“The customer service was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our visit. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented, from the fresh ceviche with chips to the flavorful entrées and tacos. The drinks were refreshing and complemented the meal perfectly.
The atmosphere was vibrant yet comfortable, making it a great spot to enjoy a night out. Overall, a lovely combination of great food, excellent service, and a welcoming environment. Highly recommend JOEY Burnaby”
“Food is really good and parking is easy to find . Air conditioned in the summer. Customer service is also very good and friendly. If you like YGF or malatang you’ll like it here.”
“Hidden gem! Food was fantastic. The owners were wonderful. Thoroughly enjoyed our night at Ceyanne. Would highly recommend this bistro.”
“Alicia was one of the best servers I’ve ever met; she was very friendly and easygoing, so chatting with her was a great delight.”

“We ordered beef noodle soup and chicken fried rice. The price was reasonable and the portion was huge so you’ll really get more bang for your buck. Their tea was so nice and the service was awesome. I love my beef noodle soup. The both is tasty and the beef is very tender. I will definitely come here again.”

“Tasty food and friendly staff.”
“Best dim sum in the neighbourhood 👍”
“They give a lot of food for the price. They have ponzu sauce here which is mandatory for any Japanese restaurant. Service is great and we have come here many times now and left satisfied. Thank you.”

“I finally found real acai in Vancouver, I have been to Brazil 3 times and could never find the real stuff back here, it’s made in house and tastes amazing. They also have a great little menu with some of my favourite items from Brazil. Looking forward to taking my wife to their buffet on Sat.
Staff were friendly and nice!”

“Food was very tasty and their bbq was really good! I loved the Taiwanese sausages and the pork belly. However their portions are pretty small so make sure to order lots if you’re with a bigger group. We also ordered the lamb fried rice and a fried noodle dish but they were super oily although the flavour was good. Service was good and they also have a side bar with free dishes like chips and seaweed. Also a sauce bar for the bbq and food with variety of options!”

“Every time I come here, the food quality is good and so tasty! Staffs are here so friendly, especially Ivy is so nice and kind! Definitely recommend this restaurant 😇”
“Lovely intimate and more cozy resturant with high quality delicious Indian food🥰❤️”
“No. 1 Beef Noodle is a bold name to live up to, but you can’t say they are not in the running. The menu is absolutely massive. The kind that makes you pause and wonder how any kitchen can keep up. Still, the popular dishes we tried delivered. A2 with sliced noodles is a perfect way to break in your first visit, and while this isn’t the place you would expect to go for laksa, theirs turned out surprisingly good. A bonus worth mentioning is the shop next door, where they sell pre-made versions of the restaurant’s dishes for you to finish at home. Honestly, more places should be doing this. With a name like that you expect them to compete and they do.”

“Great service as always! Newest and cleanest HDL location as well. My kid loves the face changing show, noodle dancing and no need to mention the fun toys that keep him busy! It is also my favorite family friendly restaurant that has near zero sodium/sauce option for a healthy meal! Recommend to all families with kids!!”
“The food was overall excellent. The flavors were clean and well-balanced, and the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh.
I personally prefer sushi rolls with more filling than rice, and this place perfectly matched my taste. The ratio of the filling to the rice was exactly what I prefer. The seasoning was excellent, and the ingredients were fresh. My picky daughter also loved it, which made me like it even more.”
“Highly recommend. We enjoy the food but appreciate everyone has different preferences. Clean restaurant, great ambience, and quick excellent service. Ample parking and right across from Lougheed Mall and other stores so you can also do some shopping. My kids also enjoy this restaurant.”
“Made significant improvements since I first started coming here. Honoured the birthday deal stacked with the student deal. Food was fresh and service was prompt. Restaurant is generally clean. An excellent choice for hot pot and a great late night option. Ideally suited for parties of 4-6 but can accommodate for larger parties. They are quite busy so it might be a good idea to reserve a table”
“Laylo was and is a phenomenal server. Super friendly and all around fantastic. If you come to this cactus club and have Laylo as a server you are in for a fantastic experience”
“Atmosphere and service was great, order when you're ready from a tablet right at the table. The smoked chicken was great, awesome smoke flavour that's hard to get elsewhere. The fried chicken was good, but not what I think of when I want Korean Fried Chicken. Definitely would go back.”

