“The Starbucks in Vinton Kroger is consistently understaffed. The staff is exceptional however, one person working cannot keep up with the demand. People are walking away after a lengthy wait. One person taking orders AND the making orders is just not enough. There to be two people working almost all the time. If this is supposed to be a cost saving measure it's backfiring on you. You're losing money because you're losing orders. This is why I only give 4 stars instead of 5.“

“The drive through was pretty fast it's definitely one of the better McDonald's around here the employees could be a little friendlier I get that they were busy but you should never feel rushed to leave that's why I'm giving it 4 stars“

“I went to 8 Dunkin's in the Virginia Beach area. NONE had the halloween sprinkle munchkins. We stopped in here on our way to go hike. They had them...thank you we love halloween and who doesn't love sprinkle munchkins. I mean why have a national ad campaign, then not have the product. This dunkin didjobreat job. Staff was so nice and helpful.
They were the perfect after hike treat...well and a beer.“

“I went to Sweet donkey tonight for the first time since moving to Southwest Roanoke and all my friends have recommended it. I was not disappointed. I have celiac and I had the best cranberry white chocolate gluten-free muffin… My iced coffee with oat milk was perfect and the service was lovely and the ambience inside and out was great. I love the little garden with the Twinkling lights.. I just found my new favorite coffee shop.“

“I enjoy having One Love Coffee House in Troutville! While overall I have been very pleased with everything I have tried it seems lately that hot coffee drinks are just lukewarm. Not sure if there is an issue with machines or not.“
