“I always stop at this location for breakfast on my way downtown for work. The service here is is fast and they are friendly. They actually ask you how many cream and sugars you want in your coffee. The biscuits are soft and fresh. The pleasant staff is what I appreciate the most.“

“Typical Chic Fil A, The food is top tier but this location needs some serious updates, lots of disrepair in the dining area. The staff was on par but not the best we’ve ever had.

Parking: Tight parking lot that’s not the easiest to get to from the main roads.

“Went to this restaurant on a Saturday the place was pretty busy but we were able to order and then sit at our table. The staff was very friendly and the service was great.we both ordered a k-dog which were excellent 👌🏾 and not normal menu items so we got lucky to catch them serving them today. The joyland burger deluxe was great as well, the patty was seasoned very well and had good flavor! I definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone if you like burgers! “Depending on what you're ordering and what time you order it, it can be great. At 7:00 p.m., I ordered the dinner special -two piece chicken. Unfortunately for me, one piece of my chicken was so dry, I couldn't eat it. The other piece was so greasy, I could barely eat it. I ordered an apple pie and I got a strawberry cream cheese pie that had apparently been sitting there all day. My mashed potatoes without gravy and my green beans were fine. To say that I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I didn't really have the energy to take it back. I think my dog will be happy with the chicken that I couldn't eat. I think what time it is really does matter what time you order because I got the same order a few days ago early in the day and it was perfection. Lesson learned I guess. it's just the dinner special doesn't start till 7:00, so they had only been running it for an hour. the food was like it had been there all day. So disappointed. Won't be back for a while!“

“I like Five Guys’ foods and service very much. I was so disappointed in the service today, though, that I feel compelled to write this in hope that the manager at the Fultondale location will see it. I went in to place an order, but noticed one employee was cooking food and there was no one at the register. As I walked to the register, I passed two employees seated at one table and another employee seated at a separate table. I stood at the register waiting, but no employee approached. The cook, who was quite busy, saw me and called to someone, but still no one came. One employee at a table rose and walked to the back of the room, so I thought she had gone back to go behind the counter, but she came back to her table having just gone to refill her cup. We made eye contact, so she knew I was waiting. But neither she nor the other two employees made any attempt to assist me. After another six minutes, with no acknowledgment at all from the three seated employees,I left. I won’t give up on Five Guys after one bad experience, but I hope the manager will see this write-up and use it as a teaching moment for today’s staff.“

“This Chick-fil-A has improved significantly since its remodel!

The employees are friendly and polite, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The addition of two lanes has noticeably sped up service, making the drive-thru experience much more efficient. It’s great to see this location turn things around, and I’m happy to support them now!“

“My husband and I ate 2 hamburgers and shared a fry. Food was delicious. I love the Milo's sauce. The hamburger buns are always toasted so nice. The fries have the cheese flavor and are so good dipped in Milo's sauce. The workers were so kind and friendly. It had a great atmosphere too. The other customers were happy and just generally nice people.“

“Was across the street at gas station when I noticed all these cars going in and out so I had to find out and the food was pretty good for my first time always had the Milo's tea . The only thing I was disappointed about was the shake machine was down. That's what I really wanted to try with burger. No shake minus 1 star.“

“I'd say Whataburger is the top fast food burger going. All the other top name fast food burger joints have lost quality and customer service. I hope Whataburger doesn't follow them. My wife loves the jalapeños burger. I like my food to be hot and fresh. Order on the app, and the food will be ready for you.“

“SLOW!….I waited over 20 minutes for a 6 piece combo. The fries were dark brown but if you get cajun ranch on them then they are good. Also the prices are higher than other wing places. The wings are good though. I just don’t like that the ‘medium’ wing sauce is HOT. Next time I will get the ‘Mild’ wing sauce.“

“Gus' Hot Dogs has survived for a long time and it's because of the loyalty of the many patrons. The menu offers many options and all is delicious! The chili dog is unique as the chili looks like beef dog sauce but it has a rich, chili flavor. Please try one or many!!“

“Can’t really beat them on value, food options change often too so you won’t get tired of visiting. Service here (online/drive thru/dine in) is pretty good, but it gets bogged down during rush hours, make sure to avoid it. Dining area is pretty tidy and nicely decorated.“

“Memorial Day, 9:00 am, several customers in the drive-thru and inside, and only 3 employees in the building (1 manager, 1 front line employee, & 1 chef). When I tell you these 3 employees did their big one, please believe me! They were a well-oiled machine, pushing out orders like they do this in their sleep. All three employees were absolutely amazing to converse with and the cleanliness of the restaurant was top-tier. The food was hot and made just right. I will definitely be returning to this location.“

“Always check your order at this location. I live close by and stop here often. In my last 4 orders, 2 of them were wrong, they typically leave items out of the order. Happens mostly in the mornings. They do offer to make it right but both times I had already left the restaurant.“

“Went to the drive thru in Qxford, ordered two turkey gyros. Got home my husband had some hair in his first bite. I lost my appetite, gave him the other sandwich. It was hairless.“

But no big deal sandwich was A-ok. The drink, a coke, burned ALL the way down!! My mother's Dr Pepper, same. Her food was just fine too.“

“I tried to fill out the survey that is listed on the receipt, but it said the phone number is wrong… so I wanted to say just how nice the gentleman was in the drive through window. My bill was $3.07. I gave him $3 and I was digging in my pocketbook for the change I knew I had. I looked up and he was pulling his own personal change from his pocket. He was clearly intending to give me the 7¢ needed. He didn’t have to do that, but kindness is what I felt and I appreciated that. Little did he know I was taking my 86 yo father to have surgery on his eye. Anxiety and worry filled our car. He was a ray of sunshine and kindness. We/I needed that❤️.The receipt says a ladies name but it was a gentleman that made this expression.“

“I picked up my take out order. I told the staff I needed the strawberry shake. I was told a couple minutes later it was in the bag. I checked and I could see the top of the cup so I left. Got home and it was vanilla. My husband ordered the hot ones burger and there was a quarter size of sauce in the middle of the top bun. His burger was basically dry. My bacon burger was cooked too long, part of it was not edible because it was hard as a rock. This was my first time coming here and I don't plan on returning.“

Every time, the food is amazing, the service is spectacular, and if there is a mistake with my food, they always correct it rather quickly and on the first try (which I've only had a mistake once in the almost year I've been going to this store).“

“I just had the best fast food experience that I've had in months. I decided to dine in and the young gentleman working the counter was not only efficient, but engaging and had a delightful personality. He came out to the dining room after I got my food and individually checked on each guest there. I usually don't get over to this side of town often, but I will definitely be back. I didn't catch his name, but he mentioned that he worked with Krystal's and also another food establishment across the street. This man deserves commendation and a raise. You would be lucky if you had staff that cares as much as he did today. Great job. :)“
