“We have been eating here for a while and it’s only ever gotten better. The staff isn’t just help, they are kind and friendly, very attentive and prompt. Even the kitchen staff was more than happy to answer question about how they make the rice (we had to know because it’s the best rice!). For the price, you simply can’t find a better meal. I’m able to eat hot pot, hibachi, and kbbq all at the same time! Also, their appetizers are outstanding!! 10/10 highly recommend and always will!!”

If you don't like friendly customer service, don't talk to Mike. He will make sure to try and get you what you want and then some. And... if you like to search for donut filling this is not the place for you. It is not possible to not get some in every bite. If you are weak, bring a friend to help you carry these absurdly heavy, heavenly things. But if you do, you will risk having to share with them, so choose your person wisely. So bottom line that no thanks to you, I have found my new favorite donut shop ❤️ Well done guys! I'm so glad you are not on the way to my work as I would surely struggle to not stop there daily!”

“I moved from FL, have not found a restaurant that serve good caribean food. This restaurant is good, the portions were not what I espected. The chicken was well seasoned, the rice with gandules was ok, and the mofongo tasted wel. I would had brefered a little more garlic, and olive oil. I was not a fan of the flan. But overall, I recommend this place, the services was right on point. I understand how hard it is to have good staff in the food industry specially in a mom amd pop kind of place, we use to own a restaurant.”

“We waited about an hour in the drive thru last night, no body was at the pay window and there was one individual at the hand out window and it was a kind short white girl who seemed a little too stressed out I felt terrible for her, the gentlemen with dreads at the drive thru ordering screen and pay window messed up our whole order and she was kinda enough to remake it quickly and efficiently, thank you to whoever that girl may be and I hope ur day and time there gets better, whatever the managers are doing need to step up there game 2 employees told me the management was not doing anything to help, I also witnessed people just standing around and sweeping with cars around the building instead of helping the crew and that’s why they are so far behind on orders and delaying everything and everything was messed up, get that girl a raise or management she deserve it and then some. I hope ur not too stressed out u deserve better then that”

I should have also saved half of mine, I was stuffed. Way better in quantity and price than Panera. We split a piece of cinnamon streusel coffee cake and several cups of coffee. (free refills). The atmosphere was like eating in an old fashioned dinning room in a B&B. They have so much more to offer than I can put in this review. Try them out soon, I'm sure you'll be as pleased as we were.”

“DO NOT EAT HERE based on service. Walked in for late lunch today, was told my clearly marked service dog was not allowed. I informed her ADA allows my service animal access (legitimately trained with a vest). We sat down and staff member said "owner does not allow dogs inside". We politely told her she was a service dog and she had a vest. Conversation then progressed to "even service dogs" (ADA VIOLATION!). I tried to educate her of what she was allowed to ask. Attitude was given instead and how shed have to call the owner. We could hear the convo the phone was so loud - owner did not want us there. We were asked again, what tasks my dog performed (I had already done this when providing her education about what she was allowed to ask freely). I repeated myself and I quote "so not an emotional support dog?" - no. Then told me to not catch an attitude with her. Legally, not allowed to ask me that.... literally with the owner on the phone. My husband, probably one of the nicest southern men on the planet, said "lets leave this isnt acceptable" - very much discrimination against disabilities. I will be filing a complaint with BBB and ADA. I understand completely asking about tasks, perfectly legal. Following up with "not an esa?" is uncalled for as was the gaslighting. Ownership needs to be better informed about legalities and make sure their staff is trained My service dog the entire time, quiet and you'd never know she was there.”

Brooklynn provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. She was friendly, attentive, professional, and incredibly welcoming from start to finish. She made sure we had everything we needed, checked on us throughout our visit, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. She had such a positive attitude and a genuinely kind personality that made the entire experience feel special.
Brooklynn is the kind of server every restaurant should want on their team. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made us feel like our experience actually mattered. She never made us feel rushed, and she handled everything with such a great attitude. You could tell she takes pride in what she does, and it definitely showed in her service.
I also want to give a special shoutout to General Manager Jess! She was very welcoming and professional, and it was clear that she takes pride in her restaurant and her team. Having a manager who creates a positive environment and supports her team really makes a difference.
That being said, Brooklynn was definitely the highlight of my visit! She deserves to be recognized for how incredible her service was. Buffalo Wild Wings is lucky to have her, and I truly hope she gets the recognition she deserves because employees like her are what keep customers coming back.
