“The food was good, I fasted all day because they had a three course menu for their restaurant week and our server was great. We were greeted and seated promptly. The restaurant is so small and cozy so it’s great for a date, however the only thing that went wrong was there was a table full of a bunch of rowdy, loud people. I know it’s not the restaurants fault, but I wish they would tell them to sthu because wow I couldn’t even hear my friends sitting directly across from me. They were soo freaking loud, I head all of their business. There was one lady with a giant mouth who just had the loudest, most obnoxious laugh. I feel like she ruptured my right ear drum.”

“I love the food here, so I decided to go for my birthday. The service was horrible. Our waiter brought out cups and silverware but no water. Then he seemed to have a bit of an attitude when we asked another waiter for our water. He had no people skills whatsoever.
After we ordered, we were forgotten about. No one came back to our table until we were done and that was after my husband waved someone down. They should at least ask if we're doing okay.
I've never had an issue with the service in the past, but this was also my first time going in the evening.
Not everyone is meant to work in the service industry and some of the wait staff at choice should seek employment elsewhere. None of them showed any evidence of good customer service.”

The menu offered a wide variety and the food was amazing, the servings were large and the atmosphere was very comfortable. After dinner, Anya stopped by the table to ensure that we enjoyed our meal. We enjoyed ourselves so much that the next morning I began researching how to recommend this restaurant to Triple D! The food selection is far better than most chain hot pots, served very fast, and all great quality. We got a few apps in the AYCE and they were cooked fresh and tasty. The seafood selection is insane for $32 - crawfish, scallops, shrimp, crab… 😍 We ordered several rounds of items between the four of us. Never waited more than 2-3 minutes for food. Broth had amazing flavor too. And - as a mushroom lover - it was great to see more than just shiitake mushrooms. The cold bar is not intense, but it doesn’t need to be. All of your common sauce ingredients are here, along with various utensils. Honestly, this is a whole in a wall that you need to find before it’s too popular to get in.”

“This place is such a hidden gem. It's not a fancy sit down and stare at the eclectic walls, but more of a soul powered kitchen. The plantains were perfectly cooked, ropa vieja out of this WORLD. The papa relleno stuffed with picadillo, and the spicy onion salad were delicious as well. We really couldn't choose a favorite. Worth every single penny spent, definitely check these guys out!”

“We used to visit Fin all the time, not so much since Fin & Tonic opened (and occasional visits to Steak & Tonic). Got there early on a Saturday night and it was already half full, filling up during our time there. They've got the best by-the-glass wine list around! Daou chardonnay was rich and fully oaked. The Purple Butterfly cocktail was luscious. Yummy soups, as always. A great light-meal bet would be to try the seafood-soup trio. They offered rockfish, which turned out to be striped bass, not "real" (aka Pacific) rockfish, so we passed. I'm sure it would be good though. The tuna tataki--a dish we often order--was beautifully presented and accompaniments were great, but the fish itself was surprisingly bland. We always get the foie gras app, since Kenny's one of the very few chefs who gets his livers from Hudson Valley, NY (instead of a pate of some sort) and have had it prepared many ways, usually on some bready thing like waffle or toast, with a complementary sweet-ish sauce. (Let me interrupt to congratulate Kenny on not coasting on his laurels with the same menu forever. He experiments, occasionally returning to his tried and true.) This time the foie gras was a different prep: thin slices served atop a tangy cream and some cress, paired with a couple of roasted potato slices. Description mentioned maple pearls, but didn't see nor taste them. We accepted the suggested classic pairing of sauterne--sweet acidity to cut the lush butteriness of the meat--but somehow the wine didn't really complement it. Maybe with different flavors in the dish next time. Short ribs with crab was delicious. We'll absolutely return--possibly as soon as next week, which is restaurant week!”

“Four of us visited on Valentine's night. We walked in and none was there to greet us so we just sat down at the open table. Mostly two seater tables but they had two 4tops and a party of 6 in the middle. A few moments after sitting a waitress came. I could tell they weren't used to the rush but they did pretty good.
The food was hot and tasty. The staff was nice and answered all questions. The bathroom was spacious and clean. I would go visit again.”

The waitresses are always a delight and will keep you smiling. I stop by every so often during walks with my son. He has slept in here and also been in the restaurant smiling the whole time too. I love it.
Recently I got a burger with waffles on the side and when I came home, I used the waffles as a bun for the burger and omg… totally worth it. I’ll have to get a picture next time!”

“Of the 3 McDonalds locations that I go to (Tabb, Jefferson and Oyster Point, and this location), this one is the best. They have the best customer service and the play place is a huge plus. We bring the kids to run around before and after they eat. What specifically stood out to me this particular visit was Jasmine and Keisha. They were super sweet, very personable, and no matter how many times I had to go back to the counter, they greeted me with a smile each time.. I asked them for their names and made sure to let them know they were awesome, but wanted to make sure my review reflected it as well!”

She asked me how I was, she promptly and politely took my order and my mood lifted instantly. “My order was a Big Double Burger, No Bun (aka “Lettuce Wrap”), add Grilled Onion, Cajun Seasoning, Tomato, Fresh Jalapeño and House/Quesadilla Sauce.
For my 2 sides I ordered 1 Spicy Homestyle Chicken Tender Wrap (aka Spicy Wrap) and 1 Cajun Ranch Homestyle Chicken Tender Wrap (aka Cajun Ranch Wrap).
The 2nd go-around/order I ordered the same custom burger but instead I ordered 2 custom Spicy Wraps (add Cajun Seasoning and Hot Sauce) instead for the sides.
I asked for no drink, I had my own water.

The gentleman who tended to my order was very patient with me. Very well spoken and/or articulate and also loud enough to hear but not sound obnoxious; I understood everything he said. He repeated the order back to me as I ordered which showed whether or not he understood me.
Great service!

Not only that but my food was done VERY fast AND good. Got it in less than 5 minutes.

I ordered, parked, ate it, came around for seconds, and the same service again. The gentleman even remembered that I asked for utencils the last go around and decided to give me another of set of them.

I felt guilty coming just under an hour before they’re scheduled to close but nonetheless the gentleman and lady I saw for a brief second tended to me with no attitude or negative emotion.