“Hey, its afternoon time, tired from classes, I just went to this subway near metrotown mall, I would say a crew member named Kajal, was super nice and very patient even it was busy. I loved service there, do visit this subway station for great service and super delicious subway!!!”
“Subway isn't just about food—it's a journey of flavor and freshness. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with vibrant, crisp veggies and warm, freshly baked bread that’s perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.
The customization options are endless, letting you build your sandwich exactly how you want it. Whether you're craving classic turkey or an adventurous veggie masterpiece, there’s a perfect combo for everyone.
The staff, including Nitin, are friendly and efficient, crafting each sub with care and speed, making you feel like a VIP. And when you take that first bite, it’s pure bliss—crunchy veggies, melted cheese, and the perfect blend of flavors that leaves you satisfied and craving more.
Subway is more than a meal; it’s an experience.”
“I usually come here twice a week after my workouts for lunch, and Parvinder is the manager and she's amazing!
... very very good friendly helpful and really knows her stuff!
She and her staff keep the restaurant in very clean condition too, bathrooms are very nice and clean too which is important. Good job team!
my favourite Subway- location ??”
“This is the best A&W I have ever been in my life. Staffs were great. They offered help to clear the table for us, they came by and checked on us every 10 minutes. In the end, they even gave candies to our kids. It is super clean and family-friendly here too. 11/10, love this place”
“Pretty consistent!!!
I’ve ordered from this location about 20 times now (morning, afternoon and night). I have not really been disappointed.
Sometimes they’d give you regular instead of spicy in hope that we wouldn’t notice, we do notice it!!!!! 😂🤷🏻♀️And I don’t really mind it, but just let me know lol
The only thing that really makes me sad is that they’ve replaced their signature crinkle fries with Costco fries lol 🥲😭
Please bring back the crinkle fries!!!!! 😭😭😭”
“Delicious order: mcdouble, junior chicken, and fries! Everything tasted so fresh and flavourful.
We ate in the restaurant for a change, and the tables were all cleaned very well.
The employees even come around to grab your garbage when you're done and ask how the meal was! Amazing service :)”
“New Management!!
It was a shame that there weren't many Korean restaurants near Edmonds, but it's a delicious place that's just right without being salty :) This place is run by the owner of Angel Food, which is famous for its cost-effectiveness and taste in Lougheed! All of the leftovers are delicious, and the ‘Han Sang’ menu is really good value for money (first of all, the taste is basically guaranteed). Although the menu changes every day, it’s a shame that I can’t eat the menu on other days, but I think I’ll come here more often! It's not a review event at all. I really like the owner's food so I wanted to spread the word to many people haha. Please try it at least once.”
“Large, open, noisy (not annoying, adds a bit of zest in fact). The seafood tower is excellent value. Our servers (Harlan is the only name I remember) was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Four of us had a great time.”
“Sushi S is a great find. The food is delicious: the deluxe sushi combo was fresh, and the chicken yakisoba was flavorful. The vibe is chill, and the service is quick. It feels like a perfect, cozy spot for a good Japanese meal, and it’s a nice alternative when the neighbor's line is crazy”

“Cute little Korean cafe specializing in bagel sandwich. Their bagel is not dense Montreal style kind but softer Asian kind. We had an apple and cream cheese sandwich and it was delicious! The bagel was fresh and tasty. We also had a scone and mushroom soup and enjoyed them both. Coffee could be a bit stronger tho. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Easy parking. Friendly service!”
“It’s one of our favorite hot pot spot in Burnaby, the quality is always good 👍🏻 our server Chelsea is very friendly, she recommends us some good options and we really enjoy it.”

