But other locations make me angry, such as the bad attitudes at Bingham Drive and people putting staples in my sandwich at the Skibo Road location in front of Burlington. Enjoy, but be careful when you do.”

My husband got the Cobb Salad…everything from the lettuce to the avocado was so fresh! My little one got the chicken tenders and what tasted like homemade apple sauce? Then of course we got desserts to go. We will def be back! So impressed.”

It is rare to meet a family business who takes pride in their business in a good way. The workers also work so hard and will smile you all the way out the door. I just really love it here. My favorite is the fried chicken and hope cakes. Me being from Chicago and recently moving here, it’s like a piece of home that I have in those wings. I totally recommend 1k percent. If I had a group with me I would give the entire establishment a standing ovation. Keith Lee really needs to check this place out.”

Extra props for the tortillas being made fresh and they were HUGE! I also saw that they have Pozole on Friday & Saturday so I will def be back for that as well and to try EVERYTHING else on the menu! The salsas were delicious. They gave us a smoky salsa, an avocado-lime, and a spicy salsa. All DELICIOUS!! Definitely an amazing hidden gem and I am sad that this was my first time trying it. “This place is THE best Pho place i have ever had. I've tried a lot of places all throughout Virginia and Pho Saigon is probably the ONLY place I've ever been satisfied with. When I had Pneumonia a few months back, I literally drove 2.5 hours from Norfolk, JUST to get their soup because - and I'm not sure how - It's the BEST soup (and Pho place) I have ever had and makes me feel soooo much better. It's like medication in a soup! If I'm sick, I come here for my soup. When my father introduced me to this place years ago, it easily became one of my favorite places to ever eat when it came to soup. And fried rice! So much amazing flavor, GREAT portions, and honestly, if this place ever disappeared, I'd dig my own grave. Lmao. I hope it stays around for as long as I live. I'd drive across country for their food. If you haven't tried them, DO IT. Their Steak Pho Noodle soup is the best thing on this earth, and if I could, I'd have it every week, or even every day! You get well worth the money. Their Saigon bowl size is enough for 2 servings. On top of all of that, their customer service is to die for! “My husband and I had Mission BBQ Fredericksburg cater our wedding in July 2025. They took such great care of us! First off, the consultation was one of the highlights of our entire time wedding planning since my husband and I are big foodies. It was absolutely amazing - they had us try everything on their Black Tie menu!
They were very communicative and flexible throughout the process. The did a great job decorating their tables and the bar at the venue and they brought more than enough food to the wedding. They even packed a separate to-go bag for my husband and I and that fed us for a few days after the wedding - which was so nice!! They even gave us a thank you card. 🥺

“Fish and grill really changed, since I last visited, some 5 years ago. The parking lot is kind of crowded- I didn't expect that to change in a strip zoned for businesses. But it's clean. They would do well to have one garbage can outside of the establishment but the sidewalk is narrow. The signage is visible. The restaurant is very open, airy and immaculate. We arrived, intending to eat in the car because we have a toddler with special needs: he's in keg casts. The restaurant had a separate area in the front, near the door that accommodated our needs. We are COVID conscious and wanted to be away from others. The food was fantastic. We had catfish meals and sides that were delicious, hot and arrived in a timely manner. My grandson was having a horrible time sitting and eating: he is in thigh high casts and he was not happy that he couldn't sit by himself or eat properly. He's very active and independent. While sitting in his mom's lap, he urinated through his diaper and down her leg. While we were ready to go back to the car to take everything "to go." Our server, Tiffany, came to the rescue. She went to the car and gave us a diaper he could fit and pants he could wear. I've never seen such a kind gesture at a restaurant. She is a gem. He's newly casted, so we had to buy new diapers (he's potty training but has to go back a few steps to a regular diaper. Tiffany saved the afternoon. I recommend Dish and Grill for the food (it's exemplary), for the ambiance and for kind people like Tiffany; people that really take pride in themselves and pass kindness to others. “This place is new to Fredericksburg and this was our first time here.\n\nMy wife had the salmon dish and I the 14oz sirloin. Both dishes were prepared exactly as we asked This is not so common as one would expect among restaurants. The food, particularly the steak, was as good as we have had anywhere and better than most. The baked potato was worth mentioning. It was prepared differently than I have seen elsewhere and it was delicious. My wife's salmon was on a bed of "Hoppin' John", a dish seldom found made of beans and what appeared to be wild rice. I haven't seen it since a native American restaurant in Connecticut. Our server had several tables but she was always there when we wanted her and not there when we didn't.\n\nThe bill was high but not eye-watering so. My steak alone was $60 but in today's world it was not out of line for an upscale restaurant and this is very much so. \n\nOne note on ambiance; there was a large noisy party in progress and they were exiled to a separate room. I for one appreciated that and was not irritated by it. For me, that is unusual.\n\nWe'll be back!”

