“We took a New Year’s eve day trip from Seattle. The barista treated us with warm and a generous spirit. Oh, and the oat cortado paired with their maple bun with bacon was “wow” level delicious.

Made me want to quit my job leave my belongings move to a mountainous region in china to finally begin my 10,000 hour dim mak temple training specifically to prepare me for the inevitable battle with the person responsible for roasting these coffee beans. That way I might stand half a chance to get hired as a barista.

When I was leaving the first visit the “owner” told me: “fill all the holes.. thousand points of light.. have a good day”

“The upstairs area is nice and cozy, great for reading or work. My experience here was decent, no complaints but nothing to write home about either. We got there over an hour before closing and they had no pastries left, not sure if that’s the norm or we were just late. It’s also on a quieter strip in west seattle so not very walkable if that’s something you’re looking for.“

“Wow, wow, wow! Their ham, egg, and cheese is of my favorite breakfast sandwiches ever! The ham is full of rich, smoky flavor and pairs so well with the melty cheese and spicy mayo. You can’t go wrong with any item from their bakery either. Their chocolate chip cookie is also one of my favorites. Everyone working here is so kind and welcoming. You can tell they all care about the food as well providing a great atmosphere. One of my favorite spots in Seattle, check them out!!“

“Kimball Coffeehouse ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ On 5/16/24, I visited Kimball Coffeehouse in Gig Harbor, Washington. This coffeehouse has a great history, which I’ve included a link to in the comments. Kimball Coffeehouse has live music on the weekends. The evening I arrived, they were setting up for Open Mic Night. They roast their own coffee beans. They have an extensive menu that includes Breakfasts, Smoothies, Sandwiches, Flatbread Pizzas, Salads, Soups, Snacks, and Desserts. I ordered a Spring coffee drink called Bees Knees, which is a Lavender & Honey Latte. The flavor combination was a bit too subtle for me, but it was good. Next time, I will try something else. The woman sitting next to me ordered a BLT, which looked excellent! One of the things I really like about Kimball Coffeehouse is they seem to have a lot of regulars. Coffee shops like that are hard to find.  I look forward to visiting Kimball Coffeehouse the next time I’m in town.… Highly Recommended!!!“

“Excellent Starbucks destination! I love taking our friends and family here when they visit as part of the signature Seattle experience. Unlike regular locations, they have their own bakery, gorgeous iron ovens, and they serve alcoholic drinks. They will make your drink with an AeroPress, chemex, pour-over, Clover, or a few other options. Their whiskey barrel-aged cold brew is amazing. My gluten-eating friends and family tell me that the bakery items are incredible. Being fresh baked and with high quality ingredients. This is a great place to visit, and a place I go to again and again.“

“I went here when my other coffee shop was a little full and the baristas were kind of going a little crazy.

I hopped on my bike just started riding and when I got to the highest hill in Seattle I realized that I was right next to QED

I dropped down 70 ft. And hopped in and realized also that they had macarena danishes.

And the new baristas there are much much nicer than they were before when it was some other coffee shop. QED is added a comfort level and a friendly smile that supersedes anything that has been in this space before.

Certainly I'm going to start going to this coffee shop more because it's a great bike ride up hills and they have Great danishes and the service is incredibly nice.“

We will come in here sometimes and just get the cheese plate or a little sandwich and a drink and sit around and just talk it's a very peaceful relaxing place they have indoor and outdoor seating. And it's on the corner the inside of the strip mall so you have a nice view if you sit outside on a sunny day. There is plenty of parking in the back and on the street.

The atmosphere here is very chill and the patrons for various ages and demographics contribute to this. Plenty of seating and it's clean, with staff making sure that condiments are stocked, and the common areas tidy.

The service was friendly and welcoming, with the barista mentioning that they'll have free refills on my drip coffee when I mentioned I'm going to hangout for a while. And in a nutshell that is the culture for this store, they want you to relax and spend time here --- something I miss doing at the local Starby's.

If you're in the area, definitely give this storefront a try. And reach of the protein bix, it's a delicious choice if you're looking for a quick bite.

“I absolutely LOVE their coffee! They also have the most sugar free flavors of any coffee shop that I've been to. I'm diabetic and am thrilled that I have a coffee shop that I can go to and get so many flavor combinations for coffee and such. It makes my day when I can actually get the day's special in sugar free, which is most of the time. Then there are the awesome ladies that work there. I always leave with a smile! I think they could brighten anyone's day! So, if you're having a bad day head on over to Lighthouse Espresso, pick up a coffee (or whatever your preference is), and interact with the ladies that are there. You will leave with a smile!“

“Stopped by late Saturday morning and had a breakfast sandwiches I’ve had in a while. Avocado, egg, and salmon all came together perfectly, fresh, balanced, and really well executed.