“We hosted our wedding at Mintara on Burnaby mountain in September and have nothing but rave reviews! If you are thinking of hosting your wedding here - do it!
Carissa and the rest of the Mintara team were so helpful, caring and truly went out of their way to make sure us and our guests had the best day. Throughout the planning process, Carissa was so responsive in answering any questions we had, but also making recommendations to ensure our day was smooth. Also the food was delicious - and we received so many compliments from our guests! 10/10 wedding venue :)”
“The fish options are very yummy and the staff is friendly. The food is fresh. Highly recommended! ?
Parking: Many parking slots inside crystal mall.
Kid-friendliness: They have non spicy option. There are candies for kids.”
“Highly recommend. We enjoy the food but appreciate everyone has different preferences. Clean restaurant, great ambience, and quick excellent service. Ample parking and right across from Lougheed Mall and other stores so you can also do some shopping. My kids also enjoy this restaurant.”
Drive-Thru Restaurants
“An online order for some reason sent it to this location instead of one closer to me. When I called, the girl explained that the Doordash drivers were refusing to deliver it because it was a 15 min drive away (instead of 8 min). The staffer organized another driver and made a fresh pizza to deliver it. Overall it took about 3 hours total from order to arrival, but the staffer did her best to manage the situation. Big thanks to her!”
“This was a nice place. I realize they're sort of a chain but i find this and the sister location on Main St. to be pretty consistent and at-times fantastic. This has a similar(-ish) menu, some great options. I wish i had ordered a little more food bc the salmon was good, but a little underwhelming portion-wise. I could have almost eaten a second (maybe i was just that hungry). Service was decently-good. Two small notes i wish the diet coke i ordered had more bubbles 🫧 and also (so random, sorry) but the same few sports commercials on a monday afternoon became a bit distracting. I feel like it would be nicer without the sensory overload.”
“The ramen here is comparable to Ichiran Ramen. They use the thin noodles and it is cooked aldente. The broth is perfectly flavored, not too sweet. Everything about my Tonkotsu Ramen was perfectly harmonious. The charshui was the best I have ever had. No stinky pork smell and well marinated. The charshui was better than Ichiran Ramen for sure. I guess the only thing that was lacking was the atmosphere but when the food is so good it really doesn’t matter.”
“Was the first time I've been here, the food taste was quite good and flavorful. The prices are a bit pricier than your average viet place. Service was fast and friendly
The one caution I have is that for their noodle dishes like vermicelli and noodle soup, is that they fill the bottom of the bowl with bean sprouts so you get less noodles and make it look like it's bigger than it is.”
“Amazing restaurant with delicious food, great selection of beer and a nice patio—and the owner Raj is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Plus, happy hour all weekend long! 💛👏☀️”
“A hidden gem in Burnaby – like a little piece of Japan tucked into a hole in the wall.
This place might not look like much from the outside, but the food is absolutely incredible. The flavors are authentic, the ingredients fresh, and every bite feels like a trip to Japan. From the perfectly crafted sushi to the rich, comforting bowls of curry, everything is full of care and flavor. The atmosphere is cozy and unpretentious, and the staff are warm and welcoming. If you're looking for a delicious, no-frills Japanese food experience in Burnaby, this spot is a must-try!”
Cheap Eats
“Really cute cafe with a light and airy atmosphere! Great choice of desserts that are so pretty they would make good gifts. Had a salmon-avocado sandwich and an iced Spanish latte. The latte was really pretty with huge ice cubes and a cardboard cuff on the cup that was hand stamped with the cafe’s cute logo, giving it an artisanal feel. The flavour was well balanced and custardy with a dessert-like feel. The salmon sandwich was huge and wrapped in paper so it was easy to eat. It was really fresh with delicate flavours, letting the quality of the ingredients shine. While I really enjoyed it, I found it a little too sweet for my taste and was not a big fan of the cinnamon in the pickles, however, this was a matter of personal taste. The cafe is spotlessly clean and a great place to study, work or meet with friends. The staff were really friendly and attentive.”
“If you have a staff event that needs catering O Banh Mi is the place! You can order huge delicious fresh sandwiches online at incredible prices. They're always crowd pleasers, and we've never been disappointed. For the vegetarian crowd their marinated tofu with avocado and shredded yams is pure delight! We love this place ❤️”
“A nice quiet place for any travelers and locals to sip on a nice cup of coffee. Its right between the Rural side of the country with only Coffee Monster in sight, and the busy ramp up areas down Waterfront/YaleTown of Vancouver. If you're looking for a place to rest and smooth up your tired travels, this is one stop worth dropping by.”
“Our friendly neighborhood boba place! My husband and I go here pretty much once a week... The taro milk tea and mango jasmine green tea are our standard order and the happy hour rates through the day make it great value for money. The service is friendly and packaging is pretty cute too. Must try if you haven't already.”
“The food was fantastic:) we had a party in the park for 50 people food came on time and hot:) excellent customer service:) If you like great food I highly recommend this place:) Thank you Argo Restaurant.”
“"Light, fluffy waffles and crepes loaded with colorful, fresh fruits—ideal for a refreshing breakfast or dessert."”

