“Not a huge fan of Milos. That being said the employees were nice and polite, cutting up and having a good time at work. They brought that to the atmosphere of the restaurant, definitely a plus.

Having employees that enjoy their work and work together well while taking care of the customer is a huge deal nowadays.

As far as the food goes it was Milo's, if you like it you do if you don't you don't.“

“I usually go through the drive thru, but as I brought a guest with me I decided to go inside to dine. Food was on point as usual, just that the scent of the restaurant as if it hadn't been cleaned. It wasn't the aroma of the meals being prepared. It looked clean, but a deep cleaning was needed. My guest raised it with me as well so it wasn't only me.“

“First time to try this place. I can't believe the wide array of food they serve. It comes to you hot, fresh and delicious!!! I had gotten a Groupon that I'm very thankful for!!! We spent less money here than we would at Taco Bell or McDonald's! If I lived over by it, I would literally eat here every day!!! I got fried catfish, the Cajun ranch fries and a small chicken salad. Good Lord I've NEVER had a salad THAT good before!!! And I'm 54 yo!! It has a ton of stuff in it!!! My husband got the same Cajun fried and a gyro that was amazing as well!!! I completely forgot to take pictures. But trust me, it's worth it! I can't believe they weren't more busy at 5 pm on a Saturday. We were the only ones dining in. “I like Five Guys’ foods and service very much. I was so disappointed in the service today, though, that I feel compelled to write this in hope that the manager at the Fultondale location will see it. I went in to place an order, but noticed one employee was cooking food and there was no one at the register. As I walked to the register, I passed two employees seated at one table and another employee seated at a separate table. I stood at the register waiting, but no employee approached. The cook, who was quite busy, saw me and called to someone, but still no one came. One employee at a table rose and walked to the back of the room, so I thought she had gone back to go behind the counter, but she came back to her table having just gone to refill her cup. We made eye contact, so she knew I was waiting. But neither she nor the other two employees made any attempt to assist me. After another six minutes, with no acknowledgment at all from the three seated employees,I left. I won’t give up on Five Guys after one bad experience, but I hope the manager will see this write-up and use it as a teaching moment for today’s staff.“

“Jack's is one of those rare food places that the food ninety percent of the time is really good. I don't feel like i'm eating some fake processed food, like so many other fast food places. I don't feel guilty for feeding my children their dinner. For a quick bite to eat you can never go wrong eating there. Don't even get me started on their breakfast i'd be four hundred pounds if I could eat there every morning. Lol“

“I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing customer service I received today at Milo’s. I went through the drive-thru, and from the very beginning, everyone was kind, professional, and welcoming.

The woman who helped me with my order—the one with the beautiful gray/salt-and-pepper hair—was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly, patient, knowledgeable about the menu, and helped me place my order with such a positive attitude. You could tell she genuinely enjoys helping customers, and her kindness made a lasting impression on me.

The young man at the window was just as polite and respectful. It’s rare to experience such genuine kindness from multiple employees during one visit, and they both made the experience enjoyable.

I was also impressed by how fast everything was. The drive-thru moved quickly, and my food was ready in no time. Even better, it came out hot, fresh, and exactly as I ordered it. Fast service without sacrificing quality is something that deserves recognition.

I’ll be honest—I was a little skeptical about stopping at this location because of the reputation the Parkway area sometimes has. This was my first visit to this Milo’s location in over six years, and I’m so glad I decided to give it another chance. They completely exceeded my expectations.

Great customer service is becoming harder to find, so I believe it should be acknowledged when people get it right. Thank you to the woman with the gray/salt-and-pepper hair, the young man at the window, and the rest of the team for making my visit such a pleasant one. Your friendliness, professionalism, efficiency, and the quality of the food did not go unnoticed. “I ordered through Uber Eats and the food was hot and fresh but I was disappointed when I got regular fries instead of Mex fries. The staff was so pleasant when I called to inform them of the error. “I picked up my take out order. I told the staff I needed the strawberry shake. I was told a couple minutes later it was in the bag. I checked and I could see the top of the cup so I left. Got home and it was vanilla. My husband ordered the hot ones burger and there was a quarter size of sauce in the middle of the top bun. His burger was basically dry. My bacon burger was cooked too long, part of it was not edible because it was hard as a rock. This was my first time coming here and I don't plan on returning.“

Tamara took my order with such a warm, professional tone that I honestly thought she might have been new—you could literally hear the smile in her voice! That positive energy carried through the entire experience.

Destiny assisted me at the window, confirmed my order and confirmed if I needed any condiments and suggested additional items that complimented my purchase. Natalie brought my food out with a smile and greeting as the entire process took less than four minutes. I felt like I had just gone through a NASCAR-speed drive-thru—in the best way possible!

The parking lot and surrounding area were clean and well kept. I bit into my biscuit right there in the drive-thru, and oh my goodness—it was so fresh, soft, and buttery that I had to ask who made it. They told me his name was Willie, and Willie definitely did his thing!

As a business owner, these are exactly the type of people I like to hire and have representing a company: friendly, professional, attentive, efficient, and genuinely pleasant.

“I was visiting from out of town and found this drive thru on my way to try another place. What a wonderful find this was!

I had a burger, with onion rings, a Mr. Pibb, and banana pudding. The burger is one of the better burgers I have had. It was cooked perfectly with lots of flavor and not dry. The sliced tomato on it was a big ol' slice. Not short cuts were taken. The onion rings were good and I loved the banana pudding.

The time from when I placed my order to when I got my food seemed a little long. But it was worth the wait, and I suspect it was because they were making the burger fresh by the order instead of reheating it.
