“Small menu, check it out before you go to make sure it aligns on what you want. We got the special, jerk chicken, it was tasty and perfectly cooked. The staff was great, it was slow service but they communicated that since the beginning and always with a smile. Specially want to highlight the service of our waiter and the one in charge of the grill.“
“I've been a loyal fan of Lady Jaye (and the crew before they were LJ) for years, and I can't sing its praises enough. The food is consistently top-notch, and those cocktails? SO impressive. As a whiskey lover, I appreciate their variety of whiskey-based drinks. The fun twists, like the soft serve + toppings dessert, popcorn on every table, and American cheese on their Wagyu burger - not just for show ya'll—it all tastes amazing and adds to the vibe. The place is cozy and welcoming, no pretentiousness here. Servers are warm, friendly, and always on top of their game.A few weeks ago, me and some friends booked the Friday night smoked tomahawk. Best decision ever. Tomahawk was smoked to perfection, juicy, and medium-rare. And the sides? We loved 'em all. The meal easily fed three hungry adults and a ravenous 7-year-old, and we were stuffed!Definitely a favorite spot of mine. If you haven't been yet, you're missing out—go check it out!“
“We thoroughly enjoyed the food we ordered. The scallops were excellent and my partner loved his Oyster appetizer and 1/2 chicken dinner. The service was attentive while not intrusive. I wish we'd been seated inside as the covered patio was chilly...I didn't remove my coat. I saw spots open inside so not sure why we had to sit out there. Overall though I did enjoy the experience and would go back.“
“I wanted to share my recent experience at your establishment and provide some feedback on my visit. Firstly, I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere of Rupee Bar. The lively ambiance and colorful decor created a welcoming and energetic environment, perfect for socializing with friends or enjoying a night out. The highlight of my visit was the impressive selection of cocktails. The mixologists at Rupee Bar truly have a talent for crafting creative and flavorful drinks. Each cocktail I tried was expertly balanced and bursting with unique flavors, making for a memorable drinking experience. I also appreciated the variety of snacks and small plates available on the menu. The food offerings complemented the drinks perfectly and provided a delicious accompaniment to the evening.“
“best Italian i’ve had in Seattle! my husband and i have been here a handful of times and also recommend it to friends visiting! the staff has always been friendly and food is always so good! the bolognese is a favorite for a reason! i also don’t drink so the mocktails are my go too and they’re always good!“
“Very cool, pnw outdoorsy inspired place. Been here a couple times and the food is always good. Had the peri peri cauliflower and the seasonal pasta dish and some chicken wings. They used to have a cookie skillet that I loved but it’s gone for now.“
“Tanner and team are awesome. Such a cute bar with super high quality cocktails. They always have seasonal options and so many fun events going on. They have piano night and cocktail making classes. They also serve flatbreads if you're hungry.“
“Just took my mom out for drinks and pizza. I just got to say The pizza was out of this world much more than I could’ve expect the sauce and the crust was just right not too saucy not too puffy. ordered a couple of mixed drinks from Jacob and Tyler. They were bomb couldn’t asked for anything more. Thanks for the great hospitality definitely gonna be back for more best place in Port Orchard by far.“
“A super fun and dog friendly bar! Fun and creative cocktails with some wildly delicious specials. Got a goat cheese washed gin raspberry lemon honey drink that was a one of a kind treat that I wish they always had.Bartender was so friendly and nice and super welcoming to our pup. Love the space and that they allow dogs inside. Definitely coming back!“
“Whether dining in or taking out, I've never had a bad dish at Circa. My favorite, and frequent standby, is the BBQ chicken chopped salad. But Gretchen's steelhead salad is amazing, and Bill's gumbo puts me right on Bourbon Street!“
“Lovely local/neighborhood spot. Great for people/first date watching. If you’re not a local, please don’t come. The food is decent and changes regularly, but the drinks are phenomenal bc the resident bar tender is phenomenal. The service is meh — our orders get messed up every time, but the dishes that do get delivered are delicious!“
“Eat local. Read a great review of Sogno. We wanted Italian tonight. Made a reservation and journeyed to Poulsbo. Great Barolo wine. Wanted to taste three different entrees so had linguine Bolognese, chicken Marsala and the risotto of the day (mushroom and leaks). Each dish was excellent. Our wait person Rachel was superb and shared some of the recent history of the restaurant. She recommended a great Amaro. Wonderful evening out with my bride.Parking: Close to free public parking.“
