“We have been going to the Edmonds location for over 7 years! We love their food! It’s a great spot and kids are welcome. Here are some of our favorites: The egg and chive dumplings OR the entree, The colorful salad, their fresh noodles in the chow mein are super good as well, and the accompaniment foods. My husband regularly orders a big order of the Spicy noodle salad and divides it up for the weeks lunches!! The LFP location is a great spot to get quick food and I order them on Uber Eats! Bonus!! My only wish would be the Edmonds full menu also being on a delivery service.“

Get two orders of the egg rolls aka Imperial Rolls — one order won’t be enough for 2 people. Start there, you’ll be very happy. Also order the pork belly on the skewers please, No regrets. It’s very good. (3) Noodle Soups. Every bowl Is a winner. Pho is great, no question there. However, you absolutely must eat the SEAFOOD with special Red Noodle. (4) Early enough during the day, drink the Viet Ice Coffee. (5) Too bad they don’t have enough staff/hands to make the BANH CUON but they make up for it in many ways. Try everything on the menu. I’m not a relative. I don’t get money or fame for recommending Lotus Pond. I just know authentic good food when I see and eat it. Try it.
