“I just spent my first time going to Ocean 44 and I must say, this is one of the best restaurants I had ever been to. When I took my wife there they really took care of us. Any questions we had about the menu they made sure they walked us through the whole menu so knew how everything works. They took care of us just as good as being at a life loan Doctors office. I definitely recommend this place and especially to take your date to.“

Both the chef and the waitress were incredibly welcoming and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We had the tasting menu, and the very first dish immediately opened up the palate, showcasing a wide range of flavors and textures all in a single plate.

The Napan chicken was exceptionally juicy and flavorful, and the final pork rice dish was the perfect climax to the meal, with pickled vegetables balancing everything beautifully.

The cocktails were amazing too — the Anti Espresso was such a fun and unique drink. Overall, what a fun place to explore food and flavors, at a much more reasonable price point compared to NYC.“

“Went there for happy hour, ordered a drink and oysters for myself. The oysters did take a bit long to come out but I was pleasantly surprised they served me more oysters than I ordered. I would for sure recommend ordering their oysters, I got one of each type of oyster and my favorite was Barron Point if I remember correctly. Also ordered their Yellow Tail Crudo, it was good, but I’ve had better. My friend got their Cacio E Pepe pasta. It did take a longer minute to get served and few checked in, although I did appreciate the no interruption when me and my friend were in deep conversation. Very friendly staff!!“

The crust was a lil bit more under cooked in the middle.
And the cheese tasted rather unique in not a good way.
All and all I just didn’t like the pizza.
But.

The bartender Chris, saved my experience. I will be back. I will try other items because I KNOW the gnocchi is great and I know the meatballs are awesome as well.

“The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food. We really enjoyed the burger and fries and the sea bass ceviche, but everything was wonderful…especially for a poolside restaurant (it’s rare to find one that offers good, fresh sushi options!). And the drinks were delicious.

Ricardo delivered our food and he was completely lovely, attentive, and professional (I wish he was our server!).

This was our third visit, so that says a lot. A friend of ours came to town and wanted to eat at Moxies a few month ago. “Had a truly excellent experience yesterday for brunch on the patio. It started with the hostess seating us which was very professional and courteous. Alexis was our server and she was amazing. Found out during the end of our meal that she had only been working there for two days. She was as knowledgeable and professional as she could be. She checked back numerous times to see if we needed anything. The brunch burger was amazing. So many flavors inside one bun! The Bloody Mary’s were spot on! But honestly, what made our experience unforgettable was our host, Taylor G. They made everything so fun, easy, and completely stress-free for our group. From start to finish, we felt taken care of. “This was an exceptional experience. Using Google maps and looking for a sushi restaurant, came into a outstanding culinary treat. Kay herself is just amazing and the food was next level good. The Miso was amazing, I ordered a second bowl, excellent umami flavor and the mushrooms just took it over the top. The vegetable tempura was so different and wonderful! Shredded Vegetables then tempura fried in the lightest, crispy delight. The salmon nigiri was delicious. I had the hamachi special roll with lovely bursts of flavors and my daughter had the vegi vegi roll which was the most elegant twist on a salad. Tasty and inventive we will definitely be back again!!“