I never realized that they give you coordinators for your party and we had a young lady by the name of Abigail and when I say she was a life saver I really mean that. She was so informative, professional, caring, accommodating and she just soared in all of those categories. It’s hard to find young employees like her who are so professional in the work place and this location did right hiring her and I hope she sees this and I hope this location knows how lucky they are to have her. She also was very accommodating on a latex allergy my mom has. My mom is extremely and dangerously allergic to latex and she made sure there was no interaction with any latex!”

“This is the most amazing restaurant we’ve ever been in! We were cheerfully greeted by several Hooter’s girls, one of which escorted us to a table. Our server sat down and went over the menu with us. She got the order in quickly, and soon had our meal out to us. She sat down and talked to us with the most fantastic attitude. All of the food was delicious. We noticed how professional and well-organized the General Manager was, and in the middle of our meal he came to our table greeted us and sat down and talked to us. The entire experience was so great that we will be returning regularly!”

Not sure how other customers feel, the heavy duty napkins are nice but we like the napkin dispenser on the table, that way we have the amount of napkins we need to keep our hands clean eating their nice big bar-b-cue sandwich?; 2. it also would help if you used a duplicate order pads (one copy at the cash register and one for the customer so the server can bring the check to the customer so they can see what they owe ahead of time and also makes the customer aware the servers shift might be ending ..r know the servers can see what they owe before they get to the register, it also would help the customer know the server’s shift is almost over. All the staff are super friendly, and enthusiastic and take the upmost pride in every delicious creation. They also never fail to give you your moneys worth! The last owner of this store never did well with very poor customer service among distasteful things, with ultimately led to its closing. Thankfully, the store opened back up again with NEW management, menus, employees, environment and aura! Everything including the interior was aesthetically pleasing, and the staff were super friendly. I am happy this shop will now be given the proper glory needed! “We decided to stop in after some late shopping, and this turned out to be the best service we’ve ever had at an Olive Garden—and honestly one of the best experiences we’ve had at any restaurant.
Our waitress, Kaela, was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, kind, and made us feel like family. On top of that, several other servers pitched in throughout our meal, bringing food, refilling drinks, and checking in on us, which made the service feel seamless.
The only hiccup was when my daughter found a small piece of foil in her food. But instead of this being a negative, the way it was handled turned it into a positive. As soon as I told Kaela, she was genuinely upset on our behalf and immediately took action. Shortly after, the manager Madison came over, apologized sincerely, and even explained what might have caused it. She comped my daughter’s meal, offered a replacement, and then surprised us with a $25 gift card for the inconvenience. When the new meal arrived, Madison personally delivered it—complete with extra grapes, which made my daughter’s night.
To top it all off, when we were packing up leftovers, Kaela overheard my daughter say she wanted the salad (even though I declined a box). Instead of just sending it as-is, she came back with a perfectly packed to-go serving with everything separated so it would stay fresh. That level of thoughtfulness goes above and beyond.
Despite the small issue with the meal, this was by far the best Olive Garden experience we’ve ever had. We will absolutely be back—and when we do, we’ll be asking for Kaela every time!”
