“My husband and I stopped by after seeing Eddie Izzard's Hamlet right down the street. I got the Damon Bruce and my husband got thr Hollywoo. Both were fantastic (though I tried both and think i picked best). The dirty sauce was surprisingly sweet, and the only complaint I have is that it was sweeter than I would have liked. Did not stop me from devouring the deliciousness, though. I will be back if I am in the area again.“

“We flew in last week and were excited to hit up a Subway nearby. I found this location on google maps and was surprised to see the high ratings as most subways are rated pretty low. We ordered through the app outside the location, and as soon as we walked in we were impressed with how clean it was. We didn’t ask the name of the manager, but he was working along side his crew, making sure the area was spotless right after customers had left. He asked us if we had ordered already through the phone, and when we told him we did, he dropped what he was doing and made our order right there and then. What we were told was going to be a 30 min wait turned into 5 mins. They carried awesome attitudes and made our day even better than it was with their cheerfulness. “The past couple of times I've eaten here, I used the app to place my order. The time to from submitting the order and time to pick-up the food has been 30 minutes...no biggie. What I find frustrating is that the food has NOT been ready at the appointed time. The crew has to ask who I am multiple times and seem to be scrambling behind the counter to get the food over the finish line. You're better off just ordering in the store.“

“I was never really a fan of Subway but after coming to this location and meeting the manager Jason, and seeing how unbelievably awesome he is and how he is truly the nicest, funniest, most amazing manager and how great he treats every single person that walks thru the door made me not only love Subway but I tell everyone I know they have to come to this location and enjoy the best looking and best tasting sandwiches and prepare to have their mind blown with his amazing magic tricks. “I have completely forgotten this place opened years ago. Four of us met there for lunch. The sandwiches are very good. The hot peppers were very spidey to me, but the flavor was great. The Pot Pie soup was a no. It did not have any thick broth (very runny for a cream soup), and it didn't have the crunchy baked pot pie crust. I love that they have Coke products instead of Pepsi.“

“When I lived in Nebraska, Picklemans was one of few favorite places to get lunch. I was overjoyed when I found out they brought one to the valley. The original Mac 'n' Cheese is a must buy. I normally get the Asiago chicken sandwich, but the bbq pulled pork and smokehouse stack are delicious as well. The atmosphere has a nice classic deli vibe to it. Service is normally good. 9/10 if you're Glendale or Peoria would highly recommend. They also have deals for every day including free kids meals, Mac 'n' Cheese, and BOGO sandwiches.“

“We found the female manager rude in rushing the few people in there choosing a sandwich. Reaching over another employee adding meats to his build to hurry him up very rude. Plus, the menu board is very small high up on wall. Store was clean, we didn't like the manager and how she reacted to the few people in there.“

“The sandwiches are good but the service is mediocre. We have had several experiences where the order was made wrong or poor communication that order is ready.

When wrong there was no offer to make it right. E.g. they made the wrong sandwich, the owner said I’ll have them make the new one and you can take the wrong one. Didn’t happen.

My wife ordered and there was not call out her order was ready so it sat their until she asked. No apology or anything.

We feel their employees are not empowered to make things right for their customers.“