“Had pizza delivered, so i can’t comment on the restaurant, but dammmmm that is tasty pizza . Sourdough crust is amazing ! Toppings are fresh and tasty … I had fungi, ham / pineapple, and margherita …. So good …..”
“Great service! The hosts were kind and accommodating , our server was engaging with the menu, and the food was hot, delicious, and delivered quickly. Can’t ask for much more.”
“Wonderful food and such friendly hospitality - was glad to finally experience what my friends have talked about for years.”
“I wanted to give a huge shout out to the manager Katherine (hopefully I spelt it right, I apologize in advanced if I didn’t) she made our birthday celebration special when we ordered a lava cake to go. Would definitely go back just for service like that!”
“This place is QUITE!! The wait staff is exceptional and the food is to die for. If as higher rating had been available they would be higher.
We sat outside, the weather was nice. Reservations were for 7pm and we were seated immediately.
It was our 30th anniversary, I made the reservation using the “Open Table” app and when EVERYONE greeted us, they wished us “Happy Anniversary””
“Not the first time here and wanted to try their other options.
Food honestly was surprisingly very good and price was acceptable especially the lunch set meal deal. Seafood pancake was bit more on the greasy side as the wax paper was drenched with oil. Overall a mid 4.
Service was pretty good for a solid 4 with nothing too outstanding.
The atmosphere was pretty good and it was not crowded or noisy. The individual washroom stalls were a surprise and extremely clean and well maintained. High 5 for atmosphere.
Definitely would consider revisiting again.”
“Great foods, very attentive service, will definitely come back more often since it’s so close to home!”
“My family has been coming here for years. It's the best Italian restaurant in North Burnaby. The owners and staff are very friendly and always accommodating. The food is consistently delicious. It is one of our favorites.”
“This is one of my favorite sushi spots in the Heights. Great for a date night meal and chill at the sushi bar. Good for small groups.
Highly recommend the any of the chefs choice options.”
“The food was good although a little pricey. The sushi and scallop motoyaki were on par with most other sushi restaurants around. The gyu don lacked flavour. We were happy to be seated quickly but the service was slow even though the restaurant was half empty and there were many staff. The coconut mango desert was a hit.”
“Delicious well made artisan pizza place in Burnaby. Their pizzas are delicious, especially the Sicilian (we have it without the sausage and still amazing), smoked salmon and Krispy kale. We also love their crust, which is thin and light. The staff are always warm, friendly and helpful.
Online order available on their website, and daily special.
Highly recommended!”
“Always good foods..Awesome service..Friendly Staff and beyond ♥️ I love it so much @thekeg♥️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“The food is not 100% Peruvian. It is a mixture of Spanish cuisine - Central America and South America. However, don't let that deter you. The food is fantastic. Quick service, relaxed atmosphere. Will go again!”
“Great atmosphere and service. A bit too pricy for some items as they're similar quality ingredients as other large sushi places, but "dressed up".”
“Im soo happy my friend found this chic resto! Great service as well! Very kind and patient server..”
“I tried their palak paneer , mixed vegetables , karahi paneer , Kari pakora etc . Tasty food . Focus on hygiene . Staff friendly . Mostly women working here . Restaurant seen busy all the time .”
“It was my first time there and the sushi rolls I ordered were perfect!
The server was very kind and polite, and the chef was fast and accurate.
I'll definitely go back there again.”
“Amazing spot! The service is always top notch and the food is incredibly fresh and clean. The sushi is packed with flavor and beautifully presented, and you can really taste the quality in every bite. Taku has quickly become one of my favorite local restaurants!”
“Simply the best Japanese restaurant in greater Vancouver. Been here for a few years and always deeply satisfied. Cozy ambience and attentive service. Tried a new dessert tonight—the miso caramel cheesecake was such a delight!”
“Seen many Korean street side chicken places on You Tube. Decided to give this a try for the first time . Went to the location on Canada Way. Ordered the family Sweet Soy Chicken & Fries Took awhile to prepare the food (15 mins) No wonder ,huge amount of chicken box was packed full. Large pieces very flavorful, not greasy at all like Churches grease feast j chicken . Fries were amazing .I found a new go to place to buy chicken for a game . A tad pricey, buy I assure you very well worth the money . If this place franchises, they will give KFC & Churches very serious condition . My first time there , highly impressed. I highly recommended you try this. Will not be disappointed. Very pleasant staff. Simple decor, but the service & food will amaze you . Thank you so very much for an amazing meal. I will definitely will be returning . Added a picture, this is after 3 people eating Big pieces and loads left ... Go visit this place . You won't regret it !!!”