“Went to Sabine Cafe for a quick afternoon bite with my teenager. We chose some appetizers to share off the menu: fried cauliflower, whipped feta with veggies, and the Za’atar fries. The service was friendly and efficient. The food arrived quickly, too.The food is middle eastern influenced. My teen didn’t like the tahini and feta flavors, unfortunately. ? She made the most of it though and ate some of the food… but just didn’t love it.Personally, I really enjoyed the atmosphere and outdoor glassed-in dining area, but also wasn’t blown away by the food we chose. (I noticed they have a breakfast/brunch menu - maybe this would be a better option next time…)“
“Bar Sabine was pretty packed on a Saturday night, and after having dinner at Asadero nearby, we decided to hit up Bar Sabine for some late-night cocktails. Even though we were the only ones waiting in line, we waited outside in the chilly Seattle night for 30 to 40 minutes. The wait made more sense once we stepped inside. The interior had tributes to Lord of the Rings everywhere from the decorations to the names of the drinks. They even had all three Lord of the Rings movies playing on different TVs at the same time. Although I do not know much about the franchise, I really appreciated the attention to detail and the tenacity to stick to the theme. The cool glassware matching the theme added to the vibe - like the White Hand of Saruman served in a black glass with a white handprint, or the Mirror of Galadriel with a mirror on a wooden box. I didn't check out the full menu, but I noticed other drinks coming in unique glasses, like barrels or mid-century mugs.I tried the Mirror of Galadriel, the White Hand of Saruman, and the Broken Sword of Narsil. The Broken Sword of Narsil was the standout, with fenugreek cream making it unique. It was so good that I had to ask the bartender for more cream. The White Hand of Saruman was on the sweet side, probably thanks to the condensed milk. The Mirror of Galadriel, with lavender gin and strawberry sake, packed more of a punch than I expected. All in all, the experience was worth the wait, and I'll definitely be back at Bar Sabine.“
“Dined here to cater to the vegan needs of some guests. Absolutely amazing food and tasty cocktails. The lentil nachos will blow you away. Easily the best nachos we've ever had, vegan or non-vegan, and a serving large enough for two to share. You won't be disappointed!Vegetarian options: Full vegan menu and everything we tried was delicious.“
“Best bartenders, fabulous, fun people, great music, delicious cocktails, interesting DJ’s, Progressive Rock on vinyl spun every 1st, 3rd, and 5th Thursday by knowledgeable Prog DJ’s & musicians… all at a place Lee Hazlewood would enjoy. Go to the romantic upstairs with comfortable couches. Best. Bar. Ever!“
“Amazing cocktails! I’ve been many times and every drink I’ve had is delicious. Their food is actually really good, too - the chicken tenders was a surprise hit.I also booked a private event at Percy’s and it was a wonderful experience. The space was nice and private, the staff was very welcoming and accommodating, and our server Olga took amazing care of us! I would definitely recommend booking a private event here.“
“Service was awesome even though they were understaffed. The band was awesome and the place was super fun. The drinks are amazing!Would recommend eating before you get here.My cheeseburger tasted off, I couldn't eat it. The fries were just hard not at all crispy. My friend's nacho plate was huge, she said it was ok.“
“As a person born and raised in NJ - This place is one of the only Italian Places that reminded me of the east coast eats that I have missed (especially in the pandemic). The pastas and Salad we ordered were super flavorful and fresh! Highly recommend!“
“Oh my goodness… When you walk in the front door, there is a person making tortillas… The chips and salsa are delicious and every menu item we have tried has been delicious as well. I have seen a couple bad reviews and I am thinking it really must’ve been an off day because I have now been there a number of times and feel that everything has been more delicious than any of the other nearby Mexican restaurants.“
“The place is super cute with a cozy indoor and a patio. The service was great, fast and friendly but the pizza is not well filled, for $20 a medium size pizza we were expecting a bit more topping and somehow it was not very hot either, even tho it was quickly served on our table.“
“I’ve been coming to Ocho for years and it’s been a while since I’ve been back, and I’m glad I came back! It’s just a great place to get tapas, and it’s rare to find that in Seattle. Looks like they still offer happy hour which is a bonus. This is a great place to share plates and try a lot of variety on the menu. The more you get the more you get or try! It’s a small place so come prepared for that. Smaller groups are better. Drinks are decent as well. The service was top notch! Grab all the things off the menu if not keep going back you won’t be disappointed. Croquetas Borrachas are my fav!“
“Just went Saturday night and got the steak. It was exactly what I was hoping for. Love Pfriem Pilsner and they had it. Had a cup of coffee after dinner that was great, and the old lady had an Amaro post dinner. Pretty much the only place I go when I try and have a nice evening out.“
