This is easily in the top 5 coffee shops I’ve ever visited. Tim is a barista’s barista, pleasant to talk to, knows his craft and ready to share his excitement about coffee. The espresso was delicious, smooth, fragrant, sweet, not overly acidic or bitter. The other drinks celebrate the coffee without distracting from it, something I don’t see nearly as often as I’d like.

The shop itself is a welcoming space, lots of natural light, comfortable environment. Great vibe all the way around.

Prices are absolutely fair considering the quality of service and product I received. I’m absolutely coming back ASAP.“

“This place has such a great vibe! The coffee itself is not the greatest compared to other coffee shops but it's still good. The atmosphere is so fun! Very nostalgic with all the old retro video games. They have so many board games, gaming set ups, XL checkers, etc. it was very busy and seemed to be super popular spot!“

“Lively! I am not from Birmingham but I am a coffee lover. From Orlando but, I wanted to see something new for a change from the normal city life. Noticed there were allot of coffee shops here than in any city I’ve been to which made it hard to decide on which one I liked to visit more but something about the atmosphere caught my attention. It was quite which made it easier to work. The environment even though it was quiet it felt inviting. The glass made allot of natural light come in and I loved being able to enjoy a good view while working. I definitely would come again even if it’s to relax. Unfortunate I’m not from here. My son is gluten free and we were excited to try the gluten free French toast, but unfortunately we did not get to experience it because they said they could not do it even though it says it on the menu. I had been in here once before, a few years ago, and they were still developing their style as a coffee place, but they've definitely found their niche, and it is amazing! Their flavor add-ons are inventive - the barista suggested their Herbalicious, a blend of lavender, rosemary, mint, and thyme, with vanilla syrup, and it was such a soft, delicate flavor that was sweet, herbal, and delicious, and truly shone through in a creamy oat milk latte, which I did not expect. I tried a couple of their bonbons, and they are well worth the price; the sea salt caramel was gooey, salty, and sweet, while the strawberry lemon is a revelation of flavor. It's an added bonus that the coffee and the other ingredients are sustainably sourced and dietary restriction friendly, the atmosphere and character of the entire place are eclectic and creative, and the baristas were so patient and helpful. Truly, a must-see place for anyone wanting a unique and beautiful experience in the Magic City!“

“I absolutely love this place! literally, this place is absolutely phenomenal. there's two separate bartenders that are there on any given morning... both these girls are absolutely fantastic. both of them are really really pretty and they've got amazing attitudes, they've always got a smile on their face and what's amazing is, you can walk in on a Monday morning like this morning, knowing it's Monday and it's overcast and those two girls were laughing and cutting up and smiling and it just put you in a really really really amazing mood to start your day. I'm of the belief that if we can be around people that can brighten our day, then we definitely should. these girls start my morning off on a positive foot. I don't feel like a customer, honestly I try to bring them either energy drinks or donuts and then eat the world's greatest biscuits and gravy, that gravy is absolutely amazing, and there's always a smile on their face, it's always an amazing time and I look forward to each time I come which is about 3 or 4 days a week. the stores always really clean, and it smells amazing. the restrooms are always in great condition, sitting at the bars amazing, there's never food left around or sitting around, they're quick to clean up the tables, these girls really run the show, and everybody else in the background does an amazing job too. really thankful for this place, and I'm really glad that I get to be a part of the BBB family! “I recently had gastric sleeve surgery and have had a terrible time trying to find stuff to drink that is calorie free and no artificial sweeteners. A friend suggested that I try the tropical tea. I did and I was hooked!! Their customer service is amazing and when my order was put on back order, they were so friendly and did everything they could to get my order pushed through.“

“I stopped by Hello Bakery and was blown away by their delicious croissants—but what really stood out was the owner's kindness! I bought four pastries, and to my surprise, they gifted me a free almond croissant! 😍

Croissant Quality:
The croissants here are perfectly flaky, buttery, and freshly baked. The plain croissant had a crisp exterior with soft, airy layers inside, while the almond croissant (my free treat!) was rich, slightly sweet, and packed with crunchy almond goodness. Absolutely delicious!

Customer Service:
The owner was warm and welcoming, and the free croissant was such a lovely gesture. It’s rare to find a bakery that cares so much about making customers happy!

Final Thoughts:
If you want top-tier croissants and a bakery that goes above and beyond, Hello Bakery is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back—maybe they’ll surprise me again! 😉 Highly recommend! 🥐💛“

My experience: excellent coffee recommendations - delicious blend of Mexican hot chocolate and espresso. The Churro Bites were warm with the perfect texture. The shoppe itself is so clean, classically designed, and beautifully decorated. The coffee! Jasmine’s intentionality in choosing blends that are complimentary to the ice cream selection (and the churros) - that is beautiful attention to details most people take for granted.“

“My first time to order a coffee at the "new" Starbucks inside the remodeled Target. Starbucks was moved over to what was once the small in-store snack/cafeteria and it also got a nice remodel,. I ordered a regular coffee and the server asked if I wanted a flavor with it so I asked for vanilla and the drink was great - I really liked it as I have found most "regular" coffees in Starbucks are too bitter for my taste and required me to add much cream. This new Starbucks is nice, clean and lighting is great.“
