It's a unique take on something I've seen in every form, but they get it right with little surprises in every bite. Do yourself a favor and get the orange juice. The fresh sweetness really helps stabilize the slight spice and heaviness of the food.“

“We were visiting Madison for a business trip. Kelly at Morgan's shoes suggested we go here for oysters. We had the most amazing dinner, oysters on the half shell and wrapped it up with an unbelievably good coffee and date ice cream 😋 Our experience was so good we decided to go back a second night! “They have very good food but the staff makes peanuts and is hungry for tips. I usually try to tip 20-25%. However one time when I got the bill it was way more than I had expected and I didn't have the funds to leave a tip. I felt really bad. To top it off I was told if I couldn’t tip better. don't come back. I instead of 2 drinks costing $13.00.(like the other businesses on the block)The bill was $21. I would have been leaving at least $5, but now I couldn’t. I feel the staff is a bunch of snooty college students, living off their rich parents dime.“

The staff was amazing with our waitress being kind and courteous, as well as prompt with service. The menu is rather eclectic with various options, so there is something for everyone. The design of the place is thoughtful with the music matching the vibe. I am excited to see what the future holds for Lola's!“

“I don't like getting up early, but if it's a choice between sleep and C's Restaurant and Bakery ... then C's beats sleep!\n\nEverything I've tried on their menu is excellent, though I often order their delicious weekend specials that are unique and ever-changing.\n\nThe prices are reasonable, the service is terrific, and I love sitting out on the patio whenever the weather is agreeable.\n\nI've been coming here for almost a decade, and I highly recommend this charming family restaurant. “We generally love Cooper's but on this day everything was a little off. The service was mediocre given the time in between courses (most likely not the server but the kitchen). The dining room was very loud. We ordered surf and turf. The steak was exceptional, cooked to perfection at medium rare however, the stuffed lobster was completely overcooked to the point of rubber. That's not our usual experience. The food is generally outstanding. Everyone deserves another chance and since our experience is typically wonderful it won't affect our future visits.“

“This is one of the best Culver’s in Wisconsin! Excellent food every time, hot and fresh and delivered quickly and with a smile. Drive through moved quickly and I enjoy the outdoor patio seating. Employees are helpful when ordering and the two times in 5 years I’ve had a mistake in my order, it was corrected quickly and apologetically. So fast I was apologizing for receiving the wrong item haha!

“Top burger place in all of Madison! Get the Hanks double, such fast service you will barely be able to sit down at the Musky Bar before it's ready in all its greasy glory. Great sauce makes this a three to four napkin burger. Hits the spot when you have a Hankerin' for the best! Get the pickles on the side, delicious and you get even more! “Heard from friend's that the Friday Fish Fry was worth checking out, and they were right. I had a platter with two pieces of cod, one piece of walleye and one piece of perch. The entree included a small helping of fries, a small serving of coleslaw and tartar sauce, plus a choice of potato, so I chose the homemade potato chips. My companion had the two piece cod dinner. Our dinner also included complimentary warm bread and butter. I particularly liked the chips and the flavor of the perch. We each had a drink so the meal came out to about $40 before tip. Neither of us left feeling hungry. Highly recommended.“

“Had a great dinner on a Saturday night. Dined at a late seating and staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dishes were great, the deviled eggs were a great starter for our table and the entrees were big portions with a lot going on (on a good way). The farm to table and seasonal ingredients really accompanied the main proteins. I had schnitzel which was great. Others had the massive ribeye for 2 and boullabaisse and everyone enjoyed their meals.

“Had a business trip in Madison, WI this week. The restaurant is close by so we reserved the seats here. Gosh, it certainly didn’t disappoint us. The sushi rolls were amazing and the sashimi was fresh and delicious. It was pleasant to dine outdoors there and the service was excellent too. Great food to try!“
