The woman working was super sweet and told me that thier meats come from Elkhorn, Wisconsin and their bread come from Sciortino's Bakery on Brady Street (I used to work there in college!). I got turkey with provolone and all the fixin's then added pesto too. Even the pesto tasted homemade! It was a great, hearty sandwich. And I got a punch card! I'll definitely be back. I'll try the soup next time too.“

“I just tried Suburpia for the first time yesterday and let me just say that it was one of the most flavorful subs I have ever had! The bread is perfect and fresh and all the ingredients mixed together were amazing! I got the Henny Penny, one of the best chicken subs I’ve gotten ever. “I read the article about the new management with the young guy chasing his dreams of being a business owner. I had the Gobbler and Goldust.Gotta say his subs have exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love the bread used. It has a nice crust (buttery?) with sesame seeds. The seasonings used really help compliment all the ingredients together. Every other restaurant is cheapening their ingredients and giving you less and charging you more. The Chocolate Factory is staying the course. They have found their lane and they are staying in it and blowing by everyone else in the business. I love, love the Blackberry Turkey Sub with blackberry preserves and giardiniera. We also tried their sub of the month, the Korean Beef Bulgogi. You have not lived until you've had this sub. It's made with Korean beef carnitas, gochujang sauce, super greens, sweet chili sauce, jalapenos and oregano. It's sweet and slightly spicy. The Bulgogi beef is so tender and so flavorful, it melts in your mouth, and is complete culinary perfection! This sub will make you want to cry it's so good. Their sub bread is heaven!! “Stopped in this morning about 10: 15am. I forget the clerk's name. She was just finishing up possibly a snack she brought in. She walked over to the sink, washed her hands and came up to the cash register. She took my order. Gave me a total. Took the cash and gave me back change. “This is one of the recently remodeled Cousins and it's nice. The cheese steaks aren't quite as decedent as they were twenty years ago (and the fries in the combo are stingy) but really: it's quite filling and no one needs that much food for lunch anyway. They have a multi-drink machine but keep it pretty clean. Sandwiches are made to order and take a while but it's an expected wait. Bathrooms are OK until the wastebasket overflows (should probably just get a bigger container for lunch crowd). Table seating is clean and there are multiple places for up to four to sit in chairs (which is getting rare in remodels which often expect you to sit alone at a barstool). All in all, a pleasant surprise of a Cousins: I'll probably come back here a few times a year.“

“Classic sub shop vibe. Love the subs and wide variety of ice cream flavors. It's our go to for subs and ice cream. For the most part the customer service is fine but sometimes there seems to be a lack of communication amongst employees creating confusion which is why I gave that part 4 stars. I've never had any issues with my orders just an observation.“