“The staff is super friendly and hard working. They seem a bit understaffed though as you can tell they're scrambling at times. Good is great and the price for all you can eat hotpot is very competitive.”
“This is our favorite Persian restaurant by far and we tried a lot ! The food is so good big portions for the price , and the staff is so welcoming and friendly keep the good work suren team ❤️”
“All the menu are pork. I am Moeslem can’t eat pork. I can only eat vegetables with noodle and salmon with noodle. 🙏🙏🙏”
“Dee-licious!!! 🤤😍💕 Definitely recommend the cheese fried rice. Great for dates, family dinners, or a casual drink + meal.”
“We absolutely love their chicken wings and clear broth noodle soups (chicken or pork). It's a cozy little Malaysian joint.”
“I chatted with the girl named Summer, she immediately showed her understanding and attended to my needs. I would like to thank her to take an extra mile re this.”
“Hidden gem in Burnaby North, best Japanese/Korean venue on Hastings in Burnaby. Definitely the best tempuras in Lower Mainland that I've ever eaten; light and crispy thin batter, not greasy at all. Restaurant overall cleanliness well maintained, convenient parking, exceptionally pleasant and attentive staff. Highly recommended for anyone wishing a happy meal with friends or families for reasonable pricing for similar venues in area.”
“The food is alright I guess. The chicken bulgogi was good but a bit too sweet. The tofu soup was very oily, but it’s alright. Overall, food is good, atmosphere is great.”
“Tasty food and friendly staff.”
“We had an amazing experience here! The food was delicious, with generous portions that left us feeling more than satisfied. The ambiance added a perfect touch, making our meal even more enjoyable. And the service? Absolutely top-notch! Attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great dining experience!”
“Always have an amazing experience. Very cozy vibe and delicious food. The owner is always extremely kind and always is there to help when needed. Quickly became my favourite place to eat late night hotpot.”
“We had a family dinner this is the second one and there was plenty of food and everyone enjoyed it I would do it again in a minuite. Excellent!”
“I recently visited Green Leaf Sushi and had a pretty decent experience overall. The service stood out as very good—staff were attentive and friendly, which added a nice touch to the meal. The décor, on the other hand, felt a little “so-so,” nothing bad but nothing particularly memorable either.
In terms of food, I tried several dishes: the seaweed salad, beef teriyaki don, wild salmon sashimi, and agedashi tofu. The sashimi was fresh and enjoyable, and the beef teriyaki don was hearty, though fairly standard. The agedashi tofu was crisp and pleasant, and the seaweed salad was refreshing. Everything was solid, though not mind-blowing.
Overall, I’d say it was an **okay experience**—not bad at all, but not exceptional either. Prices are definitely on the higher side, which makes the value feel a bit stretched given the quality and atmosphere.
Would recommend if you’re in the area and don’t mind paying a little extra for good service and decent sushi.”
“The chicken at CM Chicken was incredible! Crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside, and packed with flavor. The seasoning is on point. The staff were very nice. I will come back!”
“Went there for a local band play, shout out to the food that really stood out. Waiters were super friendly. During live music, we couldnt hear each other well, they were patient and smiley checking everything was ordered correctly.”
“Hosting our wedding at Riverway was definitely one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. It is such a beautiful and centrally-located venue. The ceremony space is right by the water and is truly so stunning in the summer. The indoor reception space is large with wooden beams and natural lighting, which meant we didn’t have to invest in as much décor as well as it was already naturally beautiful. Bradley is such an incredibly kind and patient person – we had so many questions in the months leading up to the wedding, and he answered all of them in such a timely and thoughtful manner. He was so helpful for our rehearsal as well and he even checked in with us in-person on the day of, to congratulate us and to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. We feel so lucky that we worked with Bradley for the wedding – even though he must deal with so many couples, he definitely made us feel cared for and was a big reason for why we were so happy with our venue choice.
Additionally, because the venue is owned by the City of Burnaby, we really appreciated that there were no hidden fees that we had to account for such as administrative fees, taxes, or service charges. The bartending and event staff were also very attentive and kind, and the buffet line ran very efficiently despite that we had 200+ guests. We got so many compliments from our family and friends on how beautiful the wedding was and most importantly, how delicious the buffet was (in particular, the mashed potatoes, striploin, and sticky toffee pudding). We feel so lucky that we were able to snag a spot in the summer for our wedding at Riverway – it is definitely one of the best venues in Metro Vancouver and we would highly recommend it to any couple!

