“The Starbucks in Vinton Kroger is consistently understaffed. The staff is exceptional however, one person working cannot keep up with the demand. People are walking away after a lengthy wait. One person taking orders AND the making orders is just not enough. There to be two people working almost all the time. If this is supposed to be a cost saving measure it's backfiring on you. You're losing money because you're losing orders. This is why I only give 4 stars instead of 5.“

“I went to 8 Dunkin's in the Virginia Beach area. NONE had the halloween sprinkle munchkins. We stopped in here on our way to go hike. They had them...thank you we love halloween and who doesn't love sprinkle munchkins. I mean why have a national ad campaign, then not have the product. This dunkin didjobreat job. Staff was so nice and helpful.

They were the perfect after hike treat...well and a beer.“

“The owner's son is not disabled and parks for extended periods in the handicapped parking when he is not doing anything for the coffee shop and has been documented shooting birds at disabled people who try to park in the handicapped parking that ask him to move and saying he doesn't have to let handicapped people use the handicapped parking spot because his mom owns the coffee shop. I do not recommend Little Green Hive Grandin for anyone who has a disability or cares about people who are disabled.“

“I used to really love this place and go almost every week day but now I kind of go there maybe once a week and only because it's conveniently located but the convenience factor has taken a nose dive because of one recent development: When I pay $5 or $6 for a specialty iced coffee is it too much to ask that it comes with a lid that won't leak? It drips all over my hands all the way to my office and I have to change cups when I get there. If ya get a shipment of faulty lids why not just send them back? I'd rather have no lid at all than the illusion of a lid.“

“Very customer friendly service. Staff is good about making drinks to order and fixing mistakes if made. Also have pup cups for pets and free cups water for customers on requests that you just don't receive now a days. Please keep up the great work and thanks.“

“A great Starbucks. The location is good as it is near downtown, there is ample seating, and the baristas are very nice. Prices are a little high compared to a few years ago, but that is probably due to inflation. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to get a cup of coffee or something cold and maybe use their WIFI to browse the Internet.

Parking: Plenty of free parking but there are a few other businesses there so sometimes it might be difficult to find a parking space.“

“I always enjoy my time at LGH, whether I’m meeting with someone or working alone. The staff are super friendly and professional! I always enjoy trying out new beverages from the seasonal menus. My current favorite is the Pistachio latte….iced.“

“I visited this Starbucks on Hershberger Road for the first time. I had just been shopping at BJ's Wholesale Club, and it was so hot outside that I figured an iced coffee drink was in order. I enjoyed my drink and the air conditioning! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the shop was clean and comfortable. I'll definitely be back!“

“Overall this isn't a bad cup of coffee by any means. I get just a plain latte. Their bean choice is different but not bad, just not as smooth and the right flavor I want in espresso. Price is pretty decent too. It's worth checking out and definitely better than the generic coffee places.“

“This is probably my favorite starbucks location in Roanoke. The staff is always wonderful and they make the best tasting drinks, especially the americanos. I’m picky on the taste of espresso and I’ve never had a complaint here! I wish I lived closer. The note was an extra cute touch too 🍵“

“I go here all the time and it is by far my favorite Starbucks in the area. The baristas are all extremely friendly (especially Bri) and provide excellent service. The seating is nice inside as well as outside- love that they made the outside patio an all-season area with heaters and fans and such. If I had to say one downside about the place is the parking situation- very small parking lot and I constantly see people with trailers trying to park in here and in-turn plug up the parking lot because there is nowhere to turn around. I know there is an empty lot next to starbucks- maybe one day there could be an expansion to the parking lot for these types of people with larger vehicles? If not, maybe just some signage or something to avoid traffic backups in the parking lot.

Parking: If you have a RV, trailer, or camper, please don't park in the parking lot. It is really hard to turn around and the spots are not big enough. Please park on Friendship road and walk in.“

“My barista was very nice and talkative. I enjoyed briefly chatting with her as she made my drink, which tasted great. I think her name was Elyssa, or something similar. It’s a nice and cozy little location and I always enjoy getting a small treat before grabbing my groceries :) ☕️“

“This place is the deity of Dunkins. Not one other location can top the staff, service and attitude of this place. Entire team is great from 6:00AM until closing. Friendly and always on spot with my order. It's a daily stop for us including weekends and I don't see it changing anytime soon.

Kid-friendliness: It's a doughnut shop, of course it's kid friendly.

“A good Starbucks fast service and delivery many seats to sit at. Associates are very friendly. They could add more tables for the sitting area otherwise a good place to get coffee.

Parking: Parking is a little difficult to find as there aren't many spots, but the drive thru was busy.“
