Didn’t sound like it while I was on the phone holding and when I walked in there I saw only one family. She was trying to cover for the fact that she forgot. She should have just been honest.“

“I recently visited my local Jersey Mike's and I was impressed from the moment I walked in the dining area and prep line look clean and organized which gave me confidence about how the food was handled the staff greeted me right away and asked if I use the app or rewards before which I appreciate it because it sure they were paying attention and trying to be helpful.

For my order I went with the regular sub on White bread sliced fresh for the order plus chips and a drink. The meats and the Jesus were sliced to order and the top things were laid out neatly on the line not dried out or messy I had it made Mike's way with onions lettuce tomatoes oil vinegar and spices and everything tasted fresh and will balance rather than overly salty or greasy. The bread had a good texture with a slight crunch on the outside and softness inside which is one of the main reasons I like Jersey Mike's compared to some other sandwich chains where the bread can taste processed or stale.

Service was fast but still friendly there were a few people ahead of me but the line move quickly because everyone on the line had a clear role one person sliced another built the sandwich and someone else handle the register and drinks even with the speed they still took the time to double-check my toppings and confirm whether I wanted my extras my order came out accurate with no missing items and the sandwich was wrapped tightly so it didn't fall apart when I opened it.

I also like that Jersey Mike's has an easy-to-use rewards program that the mics account and the shore points you earn points and almost every item subs drinks chips cookies and those points add up to free subs at different sizes 48 points for a mini 72 for a regular and 144 for a giant.“

“I had to make sure I got Andy's name. It was the first time I have been to a Subway since I moved into the area and I have never in any place I have lived have someone make a sub exactly how I wanted and he was super friendly. Definitely an ideal worker to have. I am fairly sure a coworker tried to make a mean comment about him still being at the same station when I asked him for something else that send him back over to it. I sure hope that wasnt the case, but if it was he definitely didnt deserve it. He was an incredibly kind, hard working guy I hope great things happen for him.“

“Food was fresh. UPDATE!!!!! 5/3/26 ordered a hot ham and cheese on Parmesan Aisgo bread. As you can see from the picture that is not the bread that I ordered and that’s the second sub. The first one was cold and I asked for A hot Sub. When I brought the sub back, nobody apologized nothing. These subs are not five and six dollars a half inch Sub is running every bit of 10. “Service was a bit lengthy but I ordered a wrap and did they pile on the chicken!! That wrap was so full that they had difficulty wrapping it. That was lunch for 2 days. Not only that the wrap was good. I ordered #20.The best thing about my visit was there was this elderly guy in line ordering his food. He had a wheelchair like device and he stood up and pointed to his toppings for his sub. The guy in front of him looked over at him and smiled. He told the cashier I'll pay for his meal and said to the guy sir this one's on me. That just made my heart full of joy to see such a moment!!“

When it comes to the roast beef in the horseradish sauce, you may want to ask them to put that on the side. A bit overkill. Otherwise, the sandwiches are really good. “It's a fast food takeout place, so not much to say on atmosphere. We like their subs pretty well, though once in a while they lay an egg. This lady time my wife's tuna sub had less tuna then normal, as you had to open the bun to see it. Other times the tuna is leaking out the sides with plenty to eat. On thing to mention is fast food places very dependent on the maker of your sandwich. One time it's great, the next time it's under whelming.“

The app says 20 minutes until your order is ready but they don't start your order until you get there and then you have to wait for all the people who might be in front of you. Kinda frustrating but the food is always good.“
