“My legal assistant and I went to check out the new find, "MeMe's Coffee and Deli," and we were not disappointed. We discovered a coffee shop serving food, karaoke, theme days like Taco Tuesdays, etc. We had our hands full already from our walk today and were not able to get much, but we ordered coffee and hot chocolate, and let me tell you, I am picky about my hot chocolate. I am hooked from the first sip of it. Plan on going there tomorrow for lunch.“

“I usually don’t write reviews, but this store in particular deserves the attention and recognition. Every single time I’m in the drive thru, I’ve gotten through quickly and everyone is so nice. The two times I’ve had a problem with my drink, Ari (I hope that’s her name) and Burton (like Tim Burton he says), were super quick to resolve my issues and am delighted to see them when I come through. When I came inside for my mobile I was spoken to by at least 4 different people in the 15 seconds I was inside the building. Great job guys! Keep up the good work!“

“Nice friendly and prompt service. There wasn't a huge line and the store was clean and tidy. I haven't been to SB in a while, did they stop putting on sleeves for hot coffees? I had to wait a while before I could actually drink my Latte. The food is okay but a bit overpriced for what it is. I wouldn't have chosen Starbucks but I was given a gift card.“

“The drinks are amazing, I wasn't the biggest fan of the food, it was kind of bland, and the pictures showed it with fresh slices of avocado, but they used the bagged guacamole type. The drink I got however was so good. It was a strawberry mint freska, SO good. Perfect refresher after an exhausting hike.“

“Hoover Library not only has an extensive variety of documents, books, movies and others media, the place is a relaxing one and the East 59 cofé adds the good coffee and the lights food when the snack time comes. It's not an extensive variety of dishes but is well designed for the place. The coffee is good. Not being excellent is consistent with the strongest and flavor.“

“Atmosphere wasn't anything to write home about, it's a coffee shop after all, it was clean and well lit with the most recent health inspection clearly visible. The service was prompt and courteous, I would certainly recommend this Duncan to anybody.

“I wanna say thanks to the Hoover 459 flyover Starbucks. Yesterday i went through the drive through at the new Bessemer Starbucks to redeem my free Birthday drink but they charged me for it 🙄🤦🏼‍♂️. So today the Hoover Starbucks honored my free Birthday Drink even after my birthday. They were very friendly about it. Thank you for your great customer service!!!“

“Food and coffee are good, but they need some work on the customer service. They are polite but have zero hustle. I’m afraid this location will end up closing because of the service. Also, I order the same all the time and it is inconsistent. … half the time it comes with what it is supposed to and sometimes it doesn’t.“

This has been my dunkin of choice in Birmingham for over a year despite having two others closer to me- I'll happily voyage to this one since I always know it's going to be a consistently good experience for me. The employees are always so kind no matter who's on shift and my drinks are consistently amazing. I love there not being an additional charge on alternative milk as well, and on top of loving my coffee I get here, the food is always tasty and made well compared to other Dunkin's I've visited all over.“

“The line was 3 cars deep at the drive thru, so I decided to go inside to order. I was greeted immediately with a “thanks for coming in” and a smile by the clerk (brown haired guy with glasses- I didn’t catch his name). He said he would be with me ASAP. He was the only one working both in store and drive thru. I watched him make 8 drinks for 3 cars and ring everyone up with enthusiasm, competence, and a friendly demeanor. He apologized for the “long wait” (it was less than 4 minutes) and cheerfully took my order. I was nice to see someone who was both good at their job and happy to be there. “Very nice Starbucks, loved the seating arrangement!! I live in Fl. and Cullman. Wish Cullman seating was the same as this one. I love the staff in Cullman, very friendly. In Fl. I have many Starbucks to choose from. I love the single stuffed chairs as setting. I wish they all had these. Cullman has benches, also long tables and hard chairs. Don’t like this set up.“