“We were staying at the hotel while my hubby had heart surgery and ate there our first night. THE FOOD AT ATMOSPHERE IS AMAZING!! The second night I made an order online but accidentally pushed the Westshore location...(I'm in Saanich) when I was pointed out my mistake the young man up front went to talk to his manager Jenn! She had my order ready so fast! No questions asked! It was very busy in there for a Wednesday night! You guys are awesome. Thankyou again! We will be back to the hotel Accent Inn and Bin 4!”
“Recommended by the French gang. Christophe is serious about his chocolates and viennoiseries. Never disappointed. Chocolate bike guy ain't got nothing on him 😂 You can also buy the croissant and pains au chocolat Frozen and make them at home. My god the proof on those is amazing”
“Had one of those meals that made you leave feeling happy and satisfied. Came on a Saturday night and the place filled up quickly and the K-pop music made the space lively (our 2.5y/o daughter kept dancing the whole night). Food wait was around 30 minutes, but when it came, everything came! The spicy beef intestine hot pot was awesome if you like organs, very well-seasoned. Everyone loved the seafood pancake, which was very crispy and had a loads of filling. Japchae portion was huge and very tasty. My favorite was the bossom and jokbal (braised pork hock) dish! Super tender, gelatinous and flavorful, highly recommend. The kettle Vanmak makgeoli helped us wash down all that food, which we had to pack half of it to go. Great meal and value, will definitely return!”
“By far one of the best Italian restaurants in the greater Vancouver area. I order weekly, and make sure to bring every out of province visitor for a good time with outstanding food. During my last visit, we had lots of nonnas eating there for a birthday celebration, which shows the authenticity of the food.
If I were to say anything not great, is that I wish they were open later than 9 pm.”
“Delicious dim sum with fresh, flavorful dishes and fast, friendly service. The dumplings were a standout—perfectly steamed and packed with filling. Great spot for a casual brunch with friends!”
“I was happy to see a Sushi Restaurant back again. Even meaning to try it out, so stopped in last week to grab a menu. Decided to try it out for a late lunch today. I am so glad I did. The decor is very nicely done, and the atmosphere is friendly and intimate(although I did takeout, but just giving my impressions). The staff was super friendly and helpful. The quality of the food was spectacular, and as I had ordered a lunch special, the value for the amount I spent was great. I will be going back...often. I think it was only $13.95 for "Vege Set A", and it was a filling meal. It came with Miso Soup, Salad, 6pc Yam Tempura Roll, and 8pc Vegetable Roll. I tried something different in going with Veggies, but that Vegetable Roll will be on my next order for sure.
Thanks so much, Haku Sushi for a great meal at an awesome price, which has become rare to find in this day and age.
Vegetarian options: The 8pc Vegetable Roll was simply awesome. It had Cucumber, Avocado, Pickled Radish, and Pickled Squash. It was very tasty and flavourful.”
“The food is amazing, I was happily surprised. The staff are nice and welcoming. Small and cute sit down restaurant. Price was a bit on the higher side. Overall 5/5 for taste. Must try spot”
“I went with friends for a birthday dinner. The food was great, and the restaurant has a classy feel. Our servers, Rachael and Ritish were very warm and genuine. They presented the birthday girl with a delicious lava cake(looked beautiful on the plate)and sang happy birthday 🙂”
“I actually only ordered from them for the first time a few days ago, The lady said I shouldn't order Ginger beef with Lemon Chicken so I got Mongolian beef instead that time. The food was definately good enough to order again. Good food reasonable prices. But they make mistakes. I ordered Sweet and Sour pork, GINGER beef and Chicken Chow Mein. They sent Sweet and sour pork, SWEET AND SOUR BEEF, and Chicken Chow Mein. Why would anyone order two Sweet and sour. A little upsetting. I don't want to read too much into it, but it sort of feels like she's trying to teach me lesson.”
