“I went to the Elm Grove Chocolate Factory last night for a sundae. The last time I went an employee named Aaron was there and he knocked it out of the park. Last night Devin was there and it was just as good. Devin was friendly, professional, and constantly moving. The other staff members were also on the move. The place was busy HOWEVER Devin ran it like a well oiled machine. Orders were being delivered to the customers quickly and correctly! Tables were cleaned, the condiment are was stocked and the customer service could not have been better.

Do yourself a favor and checkout the Elm Grove Chocolate Factory especially when Aaron and Devin are there. You will not be disappointed. Thanks for a great experience“

“Stopped by this sandwich shop and overall had a solid experience. The sandwich itself was really good — fresh ingredients and nice flavor, though it did feel a bit small for the price point. I also tried the mac and cheese, which was pretty bland and tasted more like the boxed kind rather than homemade.
Service was friendly and the place was clean, so there’s definitely potential, especially if the portion sizes and sides get a little upgrade. I'll definitely be back to try more options. I totally forgot to save the picture of my sandwich but I'll add one next time I go.“

Now, when I walked in, it was the best atmosphere the owner welcomed me in. He asked me what I was there for. He helped me right away. There was no issues. The food was great. There was literally not one thing wrong. This food was great and amazing. I’m a regular customer. I also buy the chicken cheesesteaks so yes thank you“

“I had to make sure I got Andy's name. It was the first time I have been to a Subway since I moved into the area and I have never in any place I have lived have someone make a sub exactly how I wanted and he was super friendly. Definitely an ideal worker to have. I am fairly sure a coworker tried to make a mean comment about him still being at the same station when I asked him for something else that send him back over to it. I sure hope that wasnt the case, but if it was he definitely didnt deserve it. He was an incredibly kind, hard working guy I hope great things happen for him.“

“This was a very delightful experience! The staff was friendly and attentive. They greeted everyone that came into the restaurant. This is by far the cleanest Subway I’ve ever been in too! I almost forgot to mention, my sub had fresh bread, great ham quality & the toppings were fresh. The sub artist asked me if I wanted more of any toppings and assured I got my mayo to my liking! “Since moving to Wisconsin, many people have said to try a sub from Cousins. I got a free sub coupon from a volunteer event, so I figured it was the perfect time to try them out. I got the cheesesteak with extra mayo and a side of curds. The sandwich was great. It was very flavorful, and the bread was the perfect texture. The toppings were stacked but not overloaded, which is how I like it. Overall, I’d gladly get another sub here.“

“Service was a bit lengthy but I ordered a wrap and did they pile on the chicken!! That wrap was so full that they had difficulty wrapping it. That was lunch for 2 days. Not only that the wrap was good. I ordered #20.The best thing about my visit was there was this elderly guy in line ordering his food. He had a wheelchair like device and he stood up and pointed to his toppings for his sub. The guy in front of him looked over at him and smiled. “I'm getting the benefit of it out here. Some holiday forgot about my order I had called about an hour and a half in advance. So that was a bit upsetting because I had to be somewhere. When it comes to the roast beef in the horseradish sauce, you may want to ask them to put that on the side. A bit overkill. Otherwise, the sandwiches are really good. I personally found the chicken to be absolutely delicious. Of course everything is a matter of preference.“
