“James's knowledge was encyclopedic. It was like having the chef and sommelier at the table.

The food was excellent all around. We had:
- shrimp risotto with olives and calabrian peppers
- bao buns
- fois gras
- halibut croquettes
- cheesecake

The food was a+. No notes. No complaints. Will return when back in the area.”

“I love the food here, so I decided to go for my birthday. The service was horrible. Our waiter brought out cups and silverware but no water. Then he seemed to have a bit of an attitude when we asked another waiter for our water. He had no people skills whatsoever.
After we ordered, we were forgotten about. No one came back to our table until we were done and that was after my husband waved someone down. They should at least ask if we're doing okay.
I've never had an issue with the service in the past, but this was also my first time going in the evening.
Not everyone is meant to work in the service industry and some of the wait staff at choice should seek employment elsewhere. None of them showed any evidence of good customer service.”

The menu offered a wide variety and the food was amazing, the servings were large and the atmosphere was very comfortable. After dinner, Anya stopped by the table to ensure that we enjoyed our meal. We enjoyed ourselves so much that the next morning I began researching how to recommend this restaurant to Triple D! “Yall, this place was DEAD at 530 on a Saturday and that’s a shame. You’re sleeping on an amazing restaurant. The food selection is far better than most chain hot pots, served very fast, and all great quality. We got a few apps in the AYCE and they were cooked fresh and tasty. The seafood selection is insane for $32 - crawfish, scallops, shrimp, crab… 😍 We ordered several rounds of items between the four of us. Never waited more than 2-3 minutes for food. Broth had amazing flavor too. And - as a mushroom lover - it was great to see more than just shiitake mushrooms. The cold bar is not intense, but it doesn’t need to be. All of your common sauce ingredients are here, along with various utensils. Honestly, this is a whole in a wall that you need to find before it’s too popular to get in.”

“This place is such a hidden gem. It's not a fancy sit down and stare at the eclectic walls, but more of a soul powered kitchen. The plantains were perfectly cooked, ropa vieja out of this WORLD. The papa relleno stuffed with picadillo, and the spicy onion salad were delicious as well. We really couldn't choose a favorite. Worth every single penny spent, definitely check these guys out!”

I see some reviews that talk about the service, and I get that can be hit or miss anywhere. But Alec was awesome and checked on me multiple times at the bar. Totally recommend.”

“I’m from up north and had only been to a Waffle House while driving down to FL (typical NJ family tradition lol). Now that I live so close to one, I love being able to truly enjoy the atmosphere. The waitresses are always a delight and will keep you smiling. I stop by every so often during walks with my son. He has slept in here and also been in the restaurant smiling the whole time too. I love it.
Recently I got a burger with waffles on the side and when I came home, I used the waffles as a bun for the burger and omg… totally worth it. I’ll have to get a picture next time!”

“This was my first experience at a Waffle House ever, and it certainly did not disappoint. Ms. Sabrina has shown boundless energy and kindness from start to finish – love her! The customizable All-Star meal was also very brilliant, from the eggs, to the hashbrowns, and to the waffles. Hats off to the staff!”

“A few nights ago, I had a craving for some ice cream. This place is supposedly open 24 hours. So my son and I head to this Sonic and it is open close to midnight. We ordered our food . My son got a Coney hotdog meal and I wanted a king kong ice cream but they only had mediums. The service was acceptible, food wise there are no complaints.”

“The location it's ok in general and you must be careful entering from JCLYDE side entrance since it has been a couple of accidents... Staff, it's hit or miss at times...”

“Of the 3 McDonalds locations that I go to (Tabb, Jefferson and Oyster Point, and this location), this one is the best. They have the best customer service and the play place is a huge plus. We bring the kids to run around before and after they eat. What specifically stood out to me this particular visit was Jasmine and Keisha. They were super sweet, very personable, and no matter how many times I had to go back to the counter, they greeted me with a smile each time.. I asked them for their names and made sure to let them know they were awesome, but wanted to make sure my review reflected it as well!”

The bad reviews on here r straight lies. The service is exceptional. Everybody in that establishment needs a raise. The food is top tier. The paper on the bag didn’t print right so they didn’t see I had ordered TWO mcgeiddles so it just read McGriddle and I drove away with one
Called up there and explained and they took my name down and the next morning I explained in the drive thru and they gave me a free McGriddle in place of the one I had already payed for. Since then I’ve been back 7-8 times I frickin love this McDonald’s best McDonalds ever”

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, particularly the cinnamon swirl pancakes, which were exceptionally delectable. The white cheddar grits were also quite good, and I appreciated the option to create a custom omelet. My husband ordered the French toast and an omelet, both of which he enjoyed. Unfortunately, we did not have the opportunity to sample the mimosas, but based on their appearance, I believe they would have been refreshing.”

Wow, this place was awesome! There is anime playing the whole time and the walls are covered in anime flags and posters. The Bao Bun comes with three and we’re good, could have been a little more full (being picky). I got the pork cutlet ramen, it was flavorful and filled with ramen and veggies. CAUTION I ended up using the spice on the table and it was really good but had a STRONG kick so be carful before you scoop a bunch like I did. I would highly recommend this place and I look forward to coming again.”

This was my new place to try this week!
I have had it saved in my google places for a long while now! But all the reviews say that because it’s all baked fresh daily, that they tend to run out earlier in the day. Today I had to be at Pep Boys in the parking lot next door at 9! So today was the day! I got there not long after 9am when they opened, so they weren’t done baking everything yet. But they did not disappoint! I got the chocolate chip & Almond cookies, an English scone, and a cream soboro. Everything was made with love and you can tell… it was so good! And they are really decently priced. I will definitely be back to try more of their baked goods. I highly recommend them to anyone else looking for a good bakery!”

OMG….with a 3-hr drive ahead of me, and eating it as I drove, all I could think is “This is the best fast food burger I’ve ever had. Would it be wrong to stop and get another one at the next big city before I cross the bridge?” 🍔 🏆.

I got the bacon, avocado, double and dipped it Kinders BBQ sauce (I carry a mini bottle with me wherever I get off just in case). 💚🥑🥓🍔🍔

I also got regular fries, which were so so …. But should have spent the five dollars on a shake instead. Next time. And NOT 20 years from now!!!”