“Noon and Rayhoon persian restaurant delivers high quality, generous portions, and affordable prices. It stands out as the premier choice in the Burnaby area, surpassing competitors like Suren and Cazba.”
“I tried this place when they first opened but wasn't impressed by the food. But I live very close by and decided to give them another shot. First off the service from the moment I walked in the door was warm and welcoming. Especially since I just came from the gym and wasn't exactly dressed for dining. I asked for the best pasta dish, the host recommended the Cavatelli boscaiola and I certainly wasn't disappointed. The flavour was on point! Personally I realize that I'm not a fan of thick pasta so will probably order spaghetti or Linguini next time. I look forward to dining here soon since I did take out this time.”
“I was craving Chinese food this past weekend thought I would give this place a try. As I do eat gluten free I was glad to hear that this place offers gluten free options for some of my favourite dishes. I was very pleased with the taste of the food, presentation, portion and price. I will recommend this place to people if they have not tried it yet!
Our order consisted of Crispy ginger beef, spicy garlic prawns and BBQ pork fried rice.”
“Great ambience, delicious food and amazing staff. All the best Sandhu & Gosal Family and Team!!!:)”
“Great family owned restaurant. Ordered the chicken and beef souvlaki dinners with some appies. Tenderloin beef was cooked to perfection and the chicken was very juicy. Homemade tzatziki as well. Highly recommend. 5 stars.”
“that was honestly one of the tastiest breakfasts I've ever had .. the pulled pork benny was delicious!!”
“Came here on a weekend evening, and it was fairly quiet. We ordered the volcano roll, house roll, chef’s special roll, and the tuna bite. Portion is on the smaller side, and flavour is decent but there is nothing too special. Most of the sauces use a red pepper base so the special rolls do taste a bit peppery. The staff was also very friendly and environment was cozy.”
“First time going for dinner here. Highly recommend! Some of the best Chinese food we personally have had. Staff is great. Prompt service, food is fresh and hot. Never once had to ask for anything. Will definitely be back again and we're bringing friends!”
“nice chill place with supportive staff that help you along the way if it's your first time. It's a super solid all you can eat hotpot place that my family enjoys coming to. I highly recommend this place. They also have good lunch sets that I haven't gotten around to trying but the lunch sets are super cheap for what looks like is actually good quality for what you spend.”
“Best dim sum in the neighbourhood 👍”
“My favourite hotpot restaurant :) I love the individual hot pot idea and all the ingredients are very fresh and tasty. Always have an amazing experience here”
“Great experience dining here, I had a vegetariana pizza (vegan option). fantastic”
“Ordered beef noodle soup and eggplant in ground pork sauce. The food was good and the vibes are festive. The service is friendly and quick. A comfort food spot if you want affordable Taiwanese food”
“Right across Metrotown, this location is quite busy. Ordered the blade meat set 5oz, slices are very fresh as well as a variety of vegetables in the soup pot. Paid parking available at indigo lot behind the store. Drinks were ok, a bit watery for my taste. But ice cream dessert is an added plus!”
“Friendly servers and welcoming atmosphere. Foods good & reasonable prices. Close next to the public parking lot!”
“For our recent staff meeting, we ordered our meals from the Market Crossing location. Mark took our order when I called in. He was very patient. We had a lot meals and he took the time to ensure everything was correct. Our order was ready for the exact time we requested and every meal was correct. Thanks Mark for taking the extra time .”

