will smile you all the way out the door. I just really love it here. My favorite is the fried chicken and hope cakes. Me being from Chicago and recently moving here, it’s like a piece of home that I have in those wings. I totally recommend 1k percent. If I had a group with me I would give the entire establishment a standing ovation. Keith Lee really needs to check this place out.”

“The chicken and biscuits from Raise the Roost inside the 7-Eleven on Newtown Road and Providence are, by far, the worst I've ever had. The chicken was either overcooked and dry, with burnt outsides and —likely due to improper fryer temperatures or incorrect timer settings. The coating was thick and cakey, indicating poor preparation. Even the green beans had no seasoning or taste. I recommend not using salt if you decide to season. To top it off, the bathrooms were in horrible and smelly condition. I would've returned the food if I had time. Thumbs down! I took pictures but you cannot upload”

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were quick to seat me despite it being a busy time. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting, making it easy to relax. “These folks know what’s up. We tried them out for the first time last night and I assumed it would be amazing based just on how good the smoker in the parking lot smelled. I was right.

The experience was awesome from the time we walked in the door. Friendly, accommodating, staff. Easy to read menu system. Even a self serve station to take home some of their house made barbecue sauces. There’s plenty to choose from!

We ordered food to take home: a pulled pork sandwich, one of the specials: the pit beef sandwich with horseradish sauce and onions (they subbed the raw onions for pickled onions for me, highly recommend,) the Brunswick stew, pimento mac and cheese, the brisket, smoked deviled eggs and jalapeño cornbread with their house made compound butter.

Not one single crumb disappointed. The food traveled well, was still hot when we got home, and the portions were more than generous. I waited a day to leave this review just so I could also confirm leftovers reheat just as fantastic as same day.

“This place is THE best Pho place i have ever had. I've tried a lot of places all throughout Virginia and Pho Saigon is probably the ONLY place I've ever been satisfied with. When I had Pneumonia a few months back, I literally drove 2.5 hours from Norfolk, JUST to get their soup because - and I'm not sure how - It's the BEST soup (and Pho place) I have ever had and makes me feel soooo much better. It's like medication in a soup! If I'm sick, I come here for my soup. When my father introduced me to this place years ago, it easily became one of my favorite places to ever eat when it came to soup. And fried rice! So much amazing flavor, GREAT portions, and honestly, if this place ever disappeared, I'd dig my own grave. Lmao. I hope it stays around for as long as I live. I'd drive across country for their food. If you haven't tried them, DO IT. Their Steak Pho Noodle soup is the best thing on this earth, and if I could, I'd have it every week, or even every day! You get well worth the money. Their Saigon bowl size is enough for 2 servings. On top of all of that, their customer service is to die for! First off, the consultation was one of the highlights of our entire time wedding planning since my husband and I are big foodies. It was absolutely amazing - they had us try everything on their Black Tie menu!

They were very communicative and flexible throughout the process. The did a great job decorating their tables and the bar at the venue and they brought more than enough food to the wedding. They even packed a separate to-go bag for my husband and I and that fed us for a few days after the wedding - which was so nice!! They even gave us a thank you card. 🥺

“We decided to stop in after some late shopping, and this turned out to be the best service we’ve ever had at an Olive Garden—and honestly one of the best experiences we’ve had at any restaurant.

Our waitress, Kaela, was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, kind, and made us feel like family. On top of that, several other servers pitched in throughout our meal, bringing food, refilling drinks, and checking in on us, which made the service feel seamless.

The only hiccup was when my daughter found a small piece of foil in her food. But instead of this being a negative, the way it was handled turned it into a positive. As soon as I told Kaela, she was genuinely upset on our behalf and immediately took action. Shortly after, the manager Madison came over, apologized sincerely, and even explained what might have caused it. She comped my daughter’s meal, offered a replacement, and then surprised us with a $25 gift card for the inconvenience. When the new meal arrived, Madison personally delivered it—complete with extra grapes, which made my daughter’s night.

To top it all off, when we were packing up leftovers, Kaela overheard my daughter say she wanted the salad (even though I declined a box). Instead of just sending it as-is, she came back with a perfectly packed to-go serving with everything separated so it would stay fresh. That level of thoughtfulness goes above and beyond.

Despite the small issue with the meal, this was by far the best Olive Garden experience we’ve ever had. We will absolutely be back—and when we do, we’ll be asking for Kaela every time!”

We ordered food to take home: a pulled pork sandwich, one of the specials: the pit beef sandwich with horseradish sauce and onions (they subbed the raw onions for pickled onions for me, highly recommend,) the Brunswick stew, pimento mac and cheese, the brisket, smoked deviled eggs and jalapeño cornbread with their house made compound butter.

Not one single crumb disappointed. The food traveled well, was still hot when we got home, and the portions were more than generous. I waited a day to leave this review just so I could also confirm leftovers reheat just as fantastic as same day.

“I've been multiple times for happy hour. They have a great hour hour menu and drinks. the fish bites, steak frites, crab and shrimp dip... all delicious. Today we went and not a fan of the food in the actual menu. I got a lobster grilled cheese (lobster is literally only on half of the sandwich. the other half is just cheese) and my side is Mac and cheese with lobster added. It has a few chunks of lobster for the added cost, but the noodles... omg i think kraft is better and i never expected to say that from the other food I've had there!! I've had really good salad, crab cakes, the apps from happy hour. This meal is surprisingly disappointing. i will still go during happy hour, since it hasn't been a disappointment... but i can see where some of the complaints on the reviews are valid. i threw the Mac and cheese away. it was gritty like powder and no seasoning. can't save it with salt, pepper and butter. My husband also didn't like his meal. maybe it's the cook today??? I'm not ready to write them off yet.”
