“Curious if I could walk in and order a slice of pie to go, I arrived at Shari's Cafe and Pies on Highway 99 in Lynnwood a little before 9 a.m. this morning, Sunday 31 March 2024. Entering the restaurant, I spotted the pie display case inside the entrance and there was a number of groups dining in the restaurant. One of the workers came over and asked what she could help me with. I asked if I could get a slice of pie to go, and it was a yes. So, I went with a slice of the tropical coconut cream pie. It came in its own container and an eco-friendly bag. She asked if I wanted a fork, and I said yes. It turned out to be a full utensil set with a napkin and salt and pepper packet. Payment was straightforward and my cash method of payment was accepted. The pie filling was textually smooth, the crust was flaky and buttery, and the whipped cream and toasted coconut were each flavorful. The full slice was a satisfying serving size. Enjoyed my experience and food.“

“This burger shop is definitely worth the hype. Amazingly gooey and meaty cheeseburger and crispy and well seasoned french fries! You can dine in or take-out. They also have other menu items like gyro but I haven’t tried it yet. Dipping sauces are an extra charge, but understandable because the burgers are modestly priced. Really delicious burgers, good portions!“

“The 4 of us are visitors from FL and are at the one on Fremont in Seattle. We each had something different, beef stew, corn beef & cabage, chicken pot pie & the mashers thing.Everything was amazing. Our server was a young lady from Iowa and she was just the best. So friendly and helpful with suggestions and and was just amazing“

Never ever gotten my order incorrect nor have I ever received anything that wasn't absolutely fresh as it can get! I highly, highly recommend everyone to try this place! “The new spuds has risen from the shack! While I did love the old spuds it was so great to see them reopen in the old location with the same vibe and menu!The fish and chips were spot on and was awesome to see how many regulars were coming in and out the storefront.Totally worth the visit if you’re walking around green lake.“

“I ordered the fish & chips, prawns, and smoked salmon bisque. I arrived to the restaurant with only one person behind the counter and he served/prepared everything. I really enjoyed the fish & chips and prawns as the breading was perfect where it is crispy and thin. I wish there's a bit of seasoning or salt on the fish but overall wonderful texture of the cod. I'm not a huge fan of the smoked salmon bisque as it has a sour taste to it which is not what I expected. Would come back and try their sandwiches.“

“Wonderful and attentive service. Very quaint and fun atmosphere, great for an evening get together with friends or a date. A little on the pricier side for the average dinner, which makes it better suited for a special event or night.Food is absolutely delicious, with generous servings of free bread and drink refills.Scallop Ravioli was INCREDIBLE. Very good portion, presentation, and taste!The breaded & fried salmon bites are also crazy good.“

“Excellent service as usual. My only complaints would be table behind me had some noisy kids- that can happen and not much you can do about that. The other thing was my steak was medium to medium well and I ordered medium rare. Steak had great flavor, just a little overdone for my taste. This will in no way affect us coming back. The superb table service experience is unlike other fast casual restaurants we typically dine at. Also, our Halibut & Chips, Snackers were freshly cooked to order, and the Ivar’s Signature Clam chowder as always consistently delicious. Looking forward to our next visit.“

“The Ivar's clam chowder that is mass produced and sold in places like Costco or even at the Ferry does not compare to the one that you get from Ivar's Seafood Bar. Another highlight that me and my wife love is the grilled Halibut with salad. We keep coming back.“

“I honestly love this place. The staff is always so helpful and kind. Food is par for the course for Ivar's which is excellent. I always get the Cajun fish and chips and occasionally some of the white clam chowder when I'm feeling extra.“