“We ordered our wedding cake with Fortuna and were extremely pleased with the outcome. Working with Luisa was easy and she made sure to help us stay within our budget. The cake tasting was super helpful as well to figure out the flavour and icing we wanted. Also they were super generous in adding flowers to the cake that matched my wedding flowers. Luisa also personally delivered the cake for a small price all the way to Pitt Meadows so that she could make sure it arrived safely. The guests loved the cake as well! Highly recommend Fortuna for your wedding cake!!!”

“amazing food 10/10 would recommend. the staff was so friendly i felt so welcome as i ordered some delicious fried chicken. As I began to process the fumes of the chicken coming though my nostrils, i immediately fell in love. i savored the fried chicken until the last bite. All the spices blend so well to create a magnificent plate of chicken. its basically a work of art on a plate.”
“Went there recently and ordered a lamb donair, and the new lady there made the best donair I have ever had, not just randomly slapped together, but built properly with meat on one side and the veggies on the other side, it both tasted fantastic and looked delicious.”

“Very relaxing environment, you can be here for a coffee, or lunch or even dinner as they offer a variety of drinks and very decent food. We ordered a fettuccine with shrimps, an avocado salad croissant, and a cheese pressed burger with double meat. Everything was so good, especially the burger! It was grilled just right. For dessert, we ordered a tiramisu cake to share. Really love the chilling vibe here.”

“Came for lunch. Food was quickly delivered and quality was good. I was pleased with the amount of fish in the fish burrito. I agree with others regarding price being a bit costly for what it is but then again price is up for everything at this time. It was a fair priced meal and not what I would call a steal of a deal. I would return and try their happy hour menu and the occasional lunch.”
“The atmosphere was very nice and spacious, and I really liked the design itself.
I had the white Sangria. It was sweet, but I didn't taste the alcohol as much, but it was still refreshing.
The calamari was good, very crispy, and paired well with the sauce.
The Lobster Dip was good. It did have chunks of lobster as well, and they weren't small, a good size ratio compared to the dip.
The half order clams, was really good. I had it with the white wine cream sauce. That sauce was sooo good I was finishing the rest of it with a spoon. It was creamy and hit the spot.
I LOVED THE OYSTERS. Some were small, but they were so fresh. It's $2 for happy hour. I appreciated how fresh it was and will come back again for it.
Overall it was a great experience. Service was excellent, food was delicious. I'll have to come back again to try other dishes.. or by myself for the oysters.
Edit:
I came back a second time and we had the Lobster + prawn mac and cheese, Poke bowl, seared tuna nicoise salad, and the fish and chips.
The Lobster and prawn mac and cheese was probably the best I've had. I'll most likely order it everytime I come here. The seared tuna was delicious, would also get this again. The fish and chips you can choose an option of one or two fish. It was not overly battered and cooked perfectly. The poke bowl was super fresh. And of course had oysters here! Tuesdays are $2 oysters. Still very fresh.”
“First time hot potting. The waiter was so helpful and the food was delicious!!! We will definitely be back again!”
