“5 stars We hadn’t been to this Carl’s Jr. in quite a while and had lots of questions about the menu. The team member at the drive-through was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful as I took my time ordering and asked about several items. We had a few customizations in our order, and he cheerfully accommodated all of them without missing a beat. When we received our food, I realized I had forgotten to request a lettuce “bun” for my chicken sandwich instead of the potato bun. I offered to just buy some lettuce on the side to fix it at home, but the employee kindly checked with his manager and they actually remade the whole sandwich for me with the lettuce wrap. I was so impressed—they really went above and beyond! The service was excellent, and the food was fresh and delicious. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area. Thank you for such a great experience!“

“Had such a great experience today! First time eating here. Probably the first time I saw that there wasn't a long line. But, after having eaten here i see exactly WHY its so popular. I very polite red curly haired kid took my order and my payment. His manners really stuck out to me. If more kids had manners and customer service skills like that the world would be a lot better. Anyway, besides the service.. the fries OMG. THe exact amount of crispness and soft potato inside, especially for being thin fries. Right about of salt and you could eat them with or without ketchup. And the burger.. its better than Frisko Free@e, but with that same local familiar taste...like your favorite uncle was on the BBQ grill at home (not dad, but cool uncle jerry was on the grill)!! When i looked inside I saw every person working as fast as they could. A great team for sure. Oh and the prices!! Jeez what a steal. My true recommendation is DONT PASS THIS UP. “Big shout out to Sam. He truly does an amazing job keeping the lobby clean, checking in with each table to make sure they have everything needed. Sam has conversations with us every visit even remembered my sister went on vacation two months ago! He makes my kids feel noticed by remembering their names while he offers them a stamp. Even when customers do not have the best attitude towards him he always seems to have a positive attitude back. Overall I appreciate the cleanliness of the restaurant, playground and bathrooms. The team at this Chick-fil-A has been doing an amazing job!“

“5 guys already has an excellent way of showing that they are one of the kings at making burgers with their amazing way of preparing fries and using fresh ingredients. They never fail at great customer service and its so enjoyable to walk in any burger joint and always hear patties sizzling fresh. Their prices are definitely worth the flavor, specialy the burger size! Cajun fries always make the car smell amazing, I only wish they sold an air freshener for my car with that smell. I rather save some money and go to five guys than to spend it on cheaper mid burgers. Thank you for taking care of my taste buds, for that ... you are now family.“

“I think I've spent the latter half of my teen years at this 5 guys location. Sometimes coming in 3 times a week, others once a month, or every other month. But I always come back here, I'd come after highschool, or after coming out of doctors appointments, I'd come on days to celebrate, and days full of sadness, and when I didn't come here, I or someone I knew ordered it for me to make me feel better. After surgeries, after my highschool graduation, after a car crash, after my flights home. I've stayed here. And I've seen plenty of staff come and go, and I've never had any issues with them. On the contrary because everyone has always been so sweet and helped make my time there feel special. Their foods great, the people are great, the music is great. 5 guys is a classic place, a reliable one to keep coming back to over and over again, for any kind of day. Not many people I know have ever been to 5 guys, but everyone knows how much I love it. And everyone I've introduced to 5 guys has loved it too. So if you're thinking about trying it I'd say do it, just be careful or you'll end up like me and ask for it 24/7.“

“Loved the Grilled Salmon meal. Asked for extra dressing for the coleslaw as I like it creamy. They delivered it promptly. As I am Gluten free they asked if I would like more wild rice in exchange for the cornbread. I said yes and it worked out great. Wish you still had the halibut maybe even some grilled cod.“

“I've eaten at this Taco Bell dozens of times. Not once have they ever disappointed. The staff always seem happy to help and appear to genuinely love working there, very positive place - a rarity these days. No, I don't have any financial or business interest here, and no I don't have any family or friends working there. Just giving credit where it's due, and this place definitely deserves it.“

I really loved that there was a hot sauce bar too, which I took advantage of on the way out the door with my sandwiches. On multiple occasions I've ordered online and under the giant sandwich instructions I indicate "Cut into THREE (3) EQUAL sections. Three people are sharing this." Today I also added the same instructions (referring to the giant) under Special Instructions for the order at checkout. After all of this, it's still cut into 4 sections! So annoying. Now to figure out how to re-cut this into 3 sections without making someone have such an extra small section that falls apart? The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, but what really stood out to me was how incredibly nice and helpful the staff were. The kiosk stopped working while I was placing my order, and the staff immediately stepped in to help me without any hesitation. They were extremely friendly, patient, and genuinely went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. It’s not every day you come across staff who are this kind and welcoming. They made what could have been a frustrating situation into a really positive experience. I definitely appreciate how nice everyone was and will absolutely be coming back!“

“Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). While I waited for the cake (very quick) to be personalized, I observed great and efficient service for each customer in line. Great store!! Until next time.“
