“I would say the food was very delicious, but I have to go with the 4 star because they made one the steaks rare af when the person who ordered it ordered it Medium. So, in that case, he had to cook it more at home (we got to go) and was his b-day, so that kinda sucked. He only ended up eating like half of it and it was a $65 steak. My lamb was good and the whipped parsnip was so good. I would give them an other try, not sure the person with the rare steak would agree.“

I've always been impressed with the kitchen, the food doesn't get the credit it deserves. Excellent pork chop and chicken with bold flavoring done well. Service attentive, music comes off without a hitch. It's just a well run ship.“

Their set-up is clean and professional looking (you WANT their food truck in your parking lot); their staff is courteous and friendly; they offered a diverse and interesting menu; and our plates were prepared quickly. Oh, the food... top notch! I had the turkey club, my daughter had the mac & cheese... both with their crispy, delicious french fries. AMAZING!“

They said “award for best chef” and they weren’t kidding. Our appetizers were everything and more and paired perfectly with our signature tasting. It’s so rare to have a tasting flight that I actually loved all the wines in. Took home a bottle of their white from the signature tasting list. Was soooo good!!
Recommend the hamachi and chefs choice of cheeses. The point Reyes bleu cheese was out of this world. Perfect for a light Sunday lunch. Patio was perfect. We came a little before the music but was still just as nice❤️ thank you to our server Jeff. So knowledgeable about the wines and explained them so well. Can’t wait to come back!“

“A local Seattle friend took us to a seafood restaurant, and the grilled lobster was indeed a masterpiece, Q-bouncing as if it were fighting with my teeth ...... Steak grilled octopus fried squid clam chowder are all this 👍🏻 and the final dessert of caramelised bread pudding was amazing! The meal cost nearly $650 plus a $100 tip, so it was worth it, haha!😁😋😋I'll be back next time.“

“Lunch at Mox Bellevue today—and what a surprise. I wasn’t there to game, just catching up with friends passing through. But the space? Total standout. Art Deco vibes, cozy booths, and a game store that feels more like a boutique hotel lounge. I had the Golden Curry & Tofu—Japanese-style curry over rice with potatoes, carrots, tofu, and pickled vegetables. Warm, flavorful, and exactly what I was in the mood for. My friends ordered the Sausage & Pepper Rotini and left just as happy. The only curveball? No mocktails listed on the menu. When I asked, our server looked a little unsure but offered to make a virgin Momotaro with ginger, peach, mint, lemon, and ginger beer. It was fantastic—definitely worth ordering again. Still, a mocktail section on the menu wouldn’t hurt. After lunch I wandered through the shop and ended up picking out a couple of games for our next game night. Couldn’t resist. All in all, a great lunch, great space, and a solid reminder to check out places that mix things up. Overall fun spot. So happy we found this place. Would happily return. “My second visit. We absolutely love this place. The food is very good! The service has always been polite and professional. The wine is excellent, I had a happy hour Old Fashion that was really really good. We ordered the bread appetizer. The bread was excellent and the butter with other oils and jams. I ordered the 9oz New York. It was perfect cooked Mid rare. The veggies and fries we seasoned well and delicious. My partner ordered the chicken dinner and really like hers. The chicken was moist and very good. We will be back. We celebrated the purchase of a new house and the staff made us feel good and helped us celebrate.“

“My mom and I had dinner at Sparrow while visiting WA. We LOVED our food and drinks! Mom got pork belly and scallops with polenta and she said “this is the best meal I’ve ever had”. Let me tell you, she doesn’t say that lightly. I had the Alaskan halibut which was served with asparagus and heirloom tomato compote - the fish was a good sized portion and besides being healthy, it satisfied the pallet and the stomach. The wait staff was fantastic, and the drinks were superb!“

“I walked in here in September 1982 thinking my shattered life of 15 years was over. Hazel who ran the cafe, a gruff but loving lady made me sit down and have a sandwich and milk. For the next 5 years they raised me, an irritating punk, showing love and understanding beyond measure, mentoring me in the life of recovery and spritual principles of AA until my fledgling wings let me fly on my own to other places of recovery and respite from the storms of life. It's barely changed, has great coffee now and much more food! A meeting is available nearly every hour in such variety and different people your sure to find your place in what will always be my true home! “We had lunch at Cedar & Elm a few months ago and had a great experience. But Christmas lunch today was a major disappointment. The website said “choose from either our five-course tasting menu or our regular menu”. We arrived for our 1:30 reservation, were seated late and then told only the brunch menu was available. :(“

“The waitress was extremely nice but she had her hands full trying to serve everyone and make that long walk to the kitchen every time. The drinks were nice. The Long Island was my favorite.

The TVs are perfect for watching a sporting event. The bar stools are quite comfortable.

I ordered the seared halibut and it came with black carrots. I was miserable eating this. It was tougher than expected and not well seasoned. Next time I will order the fish and chips.“
