That’s on you homie.Don’t be mad when you finally pull up to an overworked overstimulated 15 year old and can’t get a chicken biscuit cause you didn’t get out of bed till 10:15 didn’t do anything to make yourself presentable looking like Joaquin Phoenix in the beginning of the joker self. “We'll start with the food... I had the 2 catfish fillets with fries and Mac and cheese and added 3 whole, lemon pepper wings. The catfish was fried great and the batter was on point. Not a ton of seasoning but I dipped it in their comeback sauce and it was a good compliment. The chicken was my favorite! The skin was super crispy and it was seasoned well! The Mac and cheese tasted homemade, it gets an 8/10 and there was nothing special about the fries. My wife had the tenders which had a sweet taste to them and they were phenomenal. They would pair well with the waffles which were also good and prepared perfectly, very light and fluffy. The establishment isn't bad. A little tight so not idea for big crowds. They were out of drink selections and we were never updated about our order. I did realize they make everything fresh but just kindly letting us know they are still working on it would have been nice. It was 7 of us and my total came to $127, but the portions were good so I'm ok with the price. I would give a 5 if the fries were seasoned, Mac and cheese had a bit more seasoning, fish was seasoned a bit more and the establishment was a bit more inviting. Maybe offering some "out-of-the- box" selections since everything is made to order. We'll definitely go back if we visit Birmingham! ??“
“I liked Hibachi before new management and I still like them...a Lot. The food is really tasty and my son craves the egg rolls. They are the BEST. Not too fat and not too little. The only new item I was not impressed with was the chicken sticks. They were little tiny strips of meat and not breaded. My favorite are the egg rolls, crab rangoon, and the dumplings (fried). I really like the Teriyaki bowls and Asian bowls. I did not give 5 overall stars because of the prices. Some items are restaurant prices, especially the egg rolls...at almost $3 a piece, that adds up quick. But, I usually splurge on payday since sons and I like theirs more than anybody.“
“Hey, me and close friend stopped by this location of Chick-fil-a to eat lunch since it relatively close by. I ordered the nugget meal with a purple passion-which included Hi-C and blue Powerade mixed together. My friend ordered the Cobb salad with a water and fries on the side. The cashier was great with asking if there was anything else we would like to add to our order or even upgrade the size of items. The service was fast and pleasant. The restaurant itself was clean and well managed as far as tables being clean and enough space so that customers could be comfortable. Since Covid 19 , the establishment is still precautious about using disinfectant products which I feel is great due to other cases arising.“

“Years ago we stopped getting pizza from Pizza Hut because it took so long (sometimes 2 hours) to get a pizza delivered. We decided to try this new location with a pickup window near our neighborhood. It was an excellent experience! We ordered in the app, the pizza was ready exactly on time and the service was friendly.“
“Brought my daughter in as she had never been . She loved the butterfly shrimp and first time for her to have onion rings . She ate um up. Clean restaurant, nice atmosphere and very nice service. The prices for the fish are a little bit higher than say a Captain D's but they are using higher end fish, I think North Atlantic Cod and Walleye . Nothing against Pollock, but just stating why it's a bit higher in price in my opinion.The frozen custard ice cream Sunday was top! I would recommend this restaurant.“

Other fast food restaurants in the Irondale/Bham area often offer terrible service, including forgotten and incorrect orders, long lines, and even managers yelling at employees. “I went through the drive thru at this location for the first time and the staff was very polite. There was a bunch of cars but it didn't take them long getting people their food. You could tell they was working hard and keeping everything running smoothly. Hardee's is my favorite fast food place for breakfast and this location didn't disappoint, the food was great as always. “Was a bit disappointed in the usually fast drive thru experience. The car in front of me was at the window for 10+ minutes. The runner brought my order, but I could not exit because they did not have that car pull up to await their delayed order. There was a line behind me. By the time I was able to exit the restaurant, my food was cold, and my shake was melted.“

“This Zaxby's location was a unique experience! It is one of the new business models where there is not an indoor seating area. In other words, it is drive-thru or take-out only. Despite this, there were indoor bathrooms and you were able to order inside. Everything inside felt very new and very clean. Also, outside, they had four tables available for outdoor seating. Regarding service, I was quickly greeted and had my order taken ASAP. I then had my food in hand within just a few minutes (much faster than the usual Zaxby's wait time). Lastly, the food was hot, fresh, and on the higher end of Zaxby's quality. Overall, this is a great place for a quick bite to eat (as long as you don't plan on eating in)!“

“My brother somehow wound up going to this place with some friends and family after a graduation and afterwards he wouldn't stop gushing about the place, especially their fish (which I've yet to try). Everyone else said the place was good and the people were nice so I was excited to try them myself.I've eaten food from here three times and each time has not disappointed. I wait until I get home to eat and the food is always good and warm. Today I had the burger and the patty was so hot it steamed the veggies a bit on the way home. If that bothers you maybe ask for them to be separate? Anywho, it didn't bother me in the slightest and was delicious.Sis had beef nachos, she says they were delicious. Brother had a Philly cheese sandwich that he devoured before we even left the parking lot (good grief where does he put it???). I got pictures of neither but they both looked good!As for drinks, they sell canned drinks and I actually didn't know they had cup drinks until today. I dropped my cup in the car so I can't comment much else on that ?.Next time I'll try something different!Also, please note that in my pictures I didn't remember to take photos for a review until after I had already started eating or messed with my food. The staff are friendly, prompt and they are always hustling between an enormous amount of online orders and in-store orders. The food is as good as any other Jersey Mikes and always hot, fresh and stocked.What I HAVE witnessed on numerous occasions is what I would call a complete cross-section of humanity, all Gods children, some more special than others, some unfocused on the moment they are in, some in the process of what is obviously their first restaurant experience, some carrying in baggage, come to the counter and order and be handled patiently and gracefully by the staff.
