“Growing up in North Seattle this was a great place to grab lunch and now decades later and having moved away this is always a stop on my visits- great chowder, solid fish especially the salmon and what flies under the radar is the coleslaw which is oil based and not gross mayo based. “I will definitely recommend Happy Crab. Was invited to Happy Crab for casual business lunch today. When I first see its Signature name, I knew it couldn’t be wrong. I love their decoration and sea views. Very romantic and elegant restaurant. The food was served quick and all flavors are delicious as well as creative. It is lucky to get the chance to meet the owner Lily, she has great personality. Great smile, being honest & adorable. “It was my 50th birthday dinner. We got seated immediately per our reservation and the service was outstanding. I had the lobster tail which was amazing. Great flavor, good garlic butter. The mashed potatoes were on point. My wife had prime rib and loved it. Overall experience five stars, would I return 1000% would I tell others to go 1000%. “I get my Sullys To Go because I don’t like people. The food is amazing every single time! it’s like you were sitting there, but without all the people to bother you. The food is great and the portions are large. This is just a hidden gem so don’t tell too many of your friends.“

“Some of my favorite bagels and spreads in Seattle. First bagels I’ve tried that don’t need to be toasted?! The texture is so devine, perfect chewy exterior yet still soft enough to tear apart! Everyone who works there is so lovely to interact with and so organized/on top of it. They have a cute, small outside seating area and fish treats for your pup if you bring em by. The black sesame bagel with chili cream cheese is my favorite. They also have a dairy free cashew spread that sounds incredible!“

“A relaxing laid back atmosphere with so many flavors to choose from. I had a few cocktails, oysters for the first time, and sardines, too. Everything was delectable and Sharon and Dakin are lovely bartenders with great people skills.

I went there for a date and had a wonderful time enjoying new foods, drinks, and flavors. They even had a Malort cocktail!

Highly recommend if you like more intimate locations and being directly at the bar.

“Cheerful, prompt service, great food, and a nice view of the Sound from the outdoor seating area, which is kept pleasantly warm in the cold months. The train is RIGHT THERE at times, a little noisy for a few minutes at a time, but no big deal if you're patient. There's a wide variety on the menu, something for all tastes. And the bartender made an exemplary Martini, to boot. Demitri's will be in our regular rotation for a meal out.“