“My friends gave me a birthday lunch there on Sunday March 31st. It was really a treat. The food was excellent. The staff were friendly and professional. I loved having my birthday celebration there. I would highly recommend to anyone! Go and see, you’ll love it ???“
“Great restaurant and bar! Patio area is covered and dog-friendly making it a fun spot to hang out. Several TVs both indoors and outside to watch games. Food was delicious - green bean fries and chicken sandwich were great! Would definitely recommend visiting!“
“First a very beautiful and romantic atmosphere. So far my new favorite restaurant. Went for a last minute snack. Didn't realize how close to closing we went so ordered something fast. The customer service was very prompt and patient being that we went so late to closing. The tacos were amazing! Full tacos juicy lots of flavor! Can't wait to go back and try more! I'm not sure HOW they're not five stars!“
“Bobbie and Geneva (her first week on the job) manned barkeep professionally. They had three Mezcals at the bar and I enjoyed each one. This is the closest Speakeasy to the airport and I am happy I called an Uber two ways to enjoy their service. Easily comparable to the Asia greats like SpeakLow or Employees Only.My only concern and it’s a justified star removal was the absence of WiFi. You can’t draw the visitor crowd and not have it - a nice man lent me a hotspot to get home. Other solo bar hoppers might get stranded in the rain. It’s also tricky when the menu is only on a QR code and the establishment has no WiFi. I bet some locals also disconnect on purpose and this gets in the way of that. Hope you guys can introduce a temporary access feature or something similar to get to the menu. I may be coming off as entitled and apologize if so, but someone may be in my boat and could be unable to get back to SeaTac since no cabs pass by in front of the bar. Worth putting this out for them.“
“We would give this restaurant 10 + stars if possible .San, the owner, Lucky the bartender, Tim the Chef and another young man who's name we didn't get are all so gracious and welcoming. The pizza and meatballs are outstanding. They make their sausage and some other meats in house. There are a lot of other options on the menu that we can't wait to try especially Tim's homemade tiramisu. Complimentary French fries! They've done a beautiful job with the decor. A very inviting atmosphere. You will be treated like family and your appetite will be beyond satisfied. We want to see this establishment flourish. Please check them out. You'll be happy you did!Tony and April Robinson.“
“It's all good down here, nice felt tables, liquor bar, friendly servers. Just watch out for the random Hispanic girls who sometimes sit in your seat and then maybe they look at you funny when you might want your seat back so I guess just say "Go back to Miami." Not that this ever happens.“
“Amazing cocktails, delicious quick bites , beautiful vibe similar to a speakeasy but super pricey place. Not a place to spend the entire night at because of the super expensive drinks and food. But definitely worth a visit specially to enjoy the lovely unique cocktails they have to offer . Some of them also come with a bag of chips. Also got the chicken dumplings and the duck rolls, were good but small portions.Had to go to a different restaurant next door to have some more food.Gratuity is included in the bill so be mindful of it.Great bar in ballard but may not be a frequent visitor“
“Hands down the best slushy drinks I've had since living in Brooklyn. And they're better than what we had there...or in Austin, LA or New Orleans. Truly well crafted drinks with just the right amount of edge. Atmosphere manages to land it by being so deeply West Seattle but with just the right note of grown up. The combination is undeniably hip. Thanks to the incoming bar manager for making this spot a destination. We'll definitely be back!“
“Pretty good pies but the alcoholic beverages on the menu are absolutely the worst things we’ve ever tasted. Loved the pie. Loved the people. Hated the drinks. Couldn’t drink more than one sip. And they were expensive. Oh well, that’s the cost of learning.“
“Sprite was syrup free, only the gas (2x)Nachos looked like some chips with shredded cheese tossed on them and placed them in the microwave for a few minutes.Could use an extra pool table, played teams all night just to allow more ppl to play.Crowd was decent (handful that get to begin too much)“
“This is one of our go-to’s. We used to go to the Port Orchard location, but this location is closer to home and has a nice view of the water and Seattle skyline. The drinks are great and the food portions are big. It’s a good value and we are fortunate to have this location nearby.“
“Love this place! This was our 4th or 5th time here and I'm always impressed by the great service. This was my first time coming for happy hour and the happy hour deals can't be beat. I got the fried chicken sandwich with a side Caesar (included) - it was delicious, so much food (the salad was much bigger than a "side" salad portion and the chicken was a good size), and so reasonably priced. The interior of the taproom is so nice and clean! Overall, extremely cozy and chill ambiance“
