“One of the best new restaurants in central Phoenix...plus it benefits a local animal shelter! Pizza was thin, crispy and full of flavor. We also enjoyed rigatoni with vodka sauce, Italian sandwich on focaccia, and 2 delectable desserts. My wife had the Basque cheesecake and I had the paw-zookie. I really enjoyed the food, ambiance, and service!“

“I came in today because I had never been before. I ordered a specialty slice (pepperoni, bacon and black olives, 1st topping is free and extras are $0.50), fried pickles, a plain quesabirria taco and a vanilla banana cream cake. The food was amazing. the pizza was perfectly cooked with a twisted, garlic and herb brushed crust, it was thin with a well cooked bottom and so big they give you a pizza cutter with your slice. The pickles were perfectly fries pickle chips, light, and crunchy with a good batter. The quesabirria taco looked messy- but dont judge it by its looks. it was perfectly cooked, no part of it was dry, the meat was super juicy and flavorful- but not super spicy so it was easy on my sensitive stomach. I'll be coming back as much as I can.“

“This place is certainly a five star place. I'm lowering it four to bring attention to the lights. The spots at the bottom are dead bugs. Every now and then those bugs need to be emptied and fed to the birds. Five star food, drink and service. All of the locations are great, this is just nit picky, but if it were my restaurant, I'd want to know. Don't look up.

Update: The last time I was in all was good. These things happen and Im glad to see the absence of dead bugs. Poor bugs. I updated the score to a full 5 stars.“

I have never experienced a 3-hour wait, the bathrooms have not been anything like what is described, and I have always seen the staff treated respectfully. These claims honestly sound like they may have been intended for a different location.

Everyone is entitled to a negative opinion, but there’s a difference between sharing an honest experience and making claims that simply aren’t true. I would definitely double-check the location before taking this review at face value.“

We shared an order of garlic bread and calamari before getting our pasta dishes, and everything tasted freshly prepared. “I am.livid I spent $62 on wings etc on 12/29/22 only to have my son bring me a piece of.chicken with a long curly hair wrapped around it. We are a family of dread loc's and no one has that kind of hair. I called to.rwport it the lady was rude and said that she couldn't do anything about it because nobody here has that kind of hair, when literally she had a foreign language and said she had no.oroof. “I have never had Indian food before so this was very new to me. I ordered the tikka wrap and my husband had the southern curry with shrimp and two garlic naans. Very satisfied with the taste! The cashier was also very sweet :)“

Original post: Put regular onion instead of green onion on a signature pizza. Don't know if they ran out of green or what, but they didn't notify us beforehand. It ruined the pizza for the onion haters at our house. Couldn't fix because drive is too far. Yes, the person who picked up the order has learned valuable lesson about checking it before bringing it home. Papa Murphy's needs to do better too though.“