“The first thing which strikes out when you reach here is its wield location. The area is a little spooky at night. We went there at around 8 PM. The place however is good. We liked the food. They had a happy hour on Sunday and it was really good prices (not like the fake happy hour most places have these days). The staff were courteous and helpful. We tried 2 cocktails and didn’t like both (below average). Also, they have a 22% mandatory service fee which gets added to the bill. It didn’t matter but is good to know.In Summary, good food, good atmosphere, good service, weird location and bad cocktails (at-least the once we tried)“
“A lovely spot for a wide selection of liquor! I came in on a Saturday night around dinner time and had no trouble pulling up to the bar and getting service. They have a great scotch selection, so I got to try something new while enjoying a quiet moment with my partner. Definitely a spot we'd like to visit again sometime!“
“Delicious! My verde carne asada burrito looked exactly like the photo which is a rarity. Not only that but I would say it is definitely one of the best burritos I’ve ever had. Green sauce was obviously made in house and it had great cilantro flavor. In my opinion the prices were very fair and I will absolutely be back!!“
“We would recommend 'The Clearwater' for a nice dining experience. Tables are limited so reservations should be made as soon as possible! We were a party of four. Everyone enjoyed their meals & would recommend their selections as well as order them again: Jidori Chicken Oscar, 14oz Bone-in Pork Chop, Shrimp & Scallop Gnocchi, Diver Sea Scallops. The Clearwater Signature Salad with champagne pear vinaigrette was so tasty. The Caesar salad romaine was served cold, crisp and fresh. Lemon 'slices', more suited for a cocktail, was served with the salad. Slices made it tough to squeeze lemon juice on the salad. Pork Belly Brussels Sprouts were nice and crispy roasted. Pork Belly pieces were nice in sized but lacked pork meat. This dish was a bit salty. The Clearwater Cabernet Sauvignon, produced by Rutherford Wine Company in California, was a great value at $24 a bottle! Also recommend the Clearwater Reserve IPA. Jody, our server, has a talent for anticipating the needs of the table. She was knowledgeable about the menu items including wine and beer selections. Pleasant and engaging. We appreciated the attention she paid to our table.“
“Crabtree has an amazing atmosphere. The space is very new and clean and allows you to enjoy watching it's chef work. The drinks are made well and pack a bunch of flavor. However, our food last night was both a hit and a big miss. I'll start with the free chips, these were wonderful, well salted and clearly home made, good job. Next we had the Squash fritters, these were well done and packed considerable flavor. Last of the appetizers was the poutine, beef was flavored wonderfully but there was minimal cheese and zero gravy, you gotta have cheese and gravy on a poutine. From an entree perspective we got the meatloaf and the pesto prawns with risotto. The meatloaf was thinly sliced which when prepped over the fire dried it out significantly, the mashed potatoes that came with it were light and fluffy, great job, but the green beans were sadly not brazed as advertised and needed to be cooked a bit longer. The pesto prawns had amazing risotto and well flavored prawns however it did not come with pesto which was the entire reason I ordered that meal. Lastly we added a side of the crispy Cheese gnocchi, it made the meal for sure, the Alfredo sauce was done wonderfully and the gnocchi was well fried but still creamy. For deserts we got the lemon tart and the pear bread pudding. We are not sure if we got the pear bread pudding or the sticky toffee, but there was zero pear flavor of any kind, it was paired with a nice caramel ice cream which helped.Overall for the price point we paid out, "yes" we did eat a bit, however these were $35 dollar entrees and that price is just not justified in our eating experience, we surely would not come back and spend that on a dinner unless the food quality was higher and managed appropriately. We plan to give brunch a try in the future but sadly we may not dine for dinner again. Time will tell!Parking: The parking lot can be a bit cramped as they share space with a number of other businesses.Wheelchair accessibility: Via Elevator“
“Seabird had incredible food and cocktails. It as so fun to take my Pescatarian sister to a restaurant where she could eat everything on the menu! The menu changes with the seasons, but favorites included the 50 carrot mezcal cocktail, a flight of oysters, the ceviche, and rockfish. I was impressed with the balance of flavors in the drinks and dishes. Also noteworthy was the play with texture in the meals. Our bill included two cocktails, two mocktails, three oysters, a salad, ceviche, two fish entrees, an espresso, and a dessert. I was floored that the bill came to just $100/person for two people before tip. What excellent pricing for such a wonderful fine dining experience. Highly recommended! Will go again!“
